A/n Alright so I'm still not fully up to writing abyss or dark stories... But this one was meant to be just a suicide at the end but I made it an abyss so I hope you guys are happy.
Weiss: "Your such a dunce (Y/n) you know that?"
(Y/n): "Yes Weiss I know your constantly reminding me."
Weiss: "You know why right?"
(Y/n): "Cause I don't pay attention in class?" I said chuckling as she giggled slightly resting her head on my shoulder making me blush madly.
Weiss: "No it's because I love you and want you to be attention to me and my needs." She said placing her hand on mine intertwining our fingers together. I was blushing madly looking at her before smiling face.
I gulped before leaning down slowly as she started leaning upwards. We both closed our eyes as our lips met pressing against each other softly. We stayed like this for a minute before we pulled apart staring at one another.
(Y/n): "I love you too Weiss.... You will be the light in my world. No one else will ever have my attention but you." I said softly before kissing her cheek as she smiled hugging me tightly. I held her close as we kissed again.
Time skip 3 weeks later
Morte: "Hey (Y/n) you there!?" She asked waving her hands infront if M face as I stared at her.
(Y/n): "Huh oh yeah I'm here Morte you destruction crazed woman." I said as we laughed together staring at the sky.
Morte: "You don't think my dream of wanting the world to be destroyed is bad do you?"
(Y/n): "All depends on your reasoning. Why do you want it destroyed?"
Morte: "So many horrible atrocities have been committed by everyone. The white fang with the bombings and murders. The human with the ostracizing of the faunus. And the Grimm themselves for existing." She said as I nodded forming a Yin and Yang in my hands made of sand.
(Y/n): "Morte with every bad there is a good and vice versa. Think about us. Your a girl that wants the world to be destroyed but has a good reason. But I am a guy who doesn't want the world to be destroyed but if he wanted could for bad reasons. We balance each other out in every regard and keep our friendship going strong." I said as she nodded hugging me as I hugged her back. She ruffled my hair as we laughed soon she got up dusting off her white skirt grabbing her half circle greatsword with a handle in the middle walking off.
Morte: "(Y/n) I have to tell you something very important when I get back... Here you should hold onto this." She said tossing me a black sphere that we joked calling the world's destruct code. "And please... Pay more attention to Weiss when you get the chance please..." She said with a wave as I stared at her worried. She always had a sixth sense when it came to people behind your back. I took her advice to heart planning on following her for a few days and make sure everything is ok.
Time skip one week later
I was devastated for two reasons as I sat at the landing pad seeing only Kyrie getting off the bullhead.
(Y/n): "Kyrie... WHERE IS SHE?!? WHERE IS MORTE!?!" I shouted in tears rushing at him before tackling him to the ground. He stared at me with tears shining in his eyes as we rolled around screaming at each other until her finally said it.
Kyrie: "SHES DEAD (Y/N)!! I COULDNT SAVE MY GIRLFRIEND OR YOUR BEST FRIEND I WAS THE ONLY ONE TO MAKE IT OUT WITH MY LIFE!!! IM SORRY!!!" He shouted as he slammed me agaisnt the ground the tears falling on my face. I looked at him in disbelief refusing to believe she was gone. I released him before my arms fell limp at my sides. He got off me as we got up in tears together. He just hugged my as I clung to him crying my eyes out.
From that moment on I repressed everything that happened after she left and he came back. I was in a deep depression wrapped up in my black in my solo dorm. The last thing I had to remember by was the black sphere and I clutched it crying.
(Y/n): "why Morte... Why... You said you would tell me something important about Weiss... What was it? And why did you leave us..." I cried out curling up into the fetal position crying as a knock came from my door. I got out "C-Come i-in..." In-between my sobs as the door opened revealing Weiss. She sat on my bed resting my head on her lap stroking my hair softly. She was the only light left in my world without my best friend being around. I wrapped my arms around her waist crying as she stroked my hair telling me everything happens for a reason. I looked up at her as she kissed my head. I smiled slightly kissing her neck.
She giggled before wiping my tears away before sitting me up. I stared at her as she held me close.
Weiss: "I hate seeing you like this baby... I miss your smile... Why don't you go outside tomorrow and get some fresh air alright?"
(Y/n): "W-Will you go with me?" I asked as she shook her head. I saw her hiding a smile or something.
Weiss: "I wish I could but I have to help someone with something I hope you understand."
(Y/n): "Y-Yeah I understand. You can't spend all your time with me." I said as she smiled softly kissing my lips. I returned it holding onto her as her lips tasted different than usual. Like someone had kissed her before me or something. But I shook it off as we broke the kiss hugging. "I love you Weiss." I said as she hesitated for a second.
Weiss: "I... Love you too (Y/n)." She said sounding somewhat forced.
