Charlotte Weasley is the twin sister to Ronald Weasley. She is also the little sister to Charlie, Bill, Percy, Fred, George and the big sister to Ginny Weasley.
Charlotte's just turned 11...
Hermione insisted on doing Charlotte's hair and makeup today, her words exactly said "I need to make you look hot, so Harry and Draco get jealous when you hang out with Cedric."
Charlotte changed into her uniform and Mione started on her hair and makeup. Once she was done, she let Lottie look into the mirror.

Charlotte was a bit apprehensive about the heeled boots, but Hermione persuaded her to wear them. She really liked her hair though, and she doesn't want to make Harry and Draco jealous because it was kinda mean. But then again, it'd be funny to see their faces when she hugs Cedric or something.
Hermione and Charlotte exited the common room and linked arms as they made their way to the great hall, when they entered, Lottie looked at Cedric and smiled lightly, he smiled back and carried on talking to Ernie.
She then saw Draco in the corner of her eye to see him bring his fork to his mouth, but since he was staring at Charlotte, he had failed to notice that his food had fallen off the fork. The fork reached his mouth and he looked confused until he finally noticed that he didn't have any food on the utensil.
And as they were heading to the Gryffindor table, Charlotte looked at Harry to see him take a sip of his apple juice, she smiled and watched as he went to smile, but ended up getting apple juice all down his front. Charlotte giggled with Hermione and she snickered as Ron looked at Harry in confusion.
The two girls sat at the table and Charlotte some food on her plate, Hermione borrowed a daily prophet from Angelina and read it, Lottie jumped when she suddenly slammed it down and exclaimed.
"Look at this! I can't believe it she's done it again. "Miss Granger, a plain but ambitious girl seems to be developing a taste for famous wizards. Her latest prey sources report is none other than the Bulgarian bon-bon Viktor Krum. No word yet on how Harry Potter's taking this latest emotional blow. Another girl who has possibly broken Harry's heart, is his best friend, Charlotte Weasley. She seems to be having a great time with Cedric Diggory, I wonder how Harry Potter is feeling."
Charlotte rolled her eyes and stated.
"Ignore her, she's a bitch!"
Hermione hummed and a boy came up behind Ron and announced.
"Parcel for you, Mr Weasley."
Ron thanks the boy and the boy stares at Charlotte before stuttering.
"T-There's a letter for you, Miss Weasley."
He leaned forward and gave her it, she smiled politely and thanked him as Ron spoke.
"Thank you, Nigel."
Nigel stood, staring at Harry and Ron noticed that he hadn't gone so he shooed him off.
