Koyuki Elaine Dragneel's Origins

An- My art of smol Koyuki/Elaine.

*Throws both arms up with a fake smile* I'm really depressed~ *The author holds the eyes that read they wish to cry* In all honesty, this chapter practically just...read on and you'll understand why. Moreover, the reason for an early update and there won't be an update for next week is because I'll be recovering from surgery. So I'll use my time to rest.

Also, there's a scene in here that'll have some internally screaming this image towards a certain someone.

The mission ended in success. Successfully rescuing the young captive child, Eri. And with the inclusion of the many arrests of the yakuza and their leader of the small organization, Chisaki Kai. However, it didn't excuse the amount of casualties harmed and injured in the scene. Though many heroes and officers in the raid are being treated, it didn't leave out the young and wounded wizards.

Once Fatgum and Kirishima heard of Shira's condition, as well as Tamaki already waited for her release from surgery. Both men rushed, well wheeled. Kirishima was rolled to the door's by wheelchair due to their fight against one of the much violent members of the mafia and as well shielding his mentor from the barrage of attacks. The hero and his two students waited anxiously for Shira's results after surgery. Even though the three are just as badly injured, they wanted to know the news of the young ravenette's condition. While waiting, the nurses filled in the hero that the mage's right eye was completely destroyed and removed the bullet inside and along the sockets remains. Both hero and Kirishima noticed Amajiki's flinch and his heartbroken look, obviously blaming themselves. They could see his eyes glaze with unshed tears. Once they were allowed to enter the patient's room, both boys rushed to her side. No hesitation whatsoever, they grasped her hands. Her bangs were now pulled back and revealed her bandaged right eye. Fatgum watched the two young men held the girl's hands with such delicateness.

The twin God Slayers remained unconscious. Bandages wrapped around their foreheads and chests from the Sinner's attacks and the fused Chisaki and Azazel. Both Tsuyu and Ochako sat by their bedsides, waiting for them to awaken. Nejire, who joined the two, tiredly napped; having been deeply exhausted from all that's happened to them all in one single day. They're likely to hear this in the news and especially the questioning of more wizards.

Moreover, the first thing Izuku thought once regaining consciousness was Koyuki's health. Unbridled terror gripped his heart, which caused him to snap up from his cot; frightening the poor nurses passing by the bed and for his sudden jump. At first, the nurses tried to calm his spastic questioning of the Dragneel. Begging to know if she were okay or in some worst scenario of conditions. Running thoughts of fear plaqued his mind. Thankfully for the nurses, the doctor chosen to see over the greenette's health came in and gave an overview of his health. Unsurprisingly, he pleaded to know of his mage friend. Relenting, the man gave disturbing news of Koyuki's health.

She seemed completely fine, minus the fact she needed blood transfusion from the amount of blood she has lost. But her body still held those marks. Finding nothing out of ordinary, yet held this gut feeling it wasn't true. There was something that unsettled the doctors that reviewed Koyuki's health status. Upon police and heroes testimonies of witnessing the Dragon Slayer's state of being during the fight, it was not something to overlook.

Midoriya continued his pleads to see the girl. The doctor, although defeated, relented and gave the concerned teen her room number. Almost letting out a smile the moment the greenette booked it out of his seat and out the door. Finding their worrying over the girl quite endearing.

Like those months prior, Izuku ignored many nurses and doctors calling out to him to slow down or "no running in the hospital halls." And just like before, he only pushed himself to run faster through the halls. Dodging people and equipment in his way. He never thought he'd be in hospital again, running to Koyuki's room in frantic worry. Once spotting the exact room number his doctor have him, Izuku slowed to a stop before it. Panting from his sprint, gulping down his nerves. Turning the knob, he was met with the sight of Koyuki sitting up in her own cot, pulling a strand of pink-silver hair. Eyeing the strands of gentle cherry blossom colors of hair with snow white roots. Stopping in her little examination of her color change and shift her attention to the person who entered her room.

Her, now, onyx orbs met his emeralds. Stunning him that this once again in gazing into Koyuki's changed eye color, no longer azures. Strangely enough, even if she lost her sapphire colored orbs, her eyes seem to hold this gleaming obsidian gems. Oddly enough, they fitted her better than the lapis lazuli jewels that he's used to. Including her pink-silver strands of hair. Having seen the picture of Natsu when Heartfilia held up a magazine of them with the whole team together. It made so much sense with them being siblings sharing similar characteristics. From their broad grins to their competitive nature. Now they held the same dark orbs and pink strands of hair. Furthermore, this didn't disclose the fact Koyuki's sudden change was an oddity on its own and didn't seem to understand what caused her to have silver hair and blue eyes. But that wasn't what was important...

