You and Pidge rested in Pidge's room stroking the mice as they adorably chittered around you and Pidge with their cute faces. "I never knew that alien mice could look so cute" Pidge admitted.
"Yeah! I always thought they'd have green fur with three eyes" You confessed. One of the mice let out a distressed chirp as they timidly looked up to you. "Sorry," You apologised, cringing.
"We should name them," Pidge suggested.
"Yeah!" You agreed.
"Hmm," Pidge stared at the four mice and thought carefully. "I really want to call the yellow one Pudgy," Pidge tilted her head to the side pondering the name.
"Isn't that a little... Mean?" You asked.
"Yeah, but it suits him doesn't it?" Pidge asked.
"How do you know if it's even a he?" You asked.
"Good point" Pidge sighed. "But I really want Pudgy" Pidge insisted.
"All right, if we can't think of a name we'll default to Pudgy" You smiled.
"Yes!" Pidge grinned.
"What about the pink one?" You asked. "Pinky?" You asked, absolutely clueless. The pink mouse started chittering on angrily ranting on in its own language. "Grumpy?" You suggested sarcastically.
"(Y/n)!" Pidge humphed.
"Okay okay! I'm just not good at naming" You protested.
"You should have just said that instead of being mean (y/n)" Pidge frowned.
"Sorry," You whispered.
"I like the name Sparkles" Pidge smiled, gently stroking the mouse with the tip of her finger. The pink mouse cheered with joy and ran over to Pidge to give her a cuddle before turning to poke its tongue at you.
"Hey!" You frowned.
"They only like me" Pidge teased.
"Aha aha aha..." You said.
"What about the tiny one?" Pidge asked, pointing to the cutest one of all.
"I really like the name Teeny," You said.
"Like teeny tiny?" Pidge asked.
"Heh heh... Yeah" You answered.
"Sounds good!" Pidge smiled.
"What about the last one?" Pidge asked, pointing the blue one.
"He looks like a Marble," You said.
"Really?" Pidge asked, turning to look at him.
"Maybe Marvel" Pidge suggested.
"Eh, maybe" You shrugged.
"So Pudgy, Sparkles, Teeny and Marvel?" Pidge asked.
"Yeah" You smiled, shrugging your shoulders.
