Ruby hums a small tune as she walks down the halls of the school minding her own business.

But as she was walking in the courtyard, she saw Nathaniel sitting down on a bench in the far corner and drawing something in his sketchbook.

Curious, she walks over to him and looks down to see that he was drawing a picture of Chloé with her hair down and flowers in her hair.

Smirking impishly, Ruby leans forward and whispered in Nathaniel's ear. "Hmm, you have it bad."

Resisting the urge to scream in surprise, Nathaniel looked at her in shock, but he then sighs in relief. "Ruby, don't scare me like that."

Chuckling, Ruby takes his sketch book from him to look at his work. "Hey!" But the silver eyed girl paid him no mind as she flips through his drawings and saw that the most recent ones were of Chloé.

"Aww." She cooed, finding his crush on Chloé cute.

She then flips through another page and saw a picture of a bee themed ring but for some reason Ruby thinks she's actually seen this ring somewhere before.

Then it finally hits her, "Hey, isn't that the limited-edition honeycomb Bee ring?" She asked.

Having enough, Nathaniel snatches his sketchbook away from her and held it close to him. "Didn't anyone ever tell you that it's rude to look through people's stuff?"

Ruby sticks her tongue out at him playfully, but she soon became serious. "But seriously, why do you have a drawing of that ring?"

Nathaniel blushes in embarrassment. "Well, I was thinking of getting it for Chloé as a Valentine's gift." He admitted.

Ruby looked at him in surprise, "Wow, you're moving a lot faster than I thought."

The redhaired boy sighed and rubs the back of his neck.

"Well, I thought about what you said. And quite frankly, the idea that I might miss my chance to be with her just because I didn't say anything scared me a lot more than the fear of being rejected."

"Besides, Chloé has been...acting really affectionate lately and I'm starting to believe it might be more than friendship at this point." He added.

"You're head over heels in love with her, huh?"

Smiling, Nathaniel looks up at the sky and thinks about his feelings for Chloé. "Madly. To be honest, I don't think my feelings for Marinette were this strong."

The Huntress chuckles but she looked at him in curiosity. "But I'm curious to know why you want to give her this. Especially since I heard that it's around €419.52."
