I fixed my bow as I began to cheer with the cheerleaders, ya see at this school it's all about basketball.

''Basket by Nathan Scott! He really looks sharp out there tonight. And now a steal by the ravens. They'll go on the offensive. Coach Whitey Durham urges them on. Tim Smith -- he's got Scott! And he hammers it home! ! He's already got 14 of the Ravens' 17 points tonight. Turn around jumper ... Nathan Scott! We haven't seen talent like this since his father, Dan, played for whitey. Here's Scott again -- another one! It's all Nathan Scott!''The announcer shouted.

''Let's go Ravens!'' I cheered.

''B. Scott, what are you doing after school?'' Brooke Davis, my best friend asked.

''I have to go home and study, besides my mom will have food ready once I get back.'' I smiled.

''Ugh. You never do anything!'' Peyton Sawyer, Brooke's other friend laughed.

I thought Peyton was a cool person, though, I just hated how she let Nathan treat her like shit.

''That's because my mom hates that i'm a cheerleader and my twin hates that I'm around your boyfriend, who in returns hate's me because his daddy told him too.'' I rolled my eyes.

''Is it bad that I'm glad I'm not in your family?'' Brooke giggled.

''Of course not B. Davis, sometimes I wish I wasn't either.'' I mumbled.

I noticed that Coach Durham had sat Nathan out before sending him back in because we were losing. Nathan came up beside us as he threw the ball in.

''Let's go, Nathan! Don't bother showering tonight.'' Peyton told him.

As he went back into the game I began to fake gag.

''Shut up Blake.'' Sawyer giggled.

"Let's go Nathan!'' The squad called.

''Come on Jake!'' I called to the one guy on the team I could stand.

''Under 20 seconds to go, and it's all tied up. Fasten your seat belts, folks. We're going down to the wire. Stolen by Nathan Scott! The ravens have it! They're gonna hold on 10 seconds remaining on the clock. Now five!'' The announcer called.

The crowed erupted in cheers as my brother made the final basket. Us cheerleaders ran out on the court and began hugging the players. I found Jake and pulled him into a hug.

''Way to go Jake!'' I laughed.

''I think it had to do with you cheering me on.'' He smirked.

I rolled my eyes at him. Jake and I had this flirting thing going on, but he won't go all in.
