But the boy just tightened his hold on him making Zhan release a sigh as feeling the action of his husband he realized that he will not tell him anything right now so he just hugged him more tightly as if engulfing a child in his arms who is scared of the world and he just wants to protect that child by hiding him in his arms.
Yibo who has hidden himself in Zhan's arms when heard the older didn't know what to tell to his husband as he doesn't know what to tell right now because his mind is a mess and he just wants to find his solace away from all those people who slander him without even knowing him so he just hugged his husband tightly as he felt his tears rolling down so he buried himself in Zhan's sturdy chest to seek more warmth from the man who is hugging him and Zhan when felt the tightening of arms around him and the boy moving more into his chest just smiled as he let him do what he wants to and Yibo finding a better place in his husband's chest closed his eyes as he felt the tiredness of the day with his emotional trauma taking a toll on him and finding himself in the warmth of his husband he immediately drifted to his sleep.
Zhan who has taken Yibo in his arms after a few minutes felt the loosening of arms around him looked down to only found the boy sleeping in his arms with tear trails on his face.
Zhan when saw the tears trail on Yibo's face felt his heart clenching in pain so he immediately raised his hand to wipe those tears trails which were left on his beloved's face and with a gentle touch removed those trails from the boy's face as he doesn't want him to wake up as seeing the boy's emotional trauma he knows how much this sleep is important for him so he started removing the tears trails gently and as he is doing this he is studying the expression of Yibo carefully as he is noticing any change in Yibo's expression by his hand touching him which may disturb his sleep and after removing the tears trail from the boy's face he looked at him as he saw the boy is still sleeping he decided to get up and made the boy lie more comfortably as right now Yibo is hugging Zhan while sitting half on the later's lap and half on the sofa and the young heir seeing this realized that if Yibo continues to sleep like this he might end up having a backache at the end on his sleep so he decided to make the boy sleep comfortably.
Zhan seeing this decided to get up from his seat to make the boy sleep properly and with this started getting up carefully as he made the boy sit comfortably on the sofa with his hands still holding him on his neck and Zhan seeing this just decided to remove the arms around him and as soon as the young heir tried to remove the arms around him the boy tightened his arms around his neck making Zhan difficult to breathe so he stilled in his steps as he realized that if he will try to remove the hands now then the boy will tighten his arms more so he waited till Yibo loosened his arms around him and after feeling the loosening of arms he again tried to remove them when a whimper was heard making Zhan stop in his steps as he looked at Yibo and seeing the scene below made his heart clench in pain as he saw the boy looking at him with teary eyes.
Zhan on seeing Yibo looking at him with teary eyes immediately cupped his face as he spoke, "What happened, dear?" As Yibo when felt someone trying to remove him from his warmth immediately opened his eyes and when saw Zhan leaving him he felt tears rolling down his eyes but when heard Zhan looked at him as he spoke, "p... Please don't leave bobo!" As he with a pause continued, "he... He is -!" But doesn't know what to speak so he just looked at Zhan with tearful eyes and Zhan on hearing this immediately cupped his husband's face as he spoke, "Bobo, Zhan ge will not leave you!"
Yibo on hearing this immediately looked at Zhan as he spoke, "You will not leave me!" And the young heir on hearing this planted a kiss on his forehead followed by his eyes and after doing so spoke, "yes, love, I just wanted to make you lie comfortably as the way you are sleeping right now it is not comfortable for you!" And Yibo on hearing this looked at Zhan as after a few minutes he nodded his head to only lie completely on the sofa with his head on his husband's lap and after doing so he looked at Zhan as he spoke, "Z... Zhan ge!" And Zhan who has been watching the action of his husband when heard him spoke, "yes, love!" As he looked at Yibo who is looking at him with his puppy eyes and the younger one hearing his husband take his hand In his as he spoke, "please stay with me!" And Zhan on hearing this just smiled as he planted a kiss on the boy's forehead as he spoke, "I will be here only love, you can sleep peacefully!" And Yibo on hearing this just looked at Zhan once again as if asking whether he meant his words or not and Zhan seeing this with a smile brought Yibo's hand near his as he planted a reassuring kiss on his knuckles as he with a smile spoke, "Bobo's Zhan ge promises bobo that he will be there when he will open his eyes after sleep!" And Yibo hearing this closed his eyes as he got confirmation from his husband and with this Zhan started humming a tune to calm the boy down and Yibo on hearing the tune visibly relaxed down and after a few minutes drifted off to his sleep and the young heir seeing this just let a smile as he spoke, "sleep well love!" And with this planted a forehead kiss as he started watching the boy sleeping peacefully.
