"So, how come you're alone?" I asked as we flew over the outer wall.
"It was an ambush," Toph said anxiously. "Muteki put up a fight, but it didn't sound good."
She tensed up, and I put a hand on her shoulder. "He's too tough to stay down."
I sincerely hope I'm not wrong.
Toph shook her head as if to clear away the scary thoughts. "So how did it go with the Guru? Did you master the Avatar State?"
"Uhh..."
"Aang, are you ok?" Sokka questioned.
"I'm great," Aang said, smiling kinda awkwardly. "It went great with the Guru. I completely mastered the Avatar State."
He then did a nervous laugh, with an awkward "yeah" at the end. I sighed heavily. He really needs to stop lying.
"Right now, we need to check on Katara and Muteki," I said. "And I'm worried that in all this, we've heard nothing about Jin."
"Yeah, if Katara was in trouble in your vision, how come you didn't see Jin?" Sokka questioned. "And if she's fine, where was she when this all happened?"
"Answers are just ahead," I said.