Realizing himself and for the fact she's actually conscious and well. The tremendous force of relief came barreling full force in his core. His jaw clenched in frustration, marching his way to the Slayer. It almost seemed she might receive another headbutt from the greenette like the previous incident. But instead he grabbed her shoulders firmly and scowled into her dark orbs, "You idiot!" Tears welling rapidly behind his sockets till falling from their dams, "Value your life more!!" Biting his bottom lip, stopping any emotional sound of whimpers; and yet, they left either way, even with his resistance, "Value it as how I do... Stop making me worry..."

He didn't fight against her once her arms slowly wrapped around his form and pulled him close. Openly welcoming her comfort and pressed against her warm body. Hiding his face into the curve of her neck, whimpers leaving his lips. He actually thought he lost her again. That thought was the most horrible thing to ever come across his mind. He never, ever, wanted to experience it again, ever. From such thought, he slowly wrapped his arms around her waist; holding her closer. As if to reassure his emotional state that she's here, well and not dying. Finding comfort from her gentle fingers caressing through his curls.

"I thought I lost you again..., Koyuki." His voice still held tremors of worry and his still present anxiety. Shifting back to throw her a worried scowl, "Don't you ever scare me like that, Dragneel."

"This is becoming a constant scolding, Izuku." Grinning deviously towards her green haired partner. Holding a mischievous shine in those borts-like eyes.

Narrowing his eyes at her teasing gaze, freckled cheeks flushing slightly. He wouldn't dare to vocally agree with the girl, since it's true. He's constantly scolding and fretting over her wellbeing and of course he would! He deeply cared and loved this troublesome girl. Even to the point of shedding tears if terrible harm comes upon her. Honestly, Midoriya had to wonder if all Dragon Slayers have a knack for constant danger for their competitiveness and instinct to protect. Which ever the reason, he hoped-- prayed that none of them to leads to her death. Heaven forbid it!

"Then stop doing it." Embracing her tenderly to his form, unknowingly leaning in close and nuzzling his nose against hers, "I worry about you, Koyuki."

"Izuku...?" Flushing at his sudden action of pure affection.

The two were now gazing into the other's eyes, staying in complete silence. The atmosphere in the room taking a whole different aura. A much more intimate one.

Even though he's use to her enchanting azures, but knowing this was her actual eye color. They were still stunning. Her dark pupils seemed to glimmer like the gems they are. Admittedly, they still held the effect on him; a spell that could hold his stare, and he wouldn't dare look away or have him a timid mess that makes him tongue tied to even speak properly. Izuku shakenly gulped his nerves, "Koyuki...I..." Feeling a deep lump in his throat gradually growing from anxiety. All he needed to do is say it. Express himself honestly to the Slayer. Mouth gapping, as if trying to utter something out. However, this repeated; his mouth opening and closing as if to speak. Sadly, he still didn't have the courage as he hoped. Shoulders slupping in defeat and safely pleaded to the girl with begging emeralds, "Please be more careful." Even if he couldn't confess, Izuku only hoped Koyuki considered her own safety more. Although contradicting the career of heroism, he still fretted about her health. Literally what Recovery Girl preached: beating death with a stick, possibly club, daring them to do his worst bidding.

Finding his soft plead endearing, Koyuki smiled gently to the downtrodden boy before her. Embracing Midoriya against her form, seemingly ignorant at his growing blush on their feature. Cheeks pressed to her shoulder's. Yet she grinned charmingly to the greenette, "I'll try." Surprisingly not flinching back from Koyuki's strange forehead-pressed-to-forehead form of way of comfort. Even so, it greatly comforted his worried state of mind. Eyes slowly fluttering closed and shakenly inhaling her oceanic-pine scent, soothing him tremendously. Putting slight pressure against hers, expressing his thanks to her comfort. Including her familiar flow of magic that seemed to swirl around him. It always seemed to try and comfort him in his frantic moments like this. Soothing his anxious form with her cool and rhythmic elemental powers. But even so, he found this strangely therapeutic from her. Mostly after terrible crises.

Do all Dragon Slayers do this. He doubts it, since the few he's met don't seem to hold this type of habit in their character. Maybe it's in the Dragneel family habit-- the forehead thing?

"Ah hum!" Coughed out a voice, trying to get their attention.

Tensing up upon hearing the cough from the third-party. Shifting over to see a glaring auburn teen, who had her fists on her hips. As well a female staff member-- a shy nurse, who's slowly receding away with such a redden complexion, while also hiding behind their clipboard. Clearly witnessing the whole intimate moment between the two. Not only that, the angle she had on them seem as if they were kissing. Feeding their mind further once the boy turned and their cheeks are deeply red, practically crimson.

