Akira doesn't leave their sides. She can't. As they hurry towards the Western District, finally meeting up with the rest of Class 1A, everyone fusses over Bakugou and Midoriya's beaten bodies. They're quickly shown to where the temporary medical ward is set up, where other islanders are being treated for wounds caused by the villains selfish acts.

It's a mess. Of course, the population of this island is small, but everyone's now cramped in the factory that lives in the Western District. Large, unknown machinery towers over everyone and it's cavernous, their voices echoing as the young heroes rush around, trying to build some sense of stability in this sudden situation they've all found themselves in.

"You did this?" One of the doctors wonder, examining her rough attempt at helping her classmates.

Kira nods hastily, helping to place Bakugou and Midoriya on the beds. "Yes," she replies, her throat dry. "I'm sorry- I'm not-"

"No." The doctor halts her rambling with a gentle palm. "You did good. Their injuries could have been a lot worse if it weren't for you."

Kira doesn't know how to respond to that so she simply ensures that her classmates are stable on their beds. Beds that are thin and uncomfortable to look at. However, it's better than nothing, when all they have right now, is nothing.

"Are they going to be okay?" Kira whispers, her eyes locked on the both of their bodies.

"We'll do what we can," one of the doctors says, but it doesn't exactly fill her with hope. "Our Quirks are mediocre at best," he then admits. "We're not equipped to deal with injuries as extensive as this."

"So, you're saying that you might not be able to fix anything?" Kira frowns at the doctor, finally peeling her eyes away from Bakugou and Midoriya.

He pauses, looking down at the unconscious bodies breathing heavily in their slumber. "I'm saying I'm going to do what I can."

"Well, I'm not going anywhere," Kira says defiantly.

"I didn't think you would," the doctor mutters as he removes Kira's bandages from Bakugou's chest.

The blood still hasn't stopped, having soaked through the bandages that Kira applied. Their hero outfits definitely saved the both of them from the most damage. Without them, Kira could have been carrying their dead bodies to the Western District instead of unconscious ones. She will have to scold the both of them for their recklessness when they wake up.

The doctors work together efficiently, applying ointment to the proficient wounds, causing both Bakugou and Midoriya to wince in their sleep, copying their actions from before when Kira applied her own medical supplies. The doctors hurriedly start to wrap bandages around their entire upper section.

"I'm going to need your help," one of the doctors says, half holding Bakugou's frame up.

"My help?"

"Yes." He nods. "Like I said before, we're not equipped for injuries like this. I need more hands."

"Hands?" Kira repeats, with a slight frown.

"Yes," he says again. "I need you to hold your friend up. My colleagues will take care of him-" He nods towards Midoriya, where two other doctors work together to hold his body up and apply bandages around his torso.

"Okay," Kira says blankly, shuffling towards the doctor and Bakugou, before kneeling before them. "What should I do?"

"Just like I said," he answers, wiping some sweat from his brow. "I need you to hold him up so I can wrap this bandage around his chest and back."
