I spent the next four hours going over a few songs with the band, which they really picked up quickly. The band that played for me didn't even pick it up that fast. 

After going over everything, I got changed and ran back out to the bar.

"Okay, we'll start you off with making drinks, then once there's a decent amount of people in here you can hit the stage" Declan said.

I nodded, excited to see how well I could handle this part.

"I think I might let them in early" Declan said, pointing to the line of people outside.

"Okay, bring on the alcohol deprived citizens!" I said, laughing.

Declan shook his head "You could just say casual drinkers"

"Well where's the fun in that?"

He shook his head, amused and opened the door, allowing the thirsty customers to make their way through.

Declan got back behind the bar and we started making drinks for everyone, while they mingled and drank.

About an hour into the night, the mood quickly changed. 

"Gracie!" someone shouted.

I looked towards the group of people and saw Angel.

"Angel?" 

She pushed past the people and sighed "What the hell is going on?"

"Fun" I said, handing a girl a beer.

"Look, we need to talk" 

I handed a guy a couple beers and looked back at her "What are you even doing here?"

"That's what I need to talk to you about" 

"Can it wait? I have to get up on stage in a moment" I said, finishing a gin and tonic. 

Declan came up to me "This is the busiest it's been in the last month; are you sure you don't want to leave the music business behind"

I shook my head "This shit is hard, so I'm gonna say no"

"I hope you know that I'm really proud of you"

"You are?"

He nodded, handing beers to some guys "I know I got to see you sing in school, but your presence on that stage is absolutely crazy. You work your ass off and it shows"

"Thanks, Declan"

"The guys in the band are also excited to play with you"

I smiled "They're really awesome; I wish the band that played for me was as professional as they are"

"Maybe they can help on your next album"

"That's actually a great idea"

"Seriously?"

I nodded "When I get back from touring, you'll have to get me in touch with them"

"You better get on stage, I think I can handle it from here"

I left the bar and started walking to the stage.

"Gracie" Angel said, pulling on my hand.

"Look, it's nice that you're here, but we'll have to talk later" I said, walking up the stage "Ready?"

The members of the band nodded.

I smiled at the crowd as they started cheering "I am about to go out on tour, so getting to play in a place like this is exactly what I need"

Angel gave me a looked and I looked away.

"This first song I'm about to play didn't make my album, but I really hope you all enjoy it" I nodded at the band.

I looked out at Declan who was loudly cheering for me and clapping. 

As nice as it is to go on tour, I'd much rather just do personal settings like this instead of a giant arena tour. It's so much more personal and I'm just not a performer. 

"Thank you. Are you guys doing okay?"

A few of them cheered, making me smile. 

I grabbed a guitar "This is so much fun guys, honestly" I smiled at the crowd "You could have been at home, doing anything else. I think you're all weird, you've got issues"

They all laughed. 

"It's okay though" I cleared my throat, getting ready to sing, but I frowned when I saw Liam standing in the back, watching me.

I looked over to Declan, who now looked pissed.

Nope, not letting this ruin it.

"This next song is called Skin" I said, taking a deep breath.