"Daisy?!" Both teens gawked the young human-Exceed by the door.

"You're seriously going to give me a heartattack at a young age, Koyuki!" Marching her way to the pink-silverette with raging fires in their dark pupils. "You Dragon Slayers must have a death wish if you're constantly almost getting yourself killed!"

"Practically what I thought too..." Muttering under his breath; agreeing to Daisy's description of a Dragon Slayer's wild habit. Internally shaking off the monologue, there was an important question with the auburn's presence, "How are you even here?"

"I allowed it." both greenette and pink-silverette turned to the doorway to see Shota Aizawa entering the room.

"Aizawa-sensee/Teach?!"

The, wearing their dark regular clothes that consisted of black long sleeves shirt and baggy pants; keeping their dark theme. Shota, although glad to see two of his students well, scowled at the Dragon Slayer, "Dragneel, your daring acts are becoming repetitive."

Not without Daisy throwing her two cents, "I'd tell you now, Aizawa; but please give up." Throwing her own scowl at her smiling partner, as if they've done nothing wrong, "If it's the whole guild like this, it's the whole lot that'll follow." Koyuki had the audacity to grin cockily at the human-feline.

Aizawa, seeing such look from the Slayer that confirmed the younger girl's statement, "...I really do pity you, Daisy."

"I'm right here!!" Throwing her arms up, insulted by Shota's words.

Moreover, Koyuki wanted to know of the others health, even going as far leaving her room with Daisy practically blocking her path, but without being moved by The Slayer's relenting strength. It was like seeing a small American football player trying hold back a literal giant from passing, yet they're being pushed back. Irking the small girl at their partner's stubbornness and Dragon Slayers nonchalantly shaking of the fact they're terribly injured or need to rest from their fights. That's the one thing that irks the feline about the Dragon Slayers characteristics. To which Izuku had to agree with the Exceed wholeheartedly. Thankfully Shota informed them of their peers currant health. Although many are greatly wounded, none have life threatening injuries. Including the heroes Rock Lock and Fatgum are doing well.

However, another patient, Eri, the poor child had caught a fever and is resting. Yet with the knowledge they're able to deduct, the small child had be quarantine due to their power's. Sadly neither Izuku nor Koyuki were allowed by others to see the girl. A decision that had to be made. The only one who is allowed to even see the child incase of their Quirk ever going off was Eraserhead himself. Furthermore, it did stun Aizawa to know that Izuku was able to last long with Eri due to the boy shattering their own body in a matching pace with the child's power. Even so, Shota had to scold the boy for making a risky decision with Eri's abilities. Not only Midoriya was off the hook of being reprimanded. Koyuki made just as a risky move to force Eri's powers into her body so none of those around could be affected. It could explain why her changed color. Something in Koyuki's life altered her identity and what ever it was, with Eri's Quirk, it reverted back. Although not completely with the remaining white roots. It still baffled the girls about this. What ever spell or concoction it was, it was powerful enough to hold back Eri's powers.

Moreover, in Aizawa's opinion, it was the best course of action they could've made for Eri's mental state of being. Especially all the abuse the child went through and the sudden new environment may prove them too much.

While the four took the elevator, much to Koyuki horror and wanting to run away until Shota grabbed her forearm and forced her in. Most likely her punishment for all the stunts she's pulled. It was only a moment Daisy and Izuku pitied the Dragneel, but it was for a moment. The moment the doors opened, the mage literally threw herself out the open doors and heaved in air, "Doors to hell! They're doors to hell, I tell ya!!"

For the human-Exceed to bluntly respond, "You'll live, Koyuki."

"Look who just arrived." A voice spoke from ahead the four, causing the young ones to snap at the voices direction and spot the retired number one hero, All Might. Not only that, Recovery Girl is amongst the crowd with both of Nighteye's sidekicks too.

Surprised to see both his mentor and school's nurse here in the hospital, "All Might! Recovery Girl!" Wondering their presence, "Why're you--"

"I called him here." Bubble Girl intervened Izuku's questioning. Finally they noticed the distraught look on the woman's face. Looking ready to cry in front of the group, "Because..." Biting her bottom lip, trying to wipe away the tears bubbling from her eyes. "Sir, he... To him, All Might was always..."

"Awata." The gentlemanly centipede attempted to console the woman's whimpers.

The two- both hero and mage- felt the sense of dread slowly creeping in their bones. Paling at everyone's looks of uncertainty and grief. None wanted to accept this news. And sadly, the doctor who handled the operation and Recovery Girl who rushed to see if there was any hope her abilities could save the man. It was all looking grim.

