Charlotte woke up from feeling someone wipe some hair out of her eye and tuck it behind her ear. She furrowed her eyebrows and pouted her lips as they felt drier than the Sahara Desert, she then cleared her throat and slowly opened her eyes to see a shocked looking Harry sat at the side of the bed with his hand raised in hesitation. Lottie spoke softly.

"Oh, hey."

Harry smiled lightly before breathing out a nervous laugh, he then replied.

"H-Hi, sorry I woke you up. I-I didn't think you would."

She shook her head and responded.

"It's okay, are you okay? You were a mess last night."

Harry blinked a couple times before responding lightly.

"Yeah, I'm okay now. Last night was just a massive mess and I'm glad it's over."

Charlotte smiled and raised her hand as a piece of hair was hanging over his eye, she moved it out of the way and sat up, she then ran a hand through her hair and sighed slightly. She looked at Harry as he muttered.

"Happy Christmas, Lottie."

Lottie squinted and gasped in realisation, she then replied back.

"Happy Christmas, Harry."

Harry smiled softly and she shooed him out of the room as she began getting dressed, but not before having a nice hot shower. Afterwards, she dressed into some clothes and did her hair.

She checked herself out in the mirror and exited the room, she then walked down the stairs and turned to the dining room

She checked herself out in the mirror and exited the room, she then walked down the stairs and turned to the dining room. Lottie entered and smiled as her siblings and Hermione were sat down at the table.

Charlotte sat next to Hermione and waited for Molly to come in. When she did, she was wheeling Arthur in, she parked him at the end of the table and they clapped for him.

Molly then began to hand them some presents and Lottie smiled as her mum gave her one. Charlotte placed it on table and began opening it, she saw that it was another one of Molly's knitted jumpers that she absolutely loves.

A bright smile made it's way onto her face and she lifted up the jumper. It was purple with a "C" in white wool. Charlotte looked at her siblings to find that they have their own as well. She thanked Molly.

"Brilliant! Thank you, mum. It's really nice."

She then took off her cardigan and slipped the jumper over her top, she smiled at her mum and got up from the table. She waddled her way around to meet up with Molly, and was then encased into one of those hugs of hers. They swayed and Charlotte thanked her again, Molly patted her daughters back and let her sit back down at the table.

Charlotte then began to gossip with Hermione and laughed with her, she looked over to the door to see Harry and Sirius talking. Harry must have noticed that she was staring at him because he looked at her and smiled. Lottie smiled back and went back to talking to Hermione.

Molly saw Harry and went over to him to give him a present, they hugged and Sirius pushed Harry towards Charlotte. Harry sat down next to her and opened the present, he let out a soft laugh as he pulled out a Gryffindor knitted scarf.

Charlotte took it out of his hands and wrapped it around his neck, he smiled and Arthur announced a toast so they listened.

"To Mr Harry Potter, without whom I would not be here. Harry."

Everyone followed his words and all repeated in unison as they looked at the boy.

"Harry."

Harry smiled lightly and they spent the morning opening presents and spending time with the people they love the most.

For the afternoon, they ate and ate as much food as they could fit into their stomachs. Once they were stuffed, they relaxed in the living room and watched TV.

Charlotte really needed the toilet, so she excused herself and did her business. When she went to go back into the living room, she bumped into Harry. They both apologized and he went to let her through, but their feet was stuck to the ground.

Charlotte sighed and reluctantly looked up to see mistletoe hanging from the top of the door frame, she sighed again and muttered.

"Fred and George."

Harry nervously smiled and they stood there not really knowing what to do, it'd be awkward if they kissed, but they had no other choice as the only way to unstick them from the ground was to kiss the person underneath it.

The two kept awkwardly smiling at each other until Harry sighed and looked like he was thinking, before Lottie had the chance to ask what was up, he quickly kissed her cheek. Her mouth dropped and her eyes widened, her cheeks burned and she moved her foot to see that they were no longer stuck to the ground.

Charlotte gathered some courage and then kissed his cheek back before grabbing Hermione's hand and running up the stairs with her.

The girls giggled and Charlotte closed the door and leant against it, Hermione jumped onto the bed and looked at her with a smirk, Lottie asked in disbelief.

"Did that just happen? Like, was that real or was it a dream?"

Hermione snorted and replied excitedly.

"It really happened! Harry Potter kissed you and you kissed him back."

Charlotte sighed and responded.

"It was only on the cheek, though."

Hermione shrugged her shoulders and stated.

"So? It was still a kiss."

Charlotte smiled and joined her on the bed, they talked and talked until the sun went down. Hermione couldn't be bothered to return to her and Ginny's room, so she borrowed some of Lottie PJ's and slept in the bed.

Whilst they slept, the memory of Harry kissing her cheek replayed and replayed in Charlotte's head and she really hoped that it isn't going to be awkward tomorrow.
