They now all stood outside by a fountain, having just eaten and discussing where to go next.
"Let's go and get masks" Rebekah suggested with a smile, the others agreed and followed the bubbly blonde into a antique shop where they found a beautiful display of unique masks, varying in shade and style.
"How's this?" Rebekah questioned Isabella, holding a black mask in front of her own face. It was velvet black with a golden trim and large feathers producing from a silvery clasp at the top.
"Perfect" the brunette friend nodded in approval. Damon then chose. He scrutinized each one painfully slowly before pulling out a full black one, it appeared to have a leathery feel and fit perfectly into the contours of his face. Each person nodded eagerly, he looked very mysterious in his mask and was clearly going to get a lot of suitors.

"My turn" Stefan enthused before quickly picking a slightly rounded red mask, it had an intricate design and was Burgundy but changed smoothly into a darker black around the nose area.

Shortly after, Elijah reached into the cabinet and produced a silvery mask, it had a metallic affect and the swirling patterns reminded him of his human days, the colour complemented his skin tone perfectly.

Klaus and Bella were searching for masks but saw none that suited them, Bella stood with a sigh and turned away, on a stand to the side were to beautiful masks, one was velvety black and had a lightning affect on the side, Bella lifted in quickly and pulled Klaus's face upwards placing it onto him, the mask fit perfectly and made his eyes bold. After searching in the mirror he nodded with a smile.

It took Klaus's but a moment to place the other mask onto his gorgeous girlfriends face. It was also black but had many silver intricate patterns swirling on it. Surrounding the eyes were delicate blue glittery lines which complimented her vivid violet eyes.
"Perfect" the others agreed and all quickly paid the elderly man who ran the shop, he smiled at them and wished them a good day before they exited happily.
"This is going to be a good day" Rebekah grinned as they all piled into the car yet again, they arrived home in a quick fashion and were soon in the house. They looked up when they heard a cough to find Hayley standing there looking irritated.
"Great" Stefan muttered, he didn't like Hayley at all, she didn't deserve to be in the house with them, or that was his personal opinion.
"What?" Elijah asked bluntly, the others were all shocked with his bluntness but he was fed up with her disrespectful antics and just wanted her to leave at this time, but he still wanted Klaus to have his child.
"You left me here, unprotected!" She screeched angrily.
"And?" Damon prompted, looking mocking.
"Ugh" she fumed, and stamped her foot before storming away, slamming the door behind her in a teenager fashion.