"There was nothing we could really do. Honestly, it's a miracle he's even breathing at all..."

The elderly woman sighed under her breath, truly sadden for her fellow hero and acquaintance, "My healing won't be able to help at this point either..."

Koyuki, paling at the news. Not wanting to accept that the hero, her mentor in this world is dying. "You're kidding..." Daisy could see the looks on both teens faces. The awful news none wanted to accept.

"Sadly, he won't make it to see tomorrow."

.

.

.

.

Inside the room lied the man himself. It was a saddening sight of the wounded hero. A mask over their face, their awfully slow breathing could be heard. Wires from different machinery plugged into the man's abdomen. Their arm pissing from the spikes ripping it off during the final raid. This was something no one wanted see again. Hearing the gentle beeping of that one machinery; the machine that sound Nighteye's heart.

Many like Koyuki and Izuku stood back and allowed All Might to speak with their ex-partner. Knowing these two needed a chance to converse with the other, before it was too late. They very much needed this.

"Nighteye..." Many could hear the quiver in Toshinori's voice, broken at the sight of their friend.

The patient fluttered their eyes open, gently. Almost the action was exhausting task to do. Barely craning their neck to the blonde's direction, yet they could see the slight surprise in their pale features. "All...M-Might?" Gulping shakenly, it was surprising to see them so nervous of the retired man. "You didn't feel like coming to see me...until I was dying?"

Koyuki saw the lanky hero's shoulders tense, slightly trembling before ceasing. Gripping her wrist tightly upon seeing All Might's growing sadness and regret in their past dispute between partners. "I don't know what to say... How I wronged you..."

Unable to take this, just hearing the regrets and distraught between his two mentors, "Nighteye! You gotta hang in there!" The greenette held a hand gently clasping his forearm, "Izuku..." Belong to the pink-silver Dragneel.

"No need...to be so uptight...I...I never held anything against you..." Trying to ease the blonde's tension. Not expecting them to hold such guilt over these years. "I just always...wished for your happiness...that's all so... If you've decided to fight against fate...that's fine...in my books..."

Biting her bottom lip, Koyuki felt Daisy's hand slowly clasp her vacant hand; trying to console the Slayer.

"You need to fight too!" Begging Nighteye now, Toshinori couldn't bare this. This couldn't be it! "Give me a chance to atone for what I've done."

"Atone? I'm the one...who's caused trouble...for so many..." Nighteye attempted to smile at his friend and idol. It seemed both sides held great guilt for their naiveté. "All this time...I wanted to keep you from getting killed. I searched for a way to change things... All this time... But nothing came of it... there was nothing...I could do to change the future..." Their dull gold's flickered to the two teens, "But...these two showed me something today..." Causing both to tilt their glum faces, taken aback at the hopefulness in their voice. "I...could never clear my head of those thoughts... 'Can't change it,' 'Nothing will change.' That negativity...was always in the back of my mind. But within thoughts...is a sort of energy I believe that now... Energy from striving for a certain future...when one doesn't allow for doubt... A vision that strong... Energy from wishing. It wasn't just these two... Everyone...came together...and believed so strongly in that future." The events that previously, it still astounding to the future searer. One moment the future was certain the next, it just changed. "What we saw happen today...was perhaps the results of all that energy centered on Midoriya and Dragneel." For them to come out victor. To save the day. To protect everyone's hopes. That is and will remain, a beacon of hope for Nighteye. "The future is uncertain...you're changed my thinking. And that's enough for me. My...one regret is..."

The doors slide open, two figures rushing in. One of them being Mirio with a nurse attempting to stop the injured boy further agitate their wounds any further than their frantic movement. "Wait! Togata-san! You mustn't be up and about!"

"Sir Nighteye!"

Koyuki was clearly baffled at the sight of the young man coming in, almost tripping themselves, "Mirio!"

Izuku was just surprised at the sight of his senior, "Senpai!"

"No! You gotta live! Don't die on me!"

"Mirio..." Rasping out at the sight of his star student. Seeing their form dragging in, saddened seeing their efforts to reach them.

Releasing Izuku's and Daisy's hold, Koyuki rushed to the young blonde's side; not wanting them to fall on their stomach and further agitate their wounds. Nonetheless, she aided them reaching Nighteye's bedside. "No. you gotta live! Don't you die on me!!"

"Mirio..." It truly broke their hearts to hear the peppy hero sound so broken in their plead, "Sir!"

Sorrowful in seeing their student's tears, only blaming themselves further causing the boy such grief, "I've put you...through so much hardship...if only I'd been there for you..."

