Veronica hiring the Serpents on was one of the best business moves she could have made. Their rates were a fraction of what Hiram would have charged her. They were her friends. Plus, it gave Reggie the opportunity to actually get to know the Serpents outside of the walls of Riverdale High and know them for who they are.
As he once again traveled down a forest path with that weeks cargo as he had many times before. He saw the trap set up ahead to flatten his tires once more. He got out to take a look at it, and as he turned around as expected he saw one of the Gargoyles minions.
"We have gotta stop meeting like this." He smiled at him. "Shut your mouth." He replied as the others joined them and grabbed onto Reggie. "Trash the cargo, all of it."
