Anthony: Yes, I think it's a good idea - He was standing next to me and touched his chin.
Luka: Do you want to go with me? - I took my bag and stared approaching the door.
Anthony: Yes, I think I'll be useful in that Police Station. You know they won't give you any information about them, right?
Luka: At least, I'm able to gain some recordings.
Anthony: We won't find out many things from the recordings, especially because of that that's all muted.
Luka: And do you think they'll tell you something? - I turned to him.
Anthony: I'm even sure about it - He smirked - So, let's go.
I nodded at him and we left the hotel room. Of course a lot of bodyguards surrounded us. Thanks to them no one even looked at us here, because they all were too scared. We entered my entered car and we hit the road.
Anthony: I heard you helped some bar's owner here - He looked at me.
Luka: Yes - All the time I was looking straight ahead - It's how I am - I shrugged.
Anthony: You know it was risky? If he was infected with HIV and you had a wound, he could infect you.
Luka: I don't care about it. When I see that someone needs help, I can't pass them by indifferently.

Anthony: Stop this bullshit, Luka - He hissed angrily.

Finally, we reached the police station. I stopped the engine and I reached for my bag. It took me about 10 minutes to access the cameras, but finally downloaded all the files. I nodded to Anthony and we left the car.
In front of the police station there were a lot of bodyguards. Well... They didn't look very friendly, that's for sure. When we began to approach them, they immediately took a defensive position.

Bodyguard: Who are you? - He narrowed his eyes at Anthony.
Anthony: My name is Anthony Gomez - He showed them his FBI Chief Badge. They immediately turned pale and took a step back - Yes, I'm the FBI chief from the USA.

Anthony: I need to talk to your boss - He put his badge away.

Anthony took off all his equipment, and I have to admit, he's really well armed. I'm even surprised how he has the strength to carry all this equipment with him all the time.
Bodyguard: Okay, you're really the chief - He laughed when Anthony put away the last gun.

Bodyguard: What about him? - He nodded at me.

Anthony and finally I entered the police station and everyone turned pale when they saw Anthony. He just smirked and crossed his arms on his chest.

Anthony: I asked you, where's your boss - He said with his slow and firm voice - Is my question incomprehensible?

Of course Anthony didn't even knock the door. He just grabbed the handle and entered the room.
General: What the... - He immediately got up and looked at us with his furious gaze, then he saw Anthony and took a step back - G... - He swallowed - Gomez?
Anthony: One and only - He spread his hands and smirked.
General: What are you doing here? - He was white as sheet - I deported all Americans.
Anthony: Easy man - He approached him and patted his shoulder - I'm not going to reprimand you.
General: So, what are you doing here? - He narrowed his eyes at him - I made sure that all flights to Kenya are closed so you had to arrive by a government helicopter. You wouldn't do it out of boredom.

Anthony: Check your files, now - He nodded at the cabins - Unless you want me to do it.

I took out the phone and show him a photo of Maria and Joe. General narrowed his eyes at my phone and got closer look at them.

Luka: On the day of her disappearance... In the morning Maria and Joe quarreled because Joe told her that he didn't want to divorce her.

Luka: When Elena received the message from the kidnapper that she should trust you and not Joe, she confronted with Joe and he confessed to lying. Anthony: All the time I was thinking about all these circumstances. There was something wrong with that Maria left the house for jogging. It didn't make any sense to me. A few hours earlier she was at my house and then she went running like this? - He snapped his fingers - When Maria is very nervous about something, she doing some activity. It relaxes her. The argument with Joe must have upset her a lot, so before she went to see the lawyer, she went for jogging to calm down - He sighed - Did that asshole say why he doesn't want to divorce her?

Then, I peeked at him and I slightly smiled. I don't know why but I'm happy that he's here. He's not a bad guy, he's a really nice man. I always imagined him differently. Of course I remember what he did to Jake and I'll never forget that, but... When I'm looking at him I see Jake. They are so incredibly similar to each other. This sarcasm, gestures, humor, authority, seriousness, determination and stubbornness... If they only wanted to talk to each other at last... Gosh, if they could reconcile, it would be a greatest and the most powerful friendship in the whole America.
Suddenly, I realised how much I miss Jake. You have no fucking idea how much I want him to be next to me right now. With all my pain... I'm completely alone. So much has happened since we split up... I don't know how long I'll be able to bear it all alone. It's... too much...
Anthony: Here - He pointed at some place - I'm sure.
I looked at the place and I drove into the parking slot. I stopped the car and of course I started working on access.
Anthony: I'll go take a look around, okay? - He looked at me.
Luka: Sure - All the time I was looking at my screen.
Anthony left the car and I continued my work. Of course, there were countless security guards around my car...

Max: Where are you going? - He narrowed his eyes at me.
Anthony: I'm going to look around - I smiled at him.
Max: I'm going with you - He said firmly.

Anthony: I'll be fine, don't worry - I smiled at him one last time and walked away.
Of course Max was worried as hell. He's been my best friend since I joined the FBI. We always do everything together, he also know about me and Maria. At first, he didn't like her... Aluna: My name is Aluna - She smiled at me again - I knew you would come here someday - She opened the door and nodded - Please, come in.
Anthony: What's it all about? - I was still confused.
Aluna: Maria King - She said calmly - Unless I mistook you with someone else.
Anthony: You know Maria? - I turned pale again.
Aluna: And I know you. Please, come in.
She turned back and entered the building. You have no fucking idea how confused I'm right now. Finally, I gathered myself and entered the building too.
As I walked over the threshold, I started to look around and saw a quite cozy living room. There was a couch, a fireplace, a small kitchen, a bookcase, a few armchairs and a table.
Aluna: Do you want some tea? - I heard her from the kitchen.
Anthony: No, you really don't have to - I was going deeper and deeper into the room.
Aluna: It's really not the problem. I'll make you something. Please, take a seat. I'll join you in a moment.
I sat on the couch hesitantly and looked around. It seems to me that this is such a professional deviation. I looked for threats from every possible place, but everything seemed safe.
Aluna: How is Elena doing? - She smiled and handed me a mug with hot tea.

I slowly started turning my head to her and all the time I was listening to everything she was saying.
Aluna: What about the child Maria dreamed of? I hope you already have your dreamed girl whom you two talked about a few times. Has Maria divorced this monster Joe?
Anthony: Who the fuck are you? - I finally turned all over to her.
Aluna: I told you, Anthony - She got up and started approaching me - I know everything. I'm the only person in this world to whom Maria has confessed about everything. I know the whole truth, but... not only me - She sighed.
