A Nightmare Scare

I sat down at the desk spending time with team STRQ. I enjoyed their company whenever I need something to kill the time. I smiled watching everyone mess around like usual. Tai and Raven were kissing and stuff. Qrow was drinking out of his flask that we all question where he got it from. But he never answered us even when he was smashed. And then there was Summer the girl I've fallen hopelessly in love with. But no one knew about this and i meant no one cause I never showed it. But summer was just twirling her fingers in her hair eating some cookies. I chuckled staring at the ceiling thinking about how to talk to her about how I felt. Then I out of instincts caught something being thrown at me. I looked at what it was seeing it was a cookie as I smiled towards Summer eating it happily. I felt like I could spend my entire life here with these guys just enjoying life and such. But I knew we would all go our separate ways before long. I should know it happened to my old friends. We all agreed to head to Beacon but when the day came they all went to different places as I went to Beacon by myself. But then I met these four and had felt better.

(Y/n): "I wish I could tell you..." I said quietly with a small sigh staring to the side.
Summer: "Tell who what?"
(Y/n): "Oh how much I lo-" I stopped right there realizing what I was about to say. I looked away whistling like I wasn't going to say a thing as the others stared at me. I chuckled a little looking around to avoid answering.
Qrow: "Try this!" He said tossing his flask at me as I looked at it. I thought for a second before chugging the rest of the alcohol that was in there. This shocked everyone as I tossed it back at Qrow asking drunk. I knew if I could pull this off they wouldn't push it anymore.
(Y/n): "Oh you guys know what I was gonna say!" I said rocking in the chair selling the act of drunkness.
Summer: "And that is?"
(Y/n): "Oh silly Summer. I'm in love with you!" I shouted out loud laughing happily as I watched a blush spread across her face burning bright red. "But you know I'm drunk so who can tell if I'm saying the truth." I said laughing drunkenly as I felt a stare from Qrow.
Qrow: "He's faking it hard."
Tai: "How can you tell?"
Qrow: "He hasn't slurred a single word before confessing his love. So those were his honest feelings." He said as I stopped looking around scratching the back of my head before high tailing it out of the room.

I was embarrassed all because I thought out loud as I reached my dorm hiding in my room. I was bright red staring at a talisman grabbing it kneeling down on one knee.
(Y/n): "Seek Guidance." I said holding the talisman to my chest as an aura spread throughout beacon revealing messages to answer what was bothering me the most. I looked down reading the message but seeing it was a troll message. This happened more times than I can count so I looked for a different message with a sigh. Then I heard a knock at my door as I opened it seeing my friends there. I tried closing the door but Raven placed her foot in the door way pushing her way in as I backed up towards my window.
(Y/n): "H-Hey guys what you doing here?" I said chuckling half heartedly as they stared at me. I saw Summer behind Raven poking out a little staring at me.
Raven: "Well someone has to say something." She said pushing Summer out as I stared at her.
Summer: "Well... I dont know how to put this lightly..." She said as I felt every ounce of strength drain out of my body. I knew what she was going to say and I should have expected as much. "I... Dont love you (Y/n) I'm sorry I really am I hope we can still be good friends." She said as I smiled slightly nodding laughing slightly. Everyone stared worriedly at me as I shrugged it off pushing them out. I closed the door behind them as I slide down my door. I was really hurt by that but at least we got to be friends still. I wiped the tears forming in my eyes as I sighed. I looked down at the messages now seeing they all read.
(Y/n): "...kill yourself?" I mumbled laughing a little shaking my head. I got up heading out but I bumped into the four who were standing there still. I just smiled walking past them going to my locker grabbing my claymore pulling out my talisman. I walked into the forest trying to hide my pain with some training. I held my claymore tip pointing to the ground and talisman at the handle.
(Y/n): "Sunlight Blade into Wrath of the Gods!" I said slowly stretching my hand as my claymore started crackling with electricity as I brought my hands to my chest in an X way as I pulled my hands quickly to my side as a strong force erupted from the talisman uprooting the trees around me. I kneeled down holding the talisman close. "Great Heal." I said restoring my stamina loss as I started chopping at the trees with crackles of electricity as it hits the trees. I repeated the process switching between sunlight blade and Darkmoon blade. As I felt eyes on me I turned around seeing my friends. I waved at them smiling as no one did anything but walk closer to me. I was confused as they stopped infront of me starting to scare me. Then immediately they all grabbed for my throat starting to strangulate me as I tried to break free. As I was about to fade from consciousness I woke up looking around seeing Qrow holding my nose. I wiped the sweat that was coming down my face staring at them.

(Y/n): "I just had one hell of a nightmare." I said as they looked at me slightly interested as I explained everything to them. They all were shocked by what I said as I shrugged smiling softly as Summer hugged me kisisng my cheek. I held her kissing her head as she giggled laying her head against my chest.
Raven: "I think you dreamed what would happen if when you confessed Summer rejected you. And Qrow made it worse by suffocating you in your sleep." She said as I nodded looking at Qrow grabbing my talisman. I held it up like I had a javelin.
(Y/n): "Sunlight spear..." I whispered before cracking a massive bolt of intensified electricity at Qrow as he started spasming around as his hair stood on ends. I walked over getting on my knees holding it close. "Great heal." Releasing it to the sky releasing a healing aura as he stopped shaking and stared at me. I just chuckled getting in Summers bed as she sat on my lap wrapping my arms around her waist. I smiled hugging her tightly as she let out a sigh of content as I blushed slightly. I kissed her head softly as I held her closing earning another giggle from her. I thought back to the nightmare and smiled a little as I felt Summer kissing my hand rubbing her head against my chest. I smiled more laying back as she flipped over snuggling up to me.

Summer: "You know that was quite the scare your nightmare gave you." She said kissing my neck softly as I held her close.
(Y/n): "Yeah that was a nightmare scare I had." I said pulling her up kissing her passionately as she happily returned the kiss. We broke the kiss smiling as I started thinking about how it really happened.

Everything was the same but instead of saying she didnt love me she said...

Summer: "I.. I um... I love you as well... I've loved you since the first day but I was too scared to say anything before...

I smiled at the fond memory holding my girlfriend close as Tai did the same with Raven as Qrow held his flask close. We all laughed a little at Qrow as he joined in laughing. I kissed Summer one last time before yawning as she cuddled up to me as we fell into a light nap hearing the others giggle in our dreams. But I was too busy spending time with my girlfriend the beautiful Summer Rose.
