Pidge and reader - EGT (Earth Girl Time) part 2 (Reader x Matt Holt)

"Truth or dare?" Pidge asked.

"Really?" You asked bluntly.

"I know, I hate the game as well but let's just be girls for a minute and play the game" Pidge tutted.

"Okay, dare" You answered.

"Do dah splits" Pidge grinned.

"What?!" You exclaimed. "I can't do the splits!"

"It's still a dare" Pidge chuckled.

"I hate you so much right now" You cringed, fall onto the floor, your legs spanning in front and behind you. "This is as far as I can go" You whimpered. The muscles in your legs were killing you, one more inch and you were going to be dead.

"Okay, I'm satisfied" Pidge laughed. You fell over to your side and breathed a sigh of relief.

"Okay, my turn, truth or dare?" You asked.

"Truth," Pidge answered.

"Wow, such a scaredy cat" You teased.

"No, I'm not! I switch to dare!" Pidge roared.

"Can't change your mind!" You exclaimed, bursting into laughter.

"Now I really hate you" Pidge groaned.

"That makes the two of us" You grinned evilly, "Okay, for truth... Tell me about your brother."

"You want to know about Matt?" Pidge asked, almost disgusted about someone asking her about him.

"I thought you really missed him," You said.

"I do a lot, but what angle are you coming from exactly?" Pidge questioned.

"Huh?" You asked. Pidge raised her brow with a blunt expression on her face. "What?! EW!" You exclaimed, "I didn't mean it like that!"

"Yeah yeah, sure you did," Pidge said, rolling her eyes. "Well," Pidge sighed, "Matt is a head taller than me which makes him around Keith and Lance's height. He pretty much looks like me except a lot taller seeing that you guys couldn't tell me that it wasn't me in the photo with my brother." You brows twitched at the memory of making the mistake of presuming Pidge's identity. "Anyway, he's really kind and was always there for me. I never knew how much a great brother he was until he left. He would always come by my room and say hello every day after coming back from the Galaxy Garrison and when mum and dad were gone he would always make the nights seem so much better and when we got in trouble, he would take the blame."

You watched at Pidge recounted stories of her older brother as they were kids. Slowly, her head tilted up and down as she told her tales. Matt must have been some brother. "Wow, that's amazing, you're so lucky to have a brother like that" You awed.

"Yeah, he's pretty cool until you fall into his pranks and the way he 'flirts' is so predictable it's embarrassing! I bet I could get Lance and Keith to fall for me faster than Matt could ask a girl on a date!" Pidge exclaimed.

"Whoa, that's a pretty big claim. Asking a girl out is pretty easy since it's one question and one answer" You said.

"Matt is a few years older than me, was the best student in the Garrison and was never this close to getting a girl. He's too shy and timid when it comes to these things" Pidge sighed.

"Sounds like you know this from experience, are there any stories to this claim?" You smirked.

"Oh there are plenty of stories" Pidge grinned.
