I bet @christmasbb was freaking out xD

Notice that everyone wants to lay on Scott. But all Scott wants is Mitch ;)

P.S. I have a question for y'all. I saw like... Two or three requests for seeing another punishment kind of thing with Alex, Mitch and Jamie.

And... I have an idea for it, if y'all are down. You could always just skip the chapter, of course. But I just wanted to check and see if anyone would want to see something like that.

I was just... Kind of unsure about it. Not that you should be ashamed or anything if you want to see it! That's totally fine. I'm just asking :)))

*******

Near the middle of the school year, it started getting colder outside.

Naturally, Grace and Landon both caught small colds. Luckily their illnesses went away somewhat quickly.

However, both Kirstie and Scott caught the sickness from being around their children too much.

Kevin tried to warn them to be careful with how much time they devote to their sick children for this exact reason.

Kirstie kept sneaking into Grace's room to see if she was okay, when Avi wasn't looking.

Scott just didn't want Mitch to go anywhere near Landon, because he didn't want Mitch to catch the cold.

And thus, both of them ended up getting sick.

Which is why both of them were downstairs in Avi's room, keeping the sickness to themselves.

Kirstie made both of them soup during the day, while Scott held her during the night to keep her warm and help her sleep.

This left Mitch and Avi to parent for a while.

(Arguably, Scott and Kirstie were only sick for about two days.)

But it was still strange for Avi to have a different 'mother' doing the more sensitive things.