Zhan who has been watching Yibo sleeping suddenly felt an urge to know what has hurt his loved one that has made the boy cry so miserably as he knows that the boy will not cry all of sudden because he knows that Yibo is strong, independent, and capable of doing anything he wants and to make Yibo this much vulnerable the reason should be strong enough to make the boy so hurt and as Zhan is thinking about all this when he heard a knock on the door so he immediately composed himself as he looked down to see whether the boy is sleeping and seeing that the boy is still in his sleep spoke, "come in!"
The person who knocked on the door after listening to the order immediately rushed inside as he spoke, "Zhan, why are you not picking up the call?" And Zhan on hearing the voice of his general manager immediately looked up as he spoke, "and why were you calling me?" As he took his phone from the table by his free hand to only see that there are 10 missed calls from Cheng and three from Kuan with countless messages which he didn't check as he studied the older's facial expression which showed worry as Kuan on hearing this spoke, "Because, Something has happened with Yibo at the set after the shoot was finished and we are worried for him because he left the set-!" And with this was about to continue his words when suddenly a whimper was heard which gathered the attention of the two males present in the office.
Yibo who has been sleeping peacefully in the warmth of his husband when felt the hand in his hair stopping clutched Zhan's hand tightly as he spoke in his sleep, "old man, here only?" And Zhan who has been listening to Kuan on hearing the boy immediately kept his hand in the boy's hair as he ruffled them lovingly as he spoke, "your old man is here only!" And Yibo on hearing this just turned toward Zhan as he buried himself in his stomach and took a deep breath making Zhan smile.
Kuan who has been talking with Zhan when heard the voice immediately stopped as he looked at the young heir's lap and was shocked to find Yibo sleeping there peacefully making Kuan a little bit startled as he was so worried for Yibo that he didn't even notice anyone other than Zhan in the office as he was in an executive meeting when Cheng called him and Kuan at first ignored the call as he felt that it might be a regular call that Cheng do to remind him of something so he ended the call but then again his phone rang which made Kuan frown as his husband never calls him again after he ends the call because it's their mutual understanding that if any one of them cut the call without answering then the other person is busy so they only call the other again until its important work so when he saw Cheng calling him again he excused himself from the meeting to only answer the call and the thing which he heard made him worried about the young actor as he knows Yibo nature and listening something like this about Yibo he knows that if the boy behaved like this then it is something which has really hurt the young actor so he immediately ended the call as he consoled the other that he willl take care of it and with this ended the call as he moved toward Zhan's office to see where is Zhan as when he got to know that Zhan is also not picking up Cheng's call he frowned because he remembers the CEO's meeting ended half an hour earlier and according to Wen Ning the schedule of the young heir for next half an hour is free so Zhan not picking up the call made Kuan confused so he immediately ended the meeting as he gave the instruction to his secreatry how to handle the meeting and left the place to call Zhan as he doesnt want anything to happen to the boy as he knows that if Zhan comes to know that something has happened to the boy their will be hell as they knows how much Zhan loves Yibo and he can do anything for Yibo.
Kuan on entering Zhan's office without even noticing anything started questioning Zhan as he really wanted to know what kept his friend so busy that he didn't answer their calls and he was so busy answering Zhan's query that he failed to notice Yibo sleeping in Zhan's lap to only stop in his steps when he heard the voice of the younger and as he saw Yibo there he released a breath of relief as finding Yibo with Zhan made him calm down because he knows that if Yibo is with Zhan then he is safe so he started watching both of them and seeing the way they were interacting with each other made him smile as he started waiting for the boy to drift off to his sleep again.
