We all went to our individual houses, all shattered and in need of a few days break. Luckily for me that was exactly what I got, as Courtney decided to have a few days rest before dragging me along to help her pack for moving in with Shayne. It was quite soon in their relationship but I can't talk can I? At least I don't have to hear them doing it 24/7.

As a cool breeze breaks though my slightly open window I pull the covers closer to me, trying not to disturb the ice cream I had perched atop of my resting form. I click play on my favourite Nextflix show and pick up my buzzing phone.

I turned off my phone and turned back to my ice cream and my Netflix show. A few spoons of the dairy goodness later and my bedroom door knocks a few times.

"COME IN BITCH" I yell, shoving more ice cream into my mouth. A few seconds later my bed dips and an arm goes around my waist "May I try some" a soft voice asks. I turn my head a see a smiling Damien holding a box wrapped in velvet paper. I nod and hand him a spoon, as he is the only person I ever share my food with. "How are you?" I ask, trying to make conversation before I ask the buring question I have. "I'm great you baby?" He responds, snuggling up to me "I'm amazing now. What's in the box?" He giggles "It's a surprise!" He pops it on the bedside table and gets underneath the covers.
