Charlotte Weasley is the twin sister to Ronald Weasley. She is also the little sister to Charlie, Bill, Percy, Fred, George and the big sister to Ginny Weasley.
Charlotte's just turned 11...
It's been a day and half since Ron and Lavender got together and Hermione has been trying to avoid Ron all day.
Harry asked Luna to the party tonight and Charlotte was actually the one to initiate the asking. Harry wanted to go with Lottie, but she replied with "I would love to go with you, but, Luna has never been to one of these and I'm sure she'll be delighted to go along."
Harry was hesitant about it, but Charlotte reassured him that she'd be alright going without a date. Harry finally went along with it and asked Luna.
Hermione, Luna and Charlotte all got ready together, Hermione had told her who she was going with and Lottie didn't really like who she chose, but it was Mione's decision. The three girls looked in the mirror and smiled at their dresses.
Charlotte admired her dress and applied her red lipstick, her heels were already on her feet and her hair was curled and put to the side.

Once they were done checking each other out, they left the dorm and linked arms. Ginny didn't want to come to the party, so it was just the three of them. They then met up with Harry and Charlotte had to stop herself from checking him out, even though it was pretty obvious that he couldn't stop looking at her as well.
McLaggen was already at the party, so when they arrived, Charlotte bid Hermione a "good luck" as Mione went over to McLaggen to greet him. Luna went straight for the food and Harry and Charlotte were immediately greeted by Slughorn, a massive smile was on his face as he greeted them.
"Ah, Miss Weasley and Mr Potter, looking dashing, if I must say, are you here together?"
They looked at each other before shaking their heads and smiling awkwardly, Slughorn hummed and muttered to them before speaking to someone else.
"Enjoy the party."
They both smiled and stood in awkward silence, that was until Neville came up to them dressed like a waiter and was holding a tray of drinks, he asked.
"Drink?"
The two turned to him and acknowledged him in unison.
"Neville!"
Neville smiled lightly before continuing.
"I didn't get into the Slug Club, it's okay though, he's got Belby handing out towels in the loo."
Charlotte snorted slightly and got a glass off the tray and thanked Neville before downing it at all once, she breathed out and looked to the boys who looked shocked, she chuckled and spoke again, whilst throwing up a peace sign before joining Luna with the food.
"Adiós, hoes."
Charlotte walked towards Luna and picked up a cocktail sausage, she then ate the sausage and peeked up a conversation with her.
