Chapter 153 : The Chapter The Storm Wrote - Serena & Nathan - Love In Tempest

"I want to see my brother!" Logan shouted, "We went to the hospital wing and were turned away by a bunch of French guys. So I came to you because you're a decent guy and can help! I wanna see Lenn!"

"You can't..." Javier said sympathetically.

"Bullshit! You're unlawfully detaining him!" Logan said.

"No. It's out of my, and securitys hands! He's effectively been sectioned by Dr.V due to his being a risk to himself." Javier explained.

Nathan stepped forward, "Then if he's so sick, why isn't he in a hospital?!"

Javier sighed, "Look, we don't do official here. No police, no authorities. There's a fully functional, professionally staffed hospital here, anyway. It's in your best interests too! Because, what we do here, is not entirely legal. Do you actually want Lennon to be assessed by some doctor in a hospital and then get committed for real? Have that on his permanent health record?! Here, he'll be treated quietly and discreetly. No records."

"My older brother is not crazy!" Logan said.

"I didn't say he was crazy!" Javier said, "But he may be mildly... mentally ill. We'll find out from doctor V." Javier said.

"I want to see Lenn! If you don't let us see him then I'll get Serena here to order you!" Nathan said.

"Serena has no authority over Dr.V in medical matters. Madam Dolores will always side with the doctor. Look, I don't know if you boys have figured it out yet, but I am your friend." Javier said.

Logan turned to Nathan, "What if we ask Mozart for help? We haven't even spoken to him since we got here. He's always been in private, guarded areas."

"Mozart..?" Javier asked with a confused look on his face.

"Yeah, Lennon's boyfriend, Sherry." Nathan said.

Javier sighed, "Did you not hear me? Doctor V has final say! And he wants Lennon in observation until tomorrow. All this couldn't have happened at a worse time with Valentina's yacht party tomorrow."

"Look, can you at least tell us how he is?" Logan asked.

"I tell you what, I'll go speak to someone who will ask Madam Dolores and see if she will give us an update." Javier said.

"That would be cool bro, thankyou." Nathan said.

About three hours after the close of the event. All of the patrons were in their hotel room, as the storm started to bear down outside.

There was at first a tiny flurry of snow before the heavy rain started, and battered the large windows as the assets stood in the hall for the impromptu briefing about concerns, processes, security issues and other topics.

Kenzo had hosted the meeting and related all the facts and figures in his usual no-nonsense, aggressive monologue. After he had finished, he turned to Marcel.

"I believe that Marcel has somethings he wants to say." Kenzo said as he stepped aside.

Marcel stepped up, and there was a near audiable pause in everyones breathing as they stood to attention before the tall, thin man all clad in black. Marcel stood in a long coat emblazoned with buckles, straps and his top hat with all its metal gears. His huge goggles took up most of his face, making his expression and temperament hard to determine.

Earlier, Marcel asked Javier and Kenzo to remove Spangna from the meeting , despite her objections. Spangna did not know the contents of the meeting, or why she was to be left out at Marcel's insistence.
