(This takes place when the turtles are at the farmhouse. Eye color and hair color depends on you. That picture above is you in your nature form. Things will be explained as you read.)
You were sleeping on a giant lily-pad in the middle of a big pond. You loved snoozing over the water. It was nice and peaceful. You listened to the birds chirping away happily in the trees. You could heard the baby deer playing around as the adults kept an eye on them. You were a friend to every form of nature.
You were a creature called a Mystic. Mystics were a part of every single thing in nature. You were a part of the plants, water, weather, elements, animals, and sky. You had magical nature abilities and you were good with all forms of life in nature. The adult deer knew you weren't a threat and so did the birds and other small animals around. You did have a predator side, but you were always respectfully and smart with what you hunted. You were an omnivore so you often switched between the two to keep balance in what life forms you ate.
You were also a part of the most known powerful force in nature. Humans. You could change into a human like form and you could use your powers to hide that you were a Mystic. It came in very useful when humans were around.
Suddenly, you heard an alarm call from one of the deer. They took off and you were up and alert in seconds. You saw a fawn had tripped and it let out a high pitched cry. You quickly hurried over to it, leaping of the lily-pad. You helped it up. It raced along to it's mother and then they took off. You looked around for a threat. Your large ears swiveled around in all directions, trying to locate what had made the animals run. You heard the sound of a bow being drawn back. You froze. Hunter! You thought, alarmed. You knew they weren't aiming at you though. As soon as you had heard the deer alarm calls, you had used your magic to hide yourself from whatever the threat might have been. You growled in anger. Nothing is going to disturb the balance today!
You looked around for the hunter. You heard them take aim at a deer that was trying to hide. It was a female deer and that deer was a mother. It was cheeking to see if it was safe. You had to get the animals away from there.
"RANA!" You shouted. The animals knew that command meant run. Animals bolted and fled in many different directions. Soon enough the area was clear. You knew the hunter hadn't heard your alarm call because of your magic. You heard a heavy sigh. Someone dropped down from a tree.
"I can't even hunt. The guys will just think I'm a joke." You turned and your eyes widened. A mutant turtle with ninja gear and an orange mask was standing there. "I don't even wanna hurt the animals! Why do I have to do this?" He said, upset. You frowned. You made yourself visible. You walked over. You heard your footsteps and his eyes widened. "WHAT THE HECK!?"
"It's alright. I'm a friend! I'm the one that told the animals to run. I'm what is known as a Mystic. Mystics are a part of every single thing in nature. You are a part of the plants, water, weather, elements, animals, and sky. We have magical nature abilities and we're good with all forms of life in nature." You explained. He looked stunned, but he smiled.
"Whoa! Cool!" He said. "I thought you were some type of mutant."
"No, I'm not a mutant. But I have never seen a mutant before. You are a new part of nature to me." You said, sitting down.
"What can you do?" He asked.
"I can hide myself from danger, as you saw, I can morph forms and hide that I am a Mystic, and I can control and make certain things form. For example I can control water and I'm the one the made that giant lily-pad grow right in the middle of that pond." You said. He smiled.
"Cool! I'm Mikey!" He said. You smiled.
"(Y/n). Nice to meet you Mikey! You wanna meet the animals?" You asked.
"YES!" He said. You giggled. You howled loudly. The animals cautiously came back out. The young fawn that had tripped trotted over to you cautiously. Mikey reached out his hand and it sniffed him. It nuzzled his hand and he smiled.
"Aw! She's so cute!" He said. You smiled.
"Nature is a beautiful thing for those who want to see it." You said. Then he sighed.
"This still doesn't help me prove anything to the guys." He said. You thought about it.
"I've got an idea." You said.
"Really?" He asked with a smile.
"Yeah. Give me your hand." You said. He did. You used your magic and morphed form. You felt your wings go away and be replaced be by a shell. Your paws turned into three fingered hands and three toed feet. Your muzzle disappeared and your tail became very short and stubby. When you opened your eyes you saw Mikey was staring at you in shock and awe. "Mutant turtle is now added to my nature form dictionary." You said.
"You look AMAZING!" He said. You smiled.
"Thank you. Now, to start my plan." You said. You called a bear over to you. It clawed your leg. You held in you cry of pain. Mikey looked shocked.
"What the heck!?"
"Mikey, take me to your home. If it looks like you rescued me from a bear, than you'll look very good to the others." You said. He nodded. He picked you up and quickly carried to home. Your animal friends called goodbye and you made an animal call back as you both hurried away.
When you arrived Mikey called for help. You saw three other turtles and two humans. They looked shocked. They raced over.
"Mikey what the heck!?"
"I helped her escape from a bear okay?! Main point she's bleeding!" Mikey said.
"Come on!" The purple masked turtle said. They rushed you into the barn and the turtle you learned was named Donnie patched up your leg. "I'm going to have to get you some gear too. We've got a bit of spare things. Can you grab them April?" Donnie asked.
