"So can you tell me what happened again?" The man asked. A girl that age of thirteen sat down on a metal chair. She turned around where multiple people lay on beds all wrapped up in bandages. "Ma'me I know that you have gone through a lot of trauma in the past month or so, but it would be best if we can get as much information about your experience while it is still fresh. (y/n), would have wanted you to help others by giving this vital information" the man said.

The girl began to tear up and softly let her tears fall down. "If you want me to start from the beginning. We-Our family was planning to fly over to meet our friends for the celebration of their first baby. In the middle of the flight, our plane suddenly began to malfunction and the airbags dropped down. I was scared and hung onto my sister and closed my eyes. When the plane finally crashed to the ground I realised that my sister had been protecting me.

Her arms and legs were covered in cuts and blood. Everyone else was also badly injured, but she and another boy were badly hurt. I don't know how everyone else was dead. For a few days, we sorted out how we were going to survive when some gang members took over and forced us to leave the plane. My mum and dad tried to stay because (y/n) didn't wake up. The men didn't want us to stay, but my dad managed to break a deal with them to leave a note and some food to give her a fighting chance.

After that everything was a blur. The men and woman were separated and I never saw my family. The younger girls were split off from the older woman and then..." the girl wiped her tear away and started to shudder. "I'm sorry, I can not say this?" She asked.

"It's all right, I can give you some paper if you want to write it rather than saying it aloud" the man replied.

"Thank you," The girl said. She caught her breath and kept going. "We... were sent to work during that time. Every day we were given only certain amounts of food to keep us healthy and the bedroom was actually really nice. Every night they came to check on us to see if we were going to escape and made sure that nothing was going to give us a fighting chance. After a month of living like this, I was about to kill myself along with some other girls. But then (y/n) and Lance came barging in. I don't know how they were able to get past security and we ran. Some of us didn't make it and when we ran out. We stayed on the plane for a week before you guys came to our rescue."

The man sitting across from the girl quietly took notes and clicked his pen upon completion. "Thank you very much for your time. I will see to it that your family, as well as the others who made it out alive, will be taken care of" the man promised.

"Thank you" the girl replied. She wiped her tears and walked out a small room to where everyone was placed on stretchers. A group of twenty lay down with their wounds either bleeding through the bandages or showing signs of a good recovery. She walked down toward the end where a teenage girl lay silently breaking through a mask.

"The doctors said that she might not make it, but I doubt anything can keep (y/n) from dying. She's really hard to get rid of." The girl turned around to see a boy in his late teens walk toward her in a crouch.

"You must be Lance," the girl said.

"Yeah, and I'm guessing you're Lora, (y/n)'s sister" Lance replied.

"Yes, how did you know?" Lora asked.

"You two look alike and I was awake for the part of you being carried away remember?" Lance asked. Lora solemnly looked toward (y/n) and softly lay her hand against her sister's.

"I wish she didn't have to do that" Lora whispered.

"Do what?" Lance asked.

"Risk her life for us. She... She was shot, slammed against the wall and... she had a knife cut her stomach" Lora stammered. She began to shake violently and cuddled herself like a lost child. Lance frowned and sat next to her on the cot and embraced her.

"I know you've been through a lot, but (y/n) has been too and she was willing to risk everything to make sure that you were safe and alive," Lance said. "I've been with her the whole time and I had never seen her give up on you. Sure she did think that you guys left her for a bit, but when she finally realised that you were protecting her, she wanted to repay you by getting everyone out safely" Lance said.

"You know, (y/n) held me like this when the plane was about to crash" Lora whispered. Lance looked down at Lora who peeked up through her tears. "She held me tightly and said that everything was going to be all right. When I finally woke up, her arms and legs were bleeding and I was almost unscathed."

"Sounds like she's an awesome sister" Lance smiled.

"Yeah... She was" Lora frowned.

"Hey, cheer up Lora. (y/n) is going to recover and when she out of the hospital, she'll be up and running in no time. Trust me" Lance said. Lora smiled hopefully and hugged Lance.

"By the way... You didn't do anything stupid when we were away right?" Lora glared at Lance and raised her brow. Lance blushed and looked away quickly.

"Depends on what you mean by stupid..." Lance answered. Lora growled at Lance and poked him on the forehead.

"I'm watching you," she said.

...6 months later...

You just came out of the hospital after removing your stitches. After experiencing a break and in break out of a criminal cartel base, you thought it was going to take more to scare you, but nope! Stitches seemed to be even scarier than putting your life on the line. Your mother and father greeted you outside with their share of scars.

You smiled and embraced them both thankful that you were reunited. After rescuing them, you were told the whole story from start to finish. You had figured most of it out by the time you escaped. You bag began to vibrate. You reached in and pulled your phone up and eagerly accepted the call.

"Hey Lance," You smiled.

"Hey (y/n). How was it?" Lance asked.

"Terrifying," you shivered. Lance laughed.

"I never thought that you would find this a terrifying experience after what we've been through," Lance said.

"I was thinking the same thing" I replied.

"Yeah so... I called you cause I wanted to ask you something" Lance said. You stopped dead in your tracks. "Are you free tonight?" Lance asked. A large blush flushed your cheeks. Your father had his eyes on you the whole time and raised his brow at you.

"I'm pretty sure there's nothing on my schedule" you answered. Your dad looked like he was going to explode when you answered and watched you carefully.

"Great! Is your father nearby by any chance?" Lance asked.

"Actually he's right in front of me" You answered.

"Oh great, can I talk to him?" Lance asked.

"Yeah, good luck" I answered.

"I'm going to need it" Lance sighed. You handed your phone over to your dad who eagerly accepted your phone to have a long talk. Your mother wiggled her brows at you and pulled you to the side while your dad and lance had their little chat. When your dad finished, he handed your phone back and walked back to the car.

"Ummm.... Can I go?" You asked.

"No kissing," Dad said firmly. You tried not laugh. 'A little too late for that dad' You thought.
