Sophia or Fifi Macker was a name everyone knew in Woodsboro.
Either due to her still being friends with her ex-boyfriend Billy Loomis or being the twin sister of Stu Macher.
But Sophia Macher was used to being the second choice. Her parents chose their careers over her. Her brother chose Billy over her. Her best friends chose each other over her.

But when murders begin to happen in her town and Sophia meets Dwight Riley. Although the two knew each other but not that well.
