At the end of the second exam of the day, the bell rang. That mean no more exams and just normal lessons but lunch time was first. Letizia walked outside the exam hall and decided to use her lunch time to do some exploring. She couldn't see any of the girls she knew within eye sight so she decided to walk around alone. She didn't even bother to look at the map of the school. The place was massive. She didn't mind exploring it by herself. As she was walking around deserted corridors, she became alarmed. She wasn't sure where she was. Then she heard some voices on the top floors so she walked further upstairs and went some levels upwards to the fifth floor. As she was looking around, she saw a big banner that said " Boy's common room, no girls allowed."
Letizia's eyes widened and she made her way to the stairs but found her path blocked as she saw a crowd of boys walking up with their trays of food. The one at the front was Trent " Oh, look what we have here. Not so fast Letizia."
Then Letizia found two pairs of strong arms grabbing her hands. Two boys she couldn't recognise restrained her hands behind her back. One of them spoke " We at last have a girl we get to punish."
Letizia kicked them both and broke free. She then tried to walk through the crowds of boys coming up the stairs but suddenly found non other than Tristan in front of him. He looked past her " Cain, Sebastiano, restrain her. Then Letizia found her arms painfully gripped behind her over her rucksack and she couldn't break the hold of the two strong males.
Letizia spoke " What is the meaning of this?"
Tristan shrugged " No girl comes here unless they want trouble. It's tradition. Any intruder that comes here has to be put on trial. We can do what we want with you. This floor is boys common room. Now you have a choice. We either drag you to the student council room or you walk."
Letizia spoke " I walk."
Tristan spoke " Follow me then."
Cain and Sebastiano did not let go of her as she walked to where ever Tristan was walking now she tried to break free but didn't work. She couldn't take on two strong males.
She gritted her teeth " Let me go. I can walk. I won't go anywhere."
Tristan spoke " Fine. Let her go." He then turned to Letizia "But if you try to run, it will be much worse for you."
They lead her to a room in the far end of the corridor that had a black door. It said " Only student council members and the basketball team allowed."
Tristan opened the door and Letizia reluctantly walked inside followed by Cain and Sebastiano.
Letizia was so interested in the design of the room. It was black everywhere. Black walls, black Furniture. There were posters everywhere.
Tristan then locked the door and spoke attention guys " We have an intruder."
There was a long table in the middle and boys were eating their lunch on the table. Letizia recognised almost all the people. The boys basketball team from yesterday were eating there. The boys who had followed her also sat down. Now only Tristan was standing next her facing the table as the boys were looking at her smirking while having lunch. The only one not laughing or smiling was Vincenzo surprisingly.
Vincenzo was frozen as he had just taken a bite of an apple. He raised an eyebrow " What the hell?"
Tristan spoke " Exactly. What shall we do with her? Ideas guys. No intruder has come in here in ages."
Letizia turned to him " You are crazy. This is the most ridiculous tradition I have seen. So they give you a while floor for your common room." Letizia felt outnumbered. The only solution was to run. She couldn't believe how she had landed herself in this mess.
Trent spoke as he was biting his sandwich " Sure. The girls have the lower ground floor or rather the basement floor as common room. We have the top floor. Roof is only above us."
Alexander spoke " Should we give her some chilies to eat." He then frowned in pain as Vincenzo hit him at the back of his neck " Hell, no."
A boy spoke "I thought you would like that idea. You would get to see Letizia cry. Wont you want to see that? She is the one who was not so polite to you in the canteen."
Vincenzo spoke "Mind your own business Eric. Were you eavesdropping on my conversations and my affairs? Do you know the penalty for that?"
Eric gulped "sorry captain."
Vincenzo spoke "Oh, you will be today later on."
Letizia was shocked at how Vincenzo had so much authority and what he actually said only went. Only, Tristan seemed to be truly his equal in that room. No wonder they took turns at being captain. Both were strong characters. Of course, she now recalled hearing how Vincenzo was the captain of the basketball team only every other day and Tristan was the captain on days he was not in charge. Either way, she could not believe her luck. It was Monday and it was Vincenzo's turn to be captain which happened to be the day she was in trouble with the boys. Well, who would have thought that on her first day, Vincenzo was going to be a judge and she was going to be on trial? So far he sounded .... nice... but for how long?
Trent spoke " Letizia eating chili is not very fun to watch. Why not make her eat dirt. It's lunch time."
