I put the small wolf pup down and I tilt my head...
I had seen this exact pup before...
The pup felt familiar...
It felt like I had a deeper connection with it...
Like, somehow, somewhere, I had met this pup...
This pup... Had I saved it once?I looked down at the pup, "Who are you?" I asked, wanting to know an answer. The voice sounded too familiar...
"Let's get to the cabin first." The pup lead the way, which I had no idea how he could know where he was going in such a big forest. It seemed like this pup was far more mature than I had ever realized...
I followed the small wolf pup.
Turns and flickers of the ears made me wonder why he was so... Active.
I suppose that we will find out about everything soon enough, I'm sure, time will tell.I decided on the name, 'Wolfie.' For this pup. He would be my companion... He would be my sidekick... I wouldn't be so alone..
Not because it was my last name, but because I think it suited him...
I then noticed something... This wasn't any regular wolf pup, it was a winged wolf pup!Not that the golden fur stood out enough, but the wings were amazing.
I liked this creature.
He was unique and I like things you can't understand...
Like Wolfie. We arrived at my door.
"This is your cabin, is it not?" He asked, eyes stern and focused attention.
"U-Um, indeed. How did you know where I live?" I asked the pup. He backed a few paw steps away and began to look around nervously. Anything to avoid any eye contact at all, he would do it. I practically saw sweat dripping down his fur...
"I-I usedmysensestogetherethat'sall,heh." He stuttered.