"I only got stronger cuz of everything you taught me! It's thanks to you that I've got the life I do!!" Koyuki could see Mirio's hands gripping the bars tightly, knuckles becoming white from the harsh grip. His voice sobbing in his plea, "You gotta keep teaching me!! You can't die now!!"

That finally did it.

Koyuki bit her bottom lip harshly, tears bubbling from her clenched lids. Hearing her friend's begging voice cry for the man to live. Her tears cascading her face, as she gripped his arms. Unsure if she was supporting him or keeping herself from sobbing out with Togata.

"Senpai..." Heartbroken for his senior. He couldn't fully understand the pain they were going through, but he could just feel their sorrows barreling in waves just from their cracking voice.

Nighteye, with all the strength he had, he reached out to the boy, cupping their wet cheek's. using his Quirk for the last time on his star pupil. "You'll be okay. You'll...be as fine a hero as any..." Seeing a vision far beyond of the young man. Pleased to see such a bright future ahead. "That...is one part of the future...that shouldn't be changed." The man's pale lips pulled back slightly, revealing their gentle smile to all. "So keep smiling." Mirio's hands latched onto the mage's hold, sobbing out sadly. Izuku biting down any whimpers from escaping. Toshinori sadly clenched his eyes shut, his tears spilling. "A world without smiling and humor...has no bright future." However, the moment Koyuki placed her hand over Mirio's hand, something unbelievable happened. Somewhere in Japan, the amulet of EKED glowed for a second. Soft electric shock went through Mirio body's, unaware of it, and transferred up to the Slayer. Something that shouldn't even be possible. Ever so slowly, Nighteye's clock-like eyes rewinded and viewed a new life he never thought would hold the most tragic backstory.

Dankness filled the vision until slowly receding, revealing light and vibrant colors from the sun. Though nothing could be made out anything, since the colors couldn't form or identify as objects nor people. Suddenly a fuzzy silhouette of seems to be a woman, but slowly and surely, was able to make out her features. Finding it stunning to see Koyuki's face- older and mature- yet held such youthfulness, smiling down with such loving radiance to something-- to someone, their daughter. Though Koyuki held majority of features from her mother, the woman had flowing dark as night hair that is held up in waves. Plus their gem-like eyes that twinkled like the night sky with the most kind and gentle smile. A very gorgeous woman indeed and hundred percent Koyuki's biological mother, no doubt about it. The woman held up a golden pendant above the small babe. Small pudgy hands reached out towards the gem. Their giggles could be heard, to which the barely visible woman to smile tenderly down at the child.

Those pudgy hands- that belonged to Koyuki- reached out and giggled giddily at the accessory as if it were a trinket. The pendant raddled and twisted, revealing carved initials on the gem: E D.... Elaine Dragneel. Her first name isn't Koyuki...

A man that he didn't see, who must've sat beside the woman this whole time, marched towards the wooden door. Taking note of their sharp eyes that Koyuki slightly inherit when she frowns. Along their proud smile, taking note that even the grin was familiar. Calling out to someone and immediately heard rushing footsteps that were followed, followed by two figures bursting through the doorway. Two little boys, one small pinkette who's possibly two or three and the other ravennette, older than the small pink haired boy. The two excitedly rushed towards the woman, smiling up to them with broad smiles. Matching onyx orbs sparkling towards them-- towards their baby sister, Elaine.

The scene transitioned, a joyous village danced in celebration of what seemed to be the birth of a newborn: the Dragneel's newborn child. The woman- the mother of Koyuki- happily swayed in her place, watching the people danced gleefully of her daughter's birth. Donning in colorful beads around her neck. Her husband by her side and accepting gifts from the people and relatives. Their sons out and giddily playing with the other. The dark haired woman shifted gazes, gazing down to her sleeping infant daughter. Pecking their temple, continuing to watch her precious newborn rest in her arms happily.

The scene transitioned once more to the child giggling out excited towards her older brother, while her second oldest brother cradled her in his small arms. The oldest child reading something from a scroll to the two, a story of some sort. Glancing up and grinning once spotting his siblings watching their older brother with bright naïve eyes. Yelping in surprise when arms scooped up both of his siblings then laughed once seeing it was their father. The man chuckled at his giggling children, grinning broadly down to them. The raven haired boy glanced to see his mother entering with a loving smile at the sight of her spouse playing with their two young children. Ruffling her eldest son's hair and leaned down to peck his forehead. A loving family indeed.

A pendant that was given upon her birth. Born in a small village and was loved by her . Their greatest little treasure-- the third born child--a daughter. And for being the youngest of the family, she was the diamond of their brothers eyes. For that, her older brothers had become very protective and so loving of their infant sister. But the families blithe happiness did not last. A fire brew around the village like rings of hell fire. Dragons. Many of them attacking the families village. Ultimately killing both parents and their youngest children along side.