Vincenzo spoke " I am tempted to shove some dirt down your throat for suggesting that. No. Next time don't give dreadful ideas"
Letizia couldn't get her head around what Vincenzo was doing. Wasn't he keen to get her back? Why was he defending her?
Tristan sounded frustrated " Of course, I get it you are team captain today so you get to decide what we do to her. But do you have to ruin the fun? What's wrong with what Trent said."
Viggo spoke " Why not just let her go." Then suddenly he was hit with whatever plastic cutlery the other boys at the table could throw at him."
A boy Letizia didn't recognise spoke " I think we should handcuff her to a chair in the janitor's closet for the remainder of lunch time." He then groaned " Ow, Vincenzo" he received a kick to his leg.
Vincenzo narrowed his eyes at him " You have to do extra push ups and extra laps today in the basketball practice session in the 6th period for that dumb suggestion. That is not our style to lock people up. Where is the fun in that. We want something we can watch as a group..."
Nick gasped " Sorry captain."
Trent rolled his eyes " I wish she came here tomorrow or on a day Tristan is captain of basketball team so he could decide. He is more fun for such punishments....."
Another boy sighed " So captain what do we do to her? Do you remember what we did to Claudia for this? I think we should do that to Letizia. She should ....."
Vincenzo spoke " No repeats allowed. Only original ideas allowed. You will be doing extra push ups too, Joshua. I can't stand ridiculous suggestions."
Joshua nodded " Yes captain."
Letizia crossed her arms over her chest " Why do you act like I am not here? What makes you think I will do anything you say?"
Vincenzo shrugged " If you can't do the time, don't do the crime. Are you scared? You should be. You know you should be careful who you kick from behind or who you walk away from around here. You never know when they get to decide your fate"
Letizia spoke " Bring it on. You all sound childish. I was getting bored listening to your suggestions." Letizia of course knew Vincenzo was referring to the events of the previous day when she had as he put it, disrespected him. He was a grudge taker for sure as people said but she was hoping, he didn't let the boys be too harsh on her. So far he had opposed the harsh ideas. Unless he wanted something worse to be done to her.
Tristan walked to Vincenzo and spoke " What is wrong with you today? Lets pick a descent punishment for her. What is your idea then if you keep rejecting everybody else's ?"
Vincenzo put his hand on his heart as he looked up at Tristan " I am a team's captain. I do what my team wants. But the ideas are dreadful..."
Suddenly Letizia ran to the door and turned the door knob but to her shock it was locked. Damn it. She hadn't noticed they had locked the door. Then she turned around and saw the boys looking excited. All except Vincenzo who was putting his hands on his head shaking his head at her with reprimanding eyes " You shouldn't have done that." He whispered."
Tristan turned to the boys " What do we do to the girls who try to run away?"
The boys answered " We throw them in the ice bath."
Tristan spoke " Who wants to do the honours as we watch?" He then walked to the corner and opened a door to a room revealing a large ice bath.
Letizia's eyes widened. She couldn't do that. She hated the ice. Suddenly she saw Trent and Sebastiano standing up walking to her.
Then she heard his firm voice " Halt. She is not being thrown in the ice bath."
Tristan banged his fist on the table " You are getting on my nerves. It's the rules. You can't over rule it. If the victim runs away means she gets thrown into an ice bath and for as long as we want stays there."
Vincenzo spoke " She gets another option."
Tristan narrowed his eyes " Fine. Next time maybe I will be a kill joy for something you want to see so badly. I have waited so long for a girl to run away when they come here by mistake so we can hear some screaming and get some proper entertainment. I won't forget this Vincenzo. Now what's the other option?"
Trent offered " How about she can kiss one of us for a whole minute."
Tristan smirked " Good one brother." He turned to Vincenzo " You said she gets another option and there is that. She has another option. She is lucky she gets another one."
Vincenzo sighed " If she chooses neither we give her another option."
Tristan spoke " And you will be picking that extra option, team captain. You are going too far with your disagreements." He then turned to Letizia " Which is it? A kiss or an ice bath. Choice is yours." He then turned to the boys "Get up guys."
Before Letizia could move, all the boys formed a circle around her looking at her with curious eyes.
Tristan spoke "So, are you going to give us your choice? Should we throw you in the ice bath or you will kiss one of us for a whole minute?"