Time skip the next day noon in Vale
I was walking around Vale trying to enjoy life again and stop moping around. I stopped at a small cafe about to go in until I saw Weiss with Neptune. They were laughing together eating some food. I didn't think anything of it until I watched Weiss lean forward and kiss him. I felt my world shatter even more than it already had as this scene unfolded before me. I pulled out my scroll texting her as she pulled away kissing his cheek before replying.
I stood there seeing the message she sent. She was acting like she wasn't going behind my back cheating on me. Suddenly the week I had repressed flooded back into my mind and I felt tears forming in my eyes. I remembered watching for a brief second Weiss and Neptune having sex and going on dates. I felt a deep darkness forming in my stomach as I told her to look outside. She did as I watched Neptune join her as their jaws dropped seeing me. I was standing there staring dead at them shaking with rage and pain. I watched them scramble trying to get to me as I turned around. I just walked home bumping into people while crushing sand in my hands in my pockets.
I got back to Beacon going into my dorm slamming my door shut making a resounding slamming noise that echoed throughout the empty halls of Beacon. I sat on my bed staring at the black sphere that Morte gave me. It started glowing red as I felt the darkness becoming more noticeable and deep. I stared at the sphere as it started spinning on its own mesmerizing my gaze. I heard my door being banged on but I didn't care the sphere had my attention.
Third person pov
While (Y/n) stared at the sphere left to him by Morte. Yang was pounding away at his door trying to bust it down. The noise had grabbed the attention of (Y/n)s close friend Kyrie who came to find out what was going on. But before anyway could say a thing he kicked the door open having felt the darkness emanating from (Y/n). When the door finally fell off its hinges landing on (y/n)s carpet he rushed in checking on (Y/n). But he found him floating in the air staring at the sphere as sand started surrounding him.
Kyrie shouted at him trying to regain his attention but failed. Everyone joined in before a flash of lightning struck near Beacon. Everyone looked out the window in (Y/n)s room in shock. Where the lightning struck all that was left was sand. Soon lightning was striking everywhere around Beacon turning students, teachers, animals, and the ground to sand.
(Y/n): "Destruction... Destruction... Morte are you happy..." He mumbled out in a trance as Kyrie tried to jump up to him. But he was bounced back by the sheer power (Y/n) was emitting at the moment. Everyone stood in fear as (Y/n) floated down staring at each of them his eyes were blank.
Ruby: "(Y/n)?"
(Y/n): "Do you wish to be destroyed Ruby?" He asked coldly as everyone stared at him.
Ruby: "No!!!" She shouted in fear as he went on asking everyone the same question. They each responded like Ruby as he stared at Weiss.
(Y/n): "One person must be destroyed... You will do..." He said lifting up two fingers before slamming them down pointing at Weiss. Soon a rumbling was heard that dictated a massive lightning bolt. Kyrie knew what was gonna happen so he pushed her out of the way preparing to take the lightning bolt and be destroyed. But (Y/n) realized it was gonna hit him and moved it so it missed him barely. Everyone fell back from the sheer force of the strike as (Y/n) went closer to Kyrie.
(Y/n): "Why did you save her? She has caused the world's destruction." He said with a tear falling down his face.
Kyrie: "because... Because... ITS NOT WHAT MORTE WOULD HAVE WANTED!!!" Kyrie shouted at (Y/n) who stared at him. (Y/n) stared at him not moving or anything as the lightning strikes decreased in number. Soon the sphere fell to the ground with the sand as (Y/n) hugged Kyrie crying. Everyone stared at him as he cried his eyes out. Before anyone could react (Y/n) transformed into sand as the sphere disappeared. They all looked out a window seeing (Y/n) with a cape and hood pulled up looking back. The only offered a wave before disappearing into the woods.
Weiss fell to her knees absolutely terrified as Kyrie yelled at her. He blamed her for all the death and destruction as her team tried defending her. But once it was known that she was the one who caused (Y/n) to go berserk like that no one defended her.
Kyrie: "Why... Weiss Why did you have to cheat on him...if you never did that then he would still be here with us... His semblance wouldn't have been activated and maybe Morte would still be here!" He shouted at her as she cried as everyone questioned (Y/n) semblance. "It's called the sands of destruction... If someone truly wants to destroy the world he loses control and will set everything back to sand... Mortes death and your cheating triggered his requirements to activate it and now it is awakened. He could destroy the world now if he wanted to." He stated as large lightning bolts struck all around Beacon but never on it. Everyone was in fear as this continues for several minutes.
Slowly the strikes stop as everyone stared out the window. They saw that no longer was there a forest or ocean around Beacon just sand and the path (Y/n) took to leave. Everyone scrolls went off with news alert calling it the end of days as places all over Remnant were being struck by lightning and replaced by sand. Kyrie looked down at the floor seeing the message (Y/n) had left.
Kyrie: "(Y/n) left us the message The world can be destroyed whenever he chooses... If you want to reverse Weiss will have to apologize to him and heal his heart, offer herself as a sacrifice, or kill (Y/n) by herself that is the only way to revert the world back to its original form and prevent the sands of destruction from ever being unleashed again."