Killed by fire.

Frightened shrills of terror and ear shattering roars filled the night air, along with the scorching fires that spread throughout the village. Burning the woods and stone of homes around, including the Dragneel's.

The tiny baby wailed out for her family and flailed her pudgy arms. Frightened from the shrills of the people and their parents, as well the screeching roars of dragons above in the skies. In her sight, she saw embers fluttering around the air. Left inside her parents room due to the child's parents checking what could it be that's causing the people to panic. The fires burning heat agitated her skin and the air she breathed slowly became difficult to inhale.

"Ela! Ela!"

She could recognize her brother's incoherent shouts. Being the good sister she is, she wailed louder for them to find her. The black smoke filled the ceiling, making it harder for her to see and frightening at the dark clouds. Suddenly, her watery vision was blocked by the sight of her pink haired brother. Though the situation is dire, Natsu held great relief upon seeing his baby sister well and unharmed. Frowning in determination and scooped his sister out of the crib. Pivoting to run out the room, rolling on the floor and evading the flaming wood and rock crumbling from the doorframe.

The young babe wailed in fright and the sudden action Natsu took. Clinging onto their toga tightly in her pudgy hands.

"Natsu! Elaine!" Spotting their parents, Natsu held pure relief and tearful hope. Unsuspecting the wood above them groaned until it was far too late. The boy seeing his parents screeching their children's names and tackling them. Scorching flames consuming more in its path. The family table crumbling, its wood becoming chard black with the small flames greedily scorching more of its black bark.

"Mama! Papa!" Natsu tried to wiggle out of the tight space, holding his wailing baby sister. "Mama! Papa! You're both heavy!" Natsu wailed out at their parents to remove themselves, their weight was to much for the little boy to push off. His sister crying in fear and fright from the crushing weight from their parents.

"Zeref! Zeref!" Natsu cried out for their elder brother, scared and terrified. But mostly terrified at the fact the smokes were suffocating him and his sister, who begun to cough then continued to wail. Almost as if joining her brother's calls for the eldest sibling. Tears of frustration and terror poured from his frightened eyes. Natsu sobbed more in his terror and pleas, "Zeref! Zeref!" Only the fires responded their calls and spread around the family's home. Black smoke coiling around the air, stealing any pure oxygen from the children. "...Zer...ef..." Were Natsu's last words, before going silent; leaving the flames to roar their calls. Both their onyx orbs lost their bright luster, dark and dull. The pink haired boy, even in death, held his baby sister in his arms. The little babe limply clung to her brother.

Reborn. Darkness has rebirth her to the world.

An endearing smile was the first thing she saw. Bubbles fizzled around her vision, causing her to blink. The smile brightened upon seeing this.

"Good morning, Elaine."

The once endearing smile that shone with loving fondness became cold. Cold and indifferent to all. Yet in their eyes held defeat and exhaustion. This man...he looked ready to give up.

Children's laughter filled the air. A boy with dark raven hair followed after the a pink-raven haired girl, Elaine, who chased after another child with pale blonde hair. It seemed these three are close friends. Their laughter rang out through the forest in their little game of tag. Suddenly, the pinkette, Natsu, her brother, appeared from the bushes. Grinning brightly, rushing out of the foliage and calling out to the little girl. The girl paused at the hollar, smiling giddly, she rushed to the boy and left the two boys to continue their game. It was strange to see that these two weren't calling each other brother nor sister; and yet, they just seem to know how important the other is to them.

A woman with long golden hair and kind chocolate colored eyes that could calm the coldest of souls. They held a glass vile towards the child. Accepting the item, the child took a hesitant sip, before the woman urged them to down the whole thing. Which they did. Gulping the medicine; immediately, her hair took a drastic change. Their hair paled lighter and lighter till finally it was pure and white as snow.

Two small comets shot from the skies, both landing miles away from the other. But even so, as if by fate, these siblings still managed to find the other. Even when they lost their memories of the other...

A sibling bond that could never be broken, even through all the hardships and tribulation in their paths.

EKED: Etherious Koyuki Elaine Dragneel. The youngest twin of END: Etherious Natsu Dragneel. Her purpose upon her resurrection: To kill her older brother.

Must kill the evil that has revived her, thus bares evil as well for returning to the living. Even if she's a pure human being, she is what defies the laws of balance.

But no matter what, she must never turn into EKED nor allow the dragon seeds to hatch. It would be the end of their dimension. Nothing will stop her...