"Sure thing." She replied and went to go get the gear.
"Thank you." You said.
"Now, explain how there's ANOTHER TURTLE!" Raph yelled at Mikey.
"I just found her okay?!" Mikey said. It wasn't a lie. He did find you. "Her name's (Y/n) and shes nice!"
"Well, she's going to have to stay with us until her leg heals." Donnie said.
"Mikey, since you found her you're reasposible for her." Leo said.
"Can do bro!" Mikey said. April came back and gave you the gear.
"I'll stay and help her, you guys go." She said. They nodded and left. April helped you get everything on and you thanked her. "You're gonna need some weapons. Come on, you can look at what we have." You followed her inside and you saw Raph's weapons and had an idea.
"She could use my katanas for now since I'm still not fit enough to train with them." Leo said.
"No, I have an idea. Can I see one of yours Raph?" You asked.
"You're not taking mine if that's what you're thinking."
"No, I had a different idea." You said. He gave you one and you looked at it. You used your magic and duplicated it. They looked stunned. You then used your magic to morph it into your own weapon. After that, you duplicated that weapon so you had two of them. You gave Raph his weapon back and spun your own. You smiled.
"These will work."
"How did you do that!?" Raph asked.
"With a few spells I know." You said.
"That was AWESOME!" Mikey said. You smiled.
"Thanks!" You said.
"So....can she stay?" Mikey asked.
"Well, we could use someone to help out around here. The more hands the better I guess." Donnie said.
"Alright. She can stay." Leo agreed. Mikey smiled. You did too.
"Sweet!" Mikey said.
"Thanks." You said.
"Come on, let's go train some more." Raph said. You followed them out and watched as they trained. Your leg would heal in a few days. You felt excited. You wanted to learn more about them. You liked Mikey too. You wondered how things would go with you helping him.
*2 weeks later*
"YAH!" You dodged a kick from Leo and bumped into Mikey. He turned on you and Leo ended up fighting Raph. You and Mikey fought each other. You knocked him back and he fell.
"Ha! You can't even beat (Y/n), Mikey?" Casey laughed. You were surprised while Mikey looked angry. He got back up and since you were about to say something to defend him, he took the distraction and kicked you hard. You yelped in pain. He acted like he didn't even hear it, but the others did. Mikey kept fighting you. He punched and kicked and you tried to defend yourself, but he got the upper hand and kicked you straight in the jaw. You fell to the ground, your body throbbing from his attack. The others looked shocked.
"Mikey stop!" Leo ordered. Mikey looked confused but then his eyes widened as he realized he hurt you.
"Dude what the heck!? I was just joking around! You didn't have to hit her!" Casey said.
"I-I didn't mean to!" Mikey said.
"Mikey this is the third time you've hurt someone in training this week! When it was us, we could take it, but you just went full fist fight on (Y/n) and she's just started training!" Leo said.
"Enough! And you guys say I can't control myself." Raph said as he helped you up. "Come on, you should sit down." They began to help you inside, but you saw Mikey's guilty, heartbroken expression. You frowned. You hadn't meant to cause the problem. You pulled free of Raph's grip.
"No. It's not Mikey's fault." You said. Mikey looked up, stunned.
"What? But he-" You cut Donnie off.
"No. Casey picked on him and you guys have no idea how effective that is. If anyone should stop, it's you guys. Personally, I feel like Mikey had a right to do that. He's strong and while it would've proven a better point to fight Casey he still proved it. Now stop giving him a hard time. So he's not what you guys would call perfect, why does that matter so much? Besides, I'm fine. It's not like he tried to stab me. Now, if you'll excuse us." You said. You took Mikey's hand and pulled him away. You pulled him inside and upstairs to his room. You closed the door and sighed.
"Why did you stand up for me?" He asked.
"Because they have no right to blame it on you. I don't blame you. It was Casey that started it." You said.
"But I hurt you." He said. You hugged him.
"Mikey, I'm okay. Stop putting yourself down. I think your the greatest, so don't listen to them. What they say isn't true. You're amazing and you're important. Never forget that." You said. He smiled. He hugged you tightly.
"T-thank you." You kissed his cheek which made him blush.
"I'll always be here for you."
*2 days later*
You and Mikey never trained with the others. You always trained with each other. You had so much fun together. The others noticed that Mikey spent all his time with you and they had started looking guilty.
You and Mikey were hanging out by the tree just talking. You were having a great time until you saw Leo come over. You both stopped talking. Leo sighed.
"Mikey...can I talk to you?"
"Sure." Mikey replied. He got up and they walked a few feet away. You still had amazing hearing, so you listened in.
"Listen Mikey, I..I'm sorry about everything. I didn't mean to make you feel bad. I guess we have our own problems to sort out. Do you forgive me?" Mikey smiled.
"Sure thing bro!" He said, hugging his eldest brother. Leo smiled and hugged back.
