As a quick note; This is BEFORE Alex gets pregs

Alex came over after dinner one day, while Grace and Landon were doing the dishes.

The Betas had gone upstairs, while Kirstie was waiting to watch a movie with Avi.

Mitch had come running down the stairs, jumping on Alex in a hug.

Alex caught him of course, taking one step back to brace himself as he giggled. "Hi, Minnie."

"God, I missed you so much! Where have you been?"

"It hasn't really been that long. I've just been at home."

"Home? That's a lame excuse. Come over more often."

"Okay. I will." He set Mitch's feet back on the ground, before leaning down to kiss his forehead, and then he turned to rush off into the kitchen to say hi to the children.

Scott walked downstairs, rubbing one of his eyes. "Mitchie, honey, I'm gonna take a quick shower. Are you gonna be alright down here?"

"Yes, Sir. Allie came over!"

"Oh good. I'll be upstairs then." Scott hummed, before turning to walk away in the direction he'd come from.

Mitch watched him for a second, to be sure he was okay, and then rushed off to find Alex.

Scott calmly walked out of the shower, wrapping a towel around his waist before walking out of the bathroom too.

He merely slipped on some boxers and some of his favorite jeans. He knew Mitch liked when he dressed this way, which is why he did it.

Scott then jogged down the staircase, seeing Kirstie in the living room with Landon. "Hey. You guys seen Mitch?"

Kirstie looked to him first with a grin. "He's outside playing a game." 

"A game?" Scott took a few steps forward, giving Landon a small smile. "You didn't want to play, honey?" 

Landon shook his head. "N-No... I'm sorry..."

Scott walked forward a little more, only to squat down by the couch, placing a hand on Landon's leg. "Hey, it's okay. Don't apologize for it, there's no reason."

Landon gave him a small smile. "Okay. Thank you." 

Scott looked back over at Kirstie for clarification. "Outside? Backyard?"

"Front, I think."

"Got it. Thank you." Scott stood up a little, only to kiss Landon's forehead before he turned to walk away. "Let me know if you guys need anything." He turned around just before he walked out the front door. "Is it okay if I come back and watch movies with you guys? I just need to check on Mitchie, and then I'll be right back."

Kirstie looked down at Landon. "I wouldn't mind. As long as you bring some snacks." 

Scott chuckled as he opened the door. "Yeah, of course." When he walked out, he momentarily shut his eyes because of how bright the sun was while it was setting, but when he adjusted he looked for Mitch. 

Grace laughed loudly as she kicked a ball toward Alex, who was immediately grabbed by Travis. Alex squeaked, and tried to kick it back to her, but Avi took it away from her.