Death...the Dragneel is destined to die. Suffering, fate, or tragedy. She is bound to die.

The girl clutched her head in utter pain pulsating through her whole body. Her pain filled tears spilled down her face. Her nails dug into her skin till slowly roamed down her smooth, yet scarred face, to her throat. Creasing her fingers.

Death by clawing her throat.

Flames grew around her body, while she remained unconscious from the anesthetics. The embers of the fire floated up unto the heavens, while the girl remained tied to the stake. In spite of the sight of flames, ravenous cries and cheers could be heard. Rising with the burning fires around the Dragon Slayer.

Burnt alive in her sleep.

A dark blade stabbed through her chest. Koyuki's face held shock till contorted in pain from the growing burns from the fatal stab. Falling into arms that rushed in to save her from the attacker, only to cling to her body. Revealing to be Izuku's face, who now held clear horror. Obvious tears of terror in his jades poured upon witnessing Koyuki's stabbing and the sight of blood from her wound bleed out. While Katsuki and Charles ran past the two and to the crazed woman in white dress that screeched in laughter.

Killed by the hands that held her.

Acnologia smirked directly into frightened borts eyes. Clutching harshly onto pink-silver hair till slowly puling the seams of hair, all while strangling her windpipes.

Murdered by the hands of cruel destruction.

Izuku sobbed out to the heavens, seeming to call out for help. Yet tears of despair and defeat fell in waves. Hugging the limp Slayer in their arms. Her obsidians, dull from her own life draining away. She bled tears of blood. Until her body begun to turn into stone. Unaware of Natsu's ravenous rage towards the golden god.

Killed by her own blood.

Which future shall come true...? Which demise shall befall the child that bares such fates?

Destiney clearly has come to collect.

Ever so slowly, his heartbeat picked its pace in pure horror. Never had he seen so many horrible outcomes from one person alone.

Suddenly noticing it, the dark shadows around the Dragneel; possibly him coming closer to death's doors. They were dark, bloody shadows behind the girl. It was like a horrific version of strings of fate. Coiling around on each digit of her fingers, as well wrapped around her neck in knots like a noose. Shadows of death and despair encircling her like ribbons. Many sets of eyes glaring at his being. The ones that frighten him the most were the black, green and red glows.

A beautiful pale blonde woman stood silently in watch. Her white rob shielded her form, but her locks cascaded down her hood. Hecate, guardian and caretaker of EKED. The demoness smirking diabolically to the dying hero.

Acnologia... The dragon of magic and the currant king of the dragons. A malicious creature of destructive that could have ended her world's civilization. What horrified Nighteye from seeing Koyuki's life, they were once human like all Slayers. Until suddenly snapping and betraying humanity. Intending to kill all dragons. The dark Dragon Slayer, smirked evilly, enjoying the sight of Nighteye slowly dying.

Zeref, the eldest of the Dragneel siblings and the one who resurrected the two youngest Dragneels. Father of the dark arts of magic, including the Etherious demons. His face held that of indifference; uncaring of watching Nighteye die. How could he? He's become indifferent to the concept of death. But there was one thing that horrified Nighteye. Zeref shifted his eyes on Koyuki, their indifferent gaze shifted that to a grin. But this was the most unsettling grins he's ever seen. And as if he could hear their voice, it sent spine chilling chills down his skin, 'Your path. Your fate. Your destiny-- your future, will always come down to me. And you will succeed my wish.'

To kill Zeref and die by her brothers' side.

All these beings of destruction will eventually come for the girl and they will, no undoubtedly, attempt to murder her. If not her, she to kill them and die in the process. All for what? All for the sake of their own twisted purposes' that Nighteye couldn't and wouldn't understand.

Not realizing tears spilled in waves from the horrors just presented itself to him, worrying the four at his sudden silence and tears.

Why...? Why was this child destined with such terrible and burdening fates? Why her?

"Don't do it..." Rasping out, feeling a lump in their throat. Surprising many to pick their heads up at the sound of fear in the man's voice. Stunned to see their golden pupils dilated and gazing directly at the youngest Dragneel. Suddenly snapping forward and gripping pink-silverette's wrist; clear panic in their eyes, "Don't do it, Koyuki...!!"

"He-Hey! You need to calm down!" Shaken at their sudden grip on her, trying to ease the frantic man before he ripped and of the wires out of his intestines. Until she paled at their frantic voice jabbered out, "Don't fight your friend...!! Don't turn your back from the enemy...!! Don't fight alone...!! Don't succumb to your other form!!! Don't kill Zeref!!"