"Thanks Mikey." He said. Leo went back inside and you smiled as Mikey sat down next to you.
"See? I told you things would get better!" He smiled.
"Yeah." He agreed.
Later that night you were all relaxing in the farm house. You and Mikey sat together. His arm was around you and you were cuddled up to him with a smile on your face. Suddenly, you heard screeching howls of distress and terror. Everyone looked alarmed, but you felt horror. You knew that sound. You bolted out the door with the others hurrying after you.
"(Y/n)! Wait!" Mikey called. You stopped and looked around.
"Where did that sound come from?!" You asked, your head swiveling around trying to find the source.
"What about it?" Raph asked.
"That howl is the howl of death itself!" You said. You heard growling. You looked toward the trees. Everyone seemed frozen in place. You saw a shadowy smoking version of a creature that looked a lot like you in your nature form.
"What is that thing!?" Casey asked.
"It's a Corrupted! GET INSIDE!" You yelled. They hurried back, but you faced it. Mikey saw that you weren't running.
"(Y/N)! COME ON!" You didn't listen. It attacked you and you fought it. "We've gotta help her!" You fought it and it leaped at you and bit your arm. You screamed as it's razor sharp teeth ripped at your skin. That's IT! You thought. you turned back into your nature form and yowled a battle cry. It roared a vicious cry in reply. you both clashed together in a deadly heap of teeth and claws.
"WHAT THE HECK!? SHE'S ONE OF THOSE THINGS!?" Raph yelled.
"No! I found her while I was trying to hunt! (Y/n)'s a Mystic, but I forget how she explained it. That thing is clearly the bad version of a Mystic!" Mikey said. You both broke apart, hackles high and hissing at each other. Blood stained your muzzles. This was a fight to the death.
"SOMEBODY EXPLAIN WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON!" Raph yelled.
"Mystics protect every element of nature! Corrupteds live up to their names! They are corrupted Mystics that have poisoned themselves by destroying nature! In other words, they're filthy savage monsters bent on nothing, but death to anything and everything around them!" You called.
"Well that's just great!" Raph yelled sarcastically.
"So that thing is extremely dangerous?" April asked.
"YES!" You yelled. It attacked you again and you both continued your fight. Blood splattered onto the ground. You growled and snapped your jaws shut around it's paw. It yowled it pain, but it clawed your muzzle and charged toward Leo.
"Leo!" Raph exclaimed. Leo leaped out of the way. You charged after it.
"HEY!" You yelled. It turned with a growl. "Finish what you started with me!" You shouted. It hissed at you. You hissed louder.
"There is no way we're letting you fight that things alone! Come on!" Raph yelled. You all started fighting it. It was extremely strong. Suddenly it launched and you and snapped it's jaws shut around your neck. You screamed in fear.
"GET OFF OF HER!" Mikey threw his nun-chuck at the creature and yanked it off of you. He quickly got his blade out and slashed it's throat. It shrieked and collapsed. It faded into ash and blew away. You stood up, panting. Mikey raced over to you. You smiled at him.
"T-thanks Mikey." You said. He smiled back.
"I couldn't let it hurt you. Are you alright?" He asked. You used your powers. A huge bubble of water came floating out of the trees. You leaped into it and it glowed as you healed yourself with it. It popped when you were fully healed and you shook off your pelt, droplets flicking onto the ground.
"I'm fine now." You said. He smiled.
"That was amazing!" He said. You chuckled.
"Perks of being a Mystic. I'm one of the only living Mystics left. We were hunted down to the brink of extinction all those years ago. Were do you think all those old myths come from? That's why it's important for me to protect like I should. Mystics are supposed to keep balance in the world. Corrupted Mystics only bring death and destruction. That's why it came here. They search out Mystics to destroy them and they kill anything and everything in their way. That's why I wanted you all to stay inside." You explained.
"Well, there was no way we'd let that thing kill you. We're a team and we stick to that. And Mikey," Raph said. Mikey looked at him. Raph smiled at his youngest brother. "You did good little brother." Mikey smiled.
"Thanks." He said. You smiled. You all went back inside and Donnie kept asking you questions about yourself and what you knew about the elements of nature. You answered many of his questions before Leo said,
"I think that's enough Donnie."
"Right, uh, sorry (Y/n)." He said.
"It's alright, but I'm pretty tired after that." You said with a yawn afterward.
"Yeah, me too." Mikey agreed.
"Let's all get some rest guys. It's been a long night." Leo said. You all headed to bed and you turned back into your turtle form. Mikey instantly grabbed you and kissed you. You were shocked. He pulled away and said,
"I love you." You smiled. You kissed him and he happily kissed back.
"I love you too Mikey. I'm going to stay with you. From what I've heard there's a city that's in pretty desperate need of balance." You said. He smiled.
"Thank you for helping me (Y/n). I can't ever repay you." You smiled and kissed him again.
"You never had to and even so, you already have. Your love is enough for me." He chuckled.
"So is yours."
