Shiro x Preggers

*I am only going to do this once. Pregnancy to me is the outcome of a lawful marriage that happened within the union. Anything else that happened outside of marriage is something I am extremely uncomfortable with, which is why I don't like lemons.

Setting placed after the war and whatnot

When the war was over and the Galran empire was destroyed it brought relief to everyone. There were no more alien attacks that brought the ultimate doom the human race, no more wars to fight and finally, some time alone with your special someone.

You and Shiro had been dating for about nine months now. You knew that for a while, something was going on in between the two of you and when you dated, it was towards marriage. Finally, when the time was right you two took a trip to see your parents.

Months before, you met Shiro's parents and family. It was clear where Shiro got his loving kindness and his maturity. His family was so friendly and caring. They brought you in with open arms and it was such a delightful experience. But when you had to meet with your parents it was nerve-wracking. You and Shiro flew to (y/c) so that Shiro could ask your hand in marriage. Your parents knew you were dating and had met Shiro before, but this decision with your mother and father could bring all of this to a stop.

You waited outside the house while Shiro and your father discussed inside the living room. You had your arms crossed with one arm up allowing you to bite your nails. You hadn't done this since you were younger and right now, you were nervous enough to fall back onto old habits. Your mother brought you a cup of (f/d) to calm you down as you waited.

(Cue the wedding bells)

Obviously, your father said yes and within four months you and Shiro were married. It was the happiest day of your life. You finally were able to live your life with the man you love. But that joy could only to topped with one thing...

**Christmas eve**

You and Shiro had invited a small group of your family over for Christmas. Thankfully your house could facilitate you, Shiro and the rest of your family. While everyone else was upstairs in their bedrooms, after trying to guess the present, you decided to meet with Shiro downstairs on the couch. Shiro was on the sofa drinking his cup of coffee in his casual clothes looking at wedding photos.

You smiled and hid a small packet behind you. It was wrapped up and tied with a ribbon, hiding what could be the best present ever. You slowly walked up to Shiro and tapped the wrapped box on his shoulder. Shiro looked up and stared at the present.

"I thought we weren't supposed to open these until Christmas," Shiro said, raising an eyebrow.

"Just go on and open it" You smiled, handing the box over to Shiro.

Shiro lifted both brows before slowly opening the box. When the wrapping paper was gone a medical box was revealed. Shiro's eyes widened as he opened the already cracked seal and brought out a pregnancy test that had a positive.

"Oh my... (y/n) you're-" Shiro gasped. You beamed in reply and couldn't control your joy. Shiro was overjoyed by the news and brought you into a sweet hug. You closed your eyes and joy and breathed in a blissful sigh.

"We're going to have a little Shiro in the house soon" You whispered.

Again, I'm going to say this again. This is the first and last time I am writing this. I'm still young and writing this with a pregnant character is really weird for me at this stage.
