History lesson with Coran... Not the best way to start your day... You see, yesterday you asked Coran about the Castle of Lions remembering that Coran's grandfather built the thing. This lead to you finding out that his grandfather designed the whole castle down to the last detail. You were immediately intrigued about the topic last night until he started to side track. Before you know it you were learning about how Atleans attended school and the weather of Altea.

"Okay!" You exclaimed, pretending to yawn. "I'm gonna hit the hay," You said, excusing yourself from the boring conversation. You see, when Coran talks, he doesn't stop talking until he gets his point proven and laid out until the person fully gets it.

"And what you humans call rain on earth is actually quite similar to what happens in Altea! You see first the clouds gather together in the mountains and when the time is right-"

"Lance!" You exclaim, running over brother. You smile happily and link your arm around his.

"Hey (y/n) how's it going?" Lance asks.

"*I aveh oranC no ym ailt" You said in pig latin (words that have the first letter of the word moved to the back).

"*Ho!" Lance replied.

"*esy, os anc ouy elph em?" I asked.

"*Fo oursec" Lance replied. "Hey, Coran!" Lance waved. "Coran?" Lance wondered looking behind him where Coran used to be. "I guess he's gone" Lance smiled.

"Or maybe he got weirded out by your face" I teased.

"Hey! My face is beautiful unlike yours!" Lance taunted.

"Oh, you did not say that pretty boy!" You tackled your big brother to the ground.

"Hey!" Lance exclaimed, falling to the ground. Lance sneakily kissed you on the cheek which made you jump back.

"Ugh," You groaned, wiping the kiss away. "You know I hate it when you kiss me Lance" You groan in disgust.

"Oh come on (y/n), sooner or later the guy you're gonna marry is going to kiss you every day" Lance smiled.

"Ew!" You whine, blocking your ears.

"Smoochy smoochy!" Lance teased.

"Get away from me!" You cried out, running down the hallway.

As you ran at full speed Keith came into view. You quickly leaped out of the way as you tried to run from your brother.

"Whoa!" You cried barely managing to miss Keith. Your shoulder rammed into his causing you to stumble.

"Ow!" Keith groaned, turning to give you a look.

"Can I borrow you for a sec?" You asked, quickly standing behind Keith back to back.

"Wait what?!" Keith asked.

Right after you disappeared behind Keith, Lance ran up to Keith. "Hey Keith, have you seen (y/n)?" Lance asked. You tensed for a second wondering if Keith was going to bail you out or hide you.

"She went that way" Keith replied, pointing down the hallway.

"Thanks," Lance quickly replied before dashing down the hallway.

When Lance was out of sight you breathed a sigh of relief and came out from behind Keith. "Thanks!" You smiled, giving Keith a quick embrace before running after Lance.

Keith's POV

I was casually walking down the hallway thinking about (y/n). I don't know... It's just that... She's really nice and caring. And when (y/n) is around... I just feel like I have someone to be with. I mean, the other guys make me feel like I'm a part of their family, but (y/n) just seems to do it better than they do.

I kept walking in the hallway until I saw (y/n) with Lance. I smiled until I saw Lance kiss (y/n). I didn't wait to see her enjoy it. I was far enough for them to not notice me so I quickly turned and walked back in the direction I came.

I fumed to myself in anger. I boiling rage started to erupt in my stomach. LANCE?! Out of all the guys here, why did it have to be Lance?! My pace quickened and I was feeling better when I could feel myself distancing myself from them when suddenly I felt something ram into my shoulder. "Ow!" I exclaimed.

"Can I borrow you for a sec?" (y/n) quickly asked, jumping behind me before she even let me answer.

"Wait what?!" I wondered, looking down the hallway in the direction (y/n) from.

"Hey Keith has you seen (y/n)?" Lance asked me. I hesitated, but my answer came out quickly.

"She went that way" I replied, pointing down the hallway behind me.

"Thanks," Lance replied, dashing down the hallway.

Once Lance was out of sight (y/n) stepped in front of me and gave me a hug. "Thanks," She smiled, before rushing off. A rush of heat climbed onto my neck. For a second I didn't know what that wave of heat was. I just felt really hot around my face. I pressed my hand on my cheek and realized that I was blushing.

Your POV

After your run into Keith, you quickly dismissed yourself after giving Keith a hug without giving it a second thought. You were really comfortable with guys since you had an older brother, but lately, you've been thinking that you needed to put some boundaries on yourself. Which hasn't been going well. Lately, you've been punching Keith and Shiro on the shoulders when you said hello to them cause that's what you did to Lance... That story didn't have a happy ending... -_-

A blush started to creep onto your cheeks the more you thought about your hug with Keith. 'I shouldn't have done that' You said mentally in your head. You felt a wave of embarrassment crash over you as you caught up to Lance. "Gotcha!" You shouted, grabbing Lance by the waist. "AH!" Lance screamed.

*I have Coran on my tail

*Oh!

This one-shot really put Lance and Keith out of character! 0_o So sorry about that, but I had no idea how else to let the story flow without tweaking their personality!

"What the-" Shiro tries to look at me with a bewildered face. "Help meh pwease" I quiver in fear. "By the way people, there will be a part 2 for this. Instead of saying ...A few days later... or something like that I chose to do a part 2 because I feel like I'm using that too often and it makes things really chliche and annoying."