Mirio both emotional and shaken at the man's skittish action and begging towards the girl; unable to comprehend who they were talking about. In spite the confusion of Nighteye's shouting, there was one name that spoke louder for certain four. Daisy gripped her chest, clutching her school uniform, pupils dilated in horror. Toshinori and Shota were stunned to hear that name again after months passed. Izuku stood frozen at the black wizards name being cried out. What did they mean 'don't kill Zeref?'

obviously shaken at the familiar name, still trying to calm the man. Seeing the heart monitor becoming erratic, "Sir! You need to calm down." It was the next words that gave those behind the dreadful news of all. "If you do! Acnologia will win and you'll die!!" Silent gasps filled the room. Izuku was in silent horror at this revelation, 'Koyuki will... Die...?'

At the name of the wizard, Koyuki grasped the bed rails tightly. Eyes wide in horror, skin deathly pale "How...How do you know that name-- No! What's going to happen?!"

While Dragneel begged for information, Izuku was in a deep state of deep denial. His body actually felt numb and cold. All the voices and machinery were dreadfully silent from the loud ringing in his ears. Eye's dilated and dull in shock, his head shaking, not wanting to accept it-- unable to accept this announcement. '...All Might, now Koyuki too...' His body quivered, before worrisome tremors shook his form, '...No, not Koyuki. Not Koyuki too...!' He suddenly forgot to breath. His lungs slowly burned then screamed for air, but his mind remained in shutdown from tremendous shock. Tears building the back of his eyes, gazing upon the pink-silverette, '...Not her too...please, god, no...!'

"Sir, let me tell you this." Successfully calming the man's spastic cries, keeping a brave that held a confident grin. Even if what she's about to say only caused those in the room to become silent, "Fate has tried to kill me plethora of times."

Neglecting Mirio's shaky voice behind, "Wha-what...?" Nor his look of distraught, unable to believe nor comprehend Koyuki's indifference to the concept of literal close death experiences. This included All Might, the retired hero was so shaken. In his line work, he's never encountered anyone with this bravado nor stoicism agianst life-threatening experiences. This was all so unnvering and frightening, "I just discovered that I was supposed to be dead during the Magic Games attack, but that changed. And over and over, fate has failed. Because I made my own fate." At this announcement and confirmation, Daisy slumped to the floor on her knees. Bubbling tears grew in her paled orbs. Aizawa crouching by her side, trying to snap her out of her frozen state of panic.

"The life of a wizard is a hard one, the path to magic is a dangerous and possible chance of not coming out alive."

"I swore you died."

Izuku couldn't gulp down the deep lump in his throat. Feeling growing tears fog his vision upon Daisy's and Rebecca's voices reminding him of the fate of a wizard and future that was once assumed. All of this he didn't want to accept. He's desperately clinging onto denial, and yet, cold horror gripped his heart like a viper.

"So don't you worry. This terrifying futures you've seen, I'll change it for you. Because that bright future you hoped for isn't hopeless. I promise." Even with this growing anxiety, Koyuki's words spoke true to him. Actually releaving him a bit. That is until Nighteye deliverd the killer blow that dunked Izuku to a deep and freezing state of shock. "...then who's going to protect your's...?" Koyuki, slowly lost her confident smile at the man's words. "...you have the most unpredictable future I've ever seen...Ela--..." Unable to finish that one word, what ever it was. It was lost on their tongue. Thus, the heart monitor buzzed. Its mechanic noise was the only sound filling the room, minus the clear aura of dread. Many of the people stood stunned, unable to believe what they just heard. Nighteye, not only revealing two futures at once, but Koyuki's being clouded in horrific uncertainty. And what they- Nighteye- feared most was her unsure death. What ever it may be, it shook the hero to his core upon witnessing it all.

'Unpredictable...future...?' Sudden veil of dread took over his body. How was he supposed to know and change Koyuki's future if it was unpredictable? What...what was he supposed to do? What can he do? There had to be a way, right? There had to! This couldn't be an answer! What was he supposed to do?

"Midoriya-shonen?!"

Izuku didn't realize that his eyes rolled back of his skull nor the falling sensation of his body toppling down, until Koyuki turned in time to meet his eyes and dashed to him with a panicked shout of fright, "Izuku!!"

He could tell he was now in her arms from her calls, although they gradually became distant. Including her gentle taps on his cheek's, hoping to gain a reaction; but it was all for naught. And yet, Nighteye's warning rang through his mind like a broken record player.

On that day, the intelligent hero and former sidekick of All Might, Sir Nighteye, has passed on and left a dreadful warning to the mage. What's worse, now two precious people in Midoriya's life are destined for a horrible demise. The only problem; Koyuki's has multiple routes of death and Midoriya Izuku has no clue in which order must he stop these events from happening.