Zhan who has been looking at Yibo with a smile when felt the boy drifting off to his sleep again as he immediately looked up and the moment he looked up the calm face of the young heir which has been adorned with a smile turned into a cold face emitting a murderous aura and anyone who has seen that face would have been scared from the young heir and Kuan when saw the face of the young heir and his friend, he felt a shiver ran down his spine.
Zhan looked at Kuan with a murderous aura spoke, "you told me something happened at the set?" As he with a pause continued, "May I know what happened there?" As Zhan wants to know what happened there that made Yibo so vulnerable to cry like this because in the morning when Yibo left the mansion he was awake as Yibo has already told him the previous evening that he have to leave early next day so Zhan decided to prepare breakfast for the boy as the last time Yibo left this early he didn't have his breakfast and Zhan didn't want that thing to be repeated again so he made sure that Yibo had his breakfast and after giving him instruction to take proper rest and wear knee pads during dance practice made the boy leave the mansion and the younger when saw the care of his husband also planted a kiss on his cheek making Zhan smile and Yibo giggle as he left the mansion, so in the evening when he saw Yibo in tears he was shocked as seeing the boy so happy in the morning and to only find the some person crying like a child in his arms as if he has been scolded brought pain to Zhan so he really wants to know what made Yibo cry and if he finds the reason he will definitely make the person behind that reason go suffer in hell.
Kuan on hearing the cold voice of the young heir flinched a little as he has never seen Zhan this angry so after composing himself he spoke, "even I don't know, Zhan!" And Zhan in hearing this spoke, "then know it Kuan, and tell me who made my love cry like this, I will not leave that person!"
Kuan on hearing this released a sigh as he settled on the sofa in front of Zhan as he spoke, "I also don't know Zhan!" As he with a pause continued, "I was in the meeting when Cheng called me and informed me that Yibo earlier was not opening the door of the changing room but when he opened it he immediately left the room to not answer them!"
Zhan who has been listening to Kuan while moving his hand in Yibo's hair as he knows that if he will stop them Yibo will get up when felt Kuan stopping spoke, "and then?"
Khan on hearing the young heir's question continued, "He ran from there without answering them!" As he with a smile continued, "and now I understood where he ran too!" As seeing Yibo sleeping peacefully in Zhan's lap he knows where the boy left for as he knows Yibo for a long time and he knows that whenever Yibo is sad or vulnerable the young actor always rushes from the place which has brought him pain to only hide in a place which can bring him peace and solace and earlier whenever Yibo has been sad he had hidden himself in his penthouse or he had gone to lotus pier bar to drunk his sorrow off but never to confide them in someone but today seeing the boy running to Zhan made Kuan smile as he felt that finally, the boy has found his home where he can find his peace and solace and express himself as Yibo, not as the great Wang Yibo, the star, known for his cold looks that the world knows.
Zhan who has been listening to Zhan when heard him just looked at Yibo as if he understood what the man wants to imply as he has also heard Yibo's interview where when he was asked what he does whenever he is sad or at his low, young actor has told that he doesn't want anyone to see his vulnerable side so he locks himself in his room where no one can see him till his fine but today seeing the boy crying in his lap he just felt a warmth in his heart as he realized that finally, Yibo has started considering himself that important that he can confide himself in him but right now it's not the correct time to feel happy about it as he wants to know the reason for his love's sadness but before he could speak anything the door was opened suddenly making both Zhan and Kuan startled as they looked up to only see Cheng coming toward them followed by both Lele and John as he moved toward both of them and spoke, "why you both are not picking up the call? Do you know how worried I am for Yibo? He just left without telling me anything and he is also not picking up the call?" As he spoke continually because he has been worried like hell for the young actor after he has left the Beijing Studio without telling him anything.
Zhan and kuan who were startled by the sudden presence of Cheng when listening to him realized that the boy is worried for Yibo so to calm him down Kuan rose from his seat to only move toward him as he cupped his husband's cheek and spoke, "calm down love!" As he with a pause spoke, "Yibo is fine and he is with us!"
