NIKKI SIXX ENGAGED JUST MONTHS AFTER DIVORCE.
There it was, staring back at you as the magazine lay there on the table. Everyone knew now.
"Nikki do you want the silver colour or the bronze?" You asked with the phone to your ear. You had been on the phone with the designer for the house every day this week.
"I can't choose. Go with bronze." Nikki replied to you before turning back to the guys. They were looking over a new potential song.
"When the winds cry Angela, I'll be there" Nikki sang as Mick played the riff on his guitar.
"No please don't put my house up for sale yet. I haven't had a chance to say goodbye." You said sighing. "Look I know that I need too.."
The designer had been giving you crap about not putting your house on the market and moaning you were losing money. It was a big deal to you, you couldn't just sell it.
Nikki watched you as he listened to Tommy talk about the drum part of the song. He had noticed that you had seemed off lately. Not with him, but yourself. You constantly seemed frustrated with yourself.
When he finished with the song, he came over to you and put his arms around you. You hugged him tightly and didn't say a word. You enjoyed just having him hold you for a while.
"So something came for us this morning" Nikki said softly as he rested his chin on your head. "Lita's wedding invites came through"
"You're invited to the wedding?" You asked pretending to be shocked and he playfully hit you on the ass. "You slept with the bride and hate the groom, excuse me for questioning it"
"Hilarious. Anyway, it's not that far away. She's having it in LA, it's gonna be very rock n roll" Nikki said happy to watch you perk up.
"I'm so happy for her. Plus I need to meet this guy, give my approval" You smirked.
"On the day of the wedding? If you don't like him is she meant to be a runaway bride?" He raised an eyebrow and you nodded.
"Have the Harley ready babe, we might need it" You semi joked and he raised an eyebrow. You ran a hand through his hair and kissed him.
"Are you okay angel?" He murmured in your ear. You shot him a small smile, you went to say something but Tommy called Nikki. You closed your mouth and pulled yourself from his embrace.
"You better go see what Tommy wants. I'm gonna head to the bus" You said putting your hands in your pockets.
"Can we talk later?" He asked hopefully and you nodded forcing another smile.
"Sure we can"

You weren't sure what was wrong with you. This was the best time of your life, you were engaged, you were so happy with Nikki, but you felt this immense sadness hanging around you all the time. You guessed it was because you had nothing to fill your music void.
Nikki opened the door and closed it behind him. He shot you a smile. The toothy smirk that you could never resist and you stopped attempting to. He crawled on the bed and up you, he kissed you deeply before rolling to the side of you.
"Talk to doom and gloom. He knows all about doom..and gloom actually" You chuckled and rolled on your side so you faced him. He rubbed your cheek with his knuckle.
"I feel useless Nikki." You murmured. "Music gave me confidence, it gave me a purpose. I felt like a fucking badass. Now I'm a shell of myself"
"I promised you we would figure out the next step. I kinda neglected it and I'm sorry. But we're gonna figure it out, right now" He sat up and rested against the headboard.
"It's my responsibility you shouldn't be sorry.." He hushed you and handed you your notebook.
"If you're not in a band, you should be writing songs. You're a writer." Nikki said and you laughed until you realised he was serious.
"You helped us, you helped..those guys" He said rolling his eyes. "I think you should write for the big names."
"In the meantime..Mick wants your help. He's got a vision, but wants you to help him" Nikki moved some hair out your face.
"Are you just saying that? Does Mick actually need my help? I mean it's Mick" You asked and Nikki chuckled.
"Mick gets there in the end, but he feels with you, you can help speed up his creative process. He's listened to some bands you suggested and wants to do a grungey heavier song." Nikki explained.
"I can do that" You said with a nod. "I can help."
"One more thing, before you try and take advantage of me and we end up having sex rather than talking.." Nikki said flashing you a grin. "Why are you so uncomfortable with yourself?"
"I'm not uncomfortable with myself. But I'm very aware of who I am and who you are" You stated with a shrug.
"And who are we then?"
"You're Nikki Sixx. You've been with pornstars, groupies, dancers, actresses. You've seen and experienced it all. You are larger than life. I was with a guy for ten years and he left me for someone who's very normal very plain. So if he can do that, what's stopping you from leaving me for someone who gets the spotlight, who is as big as you? Stars get with other stars. That's how it works baby" You explained sadly. Nikki looked at you, hurt written across his face.
"You are larger than life..I hate to break it to you babe, but you're a star. And you are the most beautiful, sexy, intelligent woman I have ever been with. You're out of this world. Do you think that all those girls you listed I ever spent more than a couple weeks with at a time?" He said staring at you.
"Do you think I put time into chasing them around for weeks, months, begging for their attention?" He laughed sadly. "You're the only person who sees me for me. You don't shy away when I'm being an asshole, or bitch at me if I'm unhappy. You are the only person I can stand to be around."
You wanted to shy away but he wouldn't let you. He rubbed your cheek and kissed your forehead.
"I know you don't see it. But you need to understand that this is how I see you and that's it."

