Keith x reader - Stress relief

Start from the beginning

Lance and Hunk spent the days on the beach and water. Hunk usually stuck to the shore making large variations of sand castles while Lance would go snorkelling in the reefs for mermaids. Pidge spent her days in the hammock, in her bedroom typing away or using her headband to create all sorts of inventions with nature. Coran spent his hours in the spa using his well-earned hours of work with some steamy water and coconuts. Shiro and Allura... Well, let's just say they disappear and reappear together when they want to.

You, however, had been writing like crazy. You would write about anything and make a story out of it, but lately, you've been having a writer's block. This specific block was unwanted and you hated not being able to fill a blank page of white with some black words. Just type! Your mind shouted to your brain. You sighed and poured your cup of coffee into your cup and into Keith's.

"Hey, want some coffee?" You asked.

"Uh sure," Keith answered, walking over to the kitchen bench.

"I didn't know how you like it so I left it black so you could add whatever you wanted," You said.

"Yeah, the thing is, I don't drink coffee" Keith admitted.

"Really? It's the best thing in the world!" You gasped.

"Not really a fan of the taste, it's always bitter and it stains your teeth," Keith said.

"You should be ashamed of yourself, this is a writer's best friend. Well... This and a well-powered brain to think up some ideas" You laughed.

"Well, every time I tried to drink coffee it was horrible" Keith replied.

"Where did you drink the coffee?" You asked.

"Galaxy Garrison," Keith answered.

"That's probably why" You chuckled. "They're coffee regulations are sickening. You know what, I'm going to try to convince you that coffee does not suck" You smirked.

"Oh really?" Keith asked, raising a brow.

"Yes, and I'm going to make you addicted to this stuff that you won't be able to go a day without this," You said.

"That doesn't sound appealing, and doesn't coffee make your life shorter?" Keith asked.

"That's just a myth," You said, brushing the topic off. "What do you prefer, milky or a strong taste?" You asked.

"Uh, I'll have some milk" Keith answered.

"Okay, do you like okay sweet, sweet, or really sweet?" You asked.

"I'll go with sweet" Keith answered.

"Mm-hmm," You said, whipping up Keith's coffee. You were actually messing around with the coffee to make it according to how you liked it in case Keith didn't like it; you wouldn't want that beautiful cup of coffee to go to waste now did we? "Here you go" You smiled, passing the hot cup to Keith. Keith took a careful sip of the drink and scrunched his face with careful thought. "Whaddya think?" You asked.

"Doesn't taste that bad actually!" Keith smiled.

"Awesome! I have got you hooked on coffee!" You celebrated.

...Three weeks later...

"Ugh, I hate my brain right now" You groaned. You couldn't believe it. It was three weeks still nothing passed your mind. Your music library was played a million times already and getting music between missions was out of the question. Whenever you sat to write, you just ended up talking to yourself through the computer. You didn't know what happened. Your brain just turned off.