Cheng when felt his husband's hands on his face calmed down a little but when heard him immediately spoke, "where is he?" As he really wants to know where is the young actor and Kuan on hearing this understood his husband's worry as he with a smile turned around to give a view of Yibo sleeping in Zhan's lap.
Cheng when saw the boy with Zhan immediately moved toward the place as he spoke, "Zhan, when did Yibo come here?" And Zhan who has been looking at the interaction between the two men when saw Cheng coming toward him and heard his question understood the man's worry so he spoke, "approximately half an hour earlier!"
Cheng when heard the young heir released a breath of relief as seeing the boy safe in Zhan's arms made his nerves calm down as from the moment Yibo was not answering him till the moment Yibo left the place without answering them made him worried like hell as he knows how impulsive Yibo can be whenever he is sad so he decided to inform Zhan as he knows that only one person can handle Yibo whenever he is sad but when Zhan didn't answer his call he immediately called Kuan as he told him what conspired here and after he got reassurance from his husband he started waiting for his response but on not getting any call from Kuan for another ten minutes he immediately left the studio to only reach the Xiao Corporation to ask what has happened to the two males for not answering him but when he saw Yibo sleeping in Zhan's lap he felt relieved as he slumped on the sofa in front of Zhan.
Kuan on seeing his husband settling on one of the sofas moved there to only settle beside him as he take his hand in his she spoke, "He is fine Cheng, you can relax now!" And Cheng on hearing this just smiled as he spoke, "he really made me worried as this is the first time I have seen him like this!"
Zhan on hearing this looked at Cheng as he spoke, "Cheng can you tell me what happened at the set for him to behave like this?" And Cheng on hearing this looked at Zhan as he spoke, "I also don't know, Zhan!"
Zhan when heard Cheng frown as he spoke, "how come you don't know cheng? You were with him and you also don't know what happened to him to make him like this?" As he looked at Cheng with his fiery eyes.
Cheng on hearing Zhan looked at him and seeing the fiery eyes of the young heir released a deep breath as he spoke, "I know Zhan I should know but Yibo has been fine all-time at the shoot, and even Director Shing was happy with his work and even he asked me to collect his photos of the photo shoot from the photographer as he left for change but when I came back, he was not opening the changing room even after me and lele called him and when we asked him to call you he not responded and we were about to call you when suddenly he opened the door of the room to only leave the room in a hurry without giving us any chance to speak!" Completed Cheng with a deep breath.
Zhan on hearing this looked at Lele as he spoke, "were you with Yibo when Cheng left him?" And lele on hearing this immediately spoke, "yes, Mr. Sean!" And Zhan on hearing this spoke, "so did someone said anything to him or something happened around him?"
"No sir!" Spoke lele as he with a pause continued, "sir after Mr. Cheng left we escorted Bo sir to his changing room as I waited for him for only Mr. Cheng to call for him but sir didn't respond to anyone of us!"
Zhan on hearing this frowned as listening to both Cheng and Lele he felt that they also don't know what has happened there so he clenched his fist as he really wants to know what has happened there so he closed his eyes for a minute and after a few minutes opened his eyes as he spoke, "John!"
John who has been standing beside Lele when heard Zhan calling for him immediately spoke, "yes sir!" And Zhan on getting the response spoke, "John, take lele with you and check every CCTV camera of Beijing Studio and give me the reason for the distress of my husband!" And John and lele on hearing this in a unified voice spoke, "yes sir!" And with this, both of them left the place.
Cheng and Kuan, who has been watching the scene in front of him when heard the young heir knows that the young heir is going to do something so Kuan spoke, "Zhan, what are you going to do?"
Zhan on hearing this spoke, "just want to know who hurt my husband this much?" As he looked at Yibo sleeping in his lap peacefully and seeing him he bent down at his level as he planted a forehead kiss and spoke,
"I will know what made you hurt this much love!"
And then with a pause spoke,
"And I will not leave that person this easily!"