It was the very last day of the tour. Nikki was doing some last minute interviews and press conferences about the tour. You were sat watching backstage on the feed.
"MTV is at the final date of the Motley Crüe Europe and North America tour. We just played their new music video Same Ol Situation, showing footage from their Monsters of Rock tour from mid last year. We're here with Nikki Sixx and Mick Mars, live to discuss tonight's show.."
You watched as he discussed how the shows had been with input from Mick. You watched as he lied through his teeth about how much he liked the guys from Warrant as well.
"Now as you guys are back in LA have you had a chance to go home yet and see your families. Are they here tonight?"
"Not yet, we're spending one more night on the bus and then heading home tomorrow. All the family we need have been with us for the ride" Mick explained.
"Nikki, you've actually had a crazy tour haven't you? Divorced and engaged from start to finish. Is she here tonight?"
"When you know you know" He said with a smile. "She is, she's helped set up for tonight's show. I'll see if she will make an appearance tonight."

"SOS, you have to dude. It's your song" Tommy said getting ready to go on stage. You eyed Vince who rubbed his face, he looked at you bored.
"He's right. You've been here for the ride. Come out for the song" Vince stated before getting up and walking to the mirror. You looked at him in shock, your mouth was even hanging open.
"Well, if Vince says so, I kinda gotta do it now" You laughed. "I'll see you boys out there"
You walked out the dressing room to see Nikki in the corridor, stretching. He smiled as you hugged him from behind and leant your head against his back.
"This whole tour has been amazing Nikki. Thank you for bringing me along" He took your hands and kissed them. You ran a hand through his shaggy hair before walking past him as you headed to the side stage.
You kept your promise and headed out with your guitar, Mick nodded at you as you started to play the intro. Nikki leant towards you as you played. He managed to lean in and kiss you quick. You laughed as he strolled away whipping his shaggy hair about.
You ran around on the stage, really enjoying yourself and even jammed with Vince for a little. As the song came to a close you heard Vince.
"Let's hear it for soon to be Mrs Sixx" Vince yelled st the audience and turned around clapping you. Mick and Tommy did the same. Nikki dropped his bass and ran over picking you up and spinning you around. You laughed and clinged to his sweaty body. He kissed you again and grinned.
You kissed him once more before waving to the crowd and heading off stage so they could finish their set.

The party that night was insane. There were strippers, fireworks, people spinning fire sticks around, naked waitresses. You had never seen something like this in your life.
It didn't take you long to get drunk when you kept getting offered shot after shot after shot. You eventually found Mick and Dawn, Micks friend. He wouldn't tell you if there was anything going on there, but he looked pretty cosy with her.
"I love Mick Mars" You announced with a laugh. "You are secretly one of the nicest people I've ever known. And I have a favour to ask you.."
"Oh boy" Mick laughed as you sat between him and Dawn. You apologised to Dawn for invading her space, but she was just laughing at you.
"Mick, I'm being super serious right now" You said pointing your finger at him.
"Cmon kid, lets hear it" He chuckled, leaning in as you requested.
"I want you to walk me down the aisle" You said grinning. "Is that Okay..with you?"
"Of course I will" Your grin got wider as he didn't even hesitate. He even let you hug him. You stood up with your arms in the air.
"He said yes! Mick said yes!" You announced to nobody in particular. You eyed the waitress carrying the shots and began to follow her. You ended up losing her in the sea of people.
"Vincent Neil" You smirked as you tapped him on the shoulder. He turned around at looked at you skeptically.
"You're drunk"
"You're blonde." You smiled at him and he rolled his eyes. "Will you be a groomsman at our wedding?"
"I'll think about it" He said taking a swig of his drink. "Be careful, you're too drunk to be wandering in a room full of strangers."
You waved him off as you found Nikki, talking to Tommy and his new girlfriend, Heather. You squinted at her and tapped your chin.
"You're on tv..But I don't know what channel" You said as you stuck your hand out. She laughed and shook it with a smile.
"I'm Heather. Nikki's been telling me about you two." She explained. Nikki smirked at you as you held onto him to steady yourself.
"Nikki is the best. Honestly,..the best" You grinned.
Tommy laughed at you before pulling Heather away to meet some of his other friends.
"Hi drunky" You jumped as his whispered in your ear. You turned around and held your chest.
"I didn't realise you were there Nikki"
"You literally just leant on me" He snorted as he put his arms around you. "How many are you on?"
"Too many to be around you and not annoy you" You said with a sigh. "I'm sorry Nikki, I don't wanna be this drunk around you"
"It's okay babe, honestly" He laughed kissing the side of your head. "You are allowed to have a good time. And I had a glass of champagne, so Y'know, life of the party over here"
You ran a hand across his chest as you looked at him. You bit your lip as you dragged your hand down his chest until you got to his jeans. He pulled you close as you popped open the button.
"What are you doing?" He asked before moaning as you put your hand in the fly of his jeans, grabbing him softly. He gripped your ass firmly and held you to him so nobody had a clear view. You fiddled with the button on his boxers with your thumb until it came undone. He tried to stop another moan as palmed him.
"You are so fuckin bad" He growled with a grin. He leant down and nipped your bottom lip. You removed your hand before dragging him to the club bathroom by his jeans.
