Consider this a five part series towards: if one of the turtles has a crush on (Y/N) or (Y/N) dating the one of the guys and cue fluffy moments
Also a really old wip I had since November 27, 2019
Anyway on to part 1/5: Clumsiness
After knowing the turtles and others for at least two years, (Y/N) was still blissfully unaware that one of the guys slowly developed a crush on them.
And karma ended up being a clumsy side effect aimed at (Y/N). Mostly towards a comical atmosphere whenever the two teens were alone.
❤️Doors❤️
Near some random building...
Raph winced spotting his crush bumping into the transparent door as they lightly rubbed their forehead. As they pushed the door open, slowly meeting up with him.
"I hate those stupid glass doors but, thankful I haven't walked into one that just,"
"Immediately breaks after a few seconds." (Y/N) said.
"Wait, can some doors do that?!" Raph asked slightly concerned.
"In other countries, yeah."
"And its insane how some people can just leave with a few scratches or minor injuries."
"With viral videos providing that fact." (Y/N) said as Raph shook his head.
"The ones where a kid is all alone and they suddenly get stuck inside is worse."
"Like, who left this child alone!?" Raph said as (Y/N) nodded in agreement.
"Some parents, man..."
"Um, how do you feel about the push or pull doors?" (Y/N) asked.
"I'm not so good with those. Just when you realize the door won't budge,"
"And then, you finally see the words to the side."
"It just feels annoying."
"I've seen Mikey get mad at some signs with the letters, being too small to read or some dumb thing." Raph said.
"Graphic design is my passion." (Y/N) said in a sarcastic tone causing a brief chuckle from Raph.
"I haven't seen you running into any trouble with those doors and honestly, its a huge relief." Raph said as (Y/N) blinked.
Raph realized he said that out loud as he tried to explain while (Y/N) stares in utter shock.
"I gotta keep up with the whole Red Angel of Preventing Harm."
"Since you mentioned the breakable glass doors." Raph said as he shyly looks at the ground.
"I can never get over how cute that acronym is."
"And especially how its with your name too..." (Y/N) said looking in his direction with a beaming smile.
"Really? I-I mean, it sort of took a long time figuring out a catchy name..."
"I'm not exactly an artist like Mikey or the Italian Renaissance guy sharing the same name as me..." Raph said as (Y/N) giggled.
"I don't think the Teddybear Town place has a custom robe that looks exactly like Splinter's"
"I'm still struggling with certain sewing techniques."
"And I'm just in awe whenever you're in the zone,"
"You're very determined to cheer up a gloomy teddy bear!" (Y/N) said in a confident tone as Raph bashfully grins at his crush.
Throughout the whole night, two teens walked together nearly holding hands as they begin another wholesome conversation.
💜Dropping your Phone💜
After fixing (Y/N)'s phone for the third time, Donnie was tempting to add a protective case, just so he could focus on other projects.
Without realizing his slight annoyance, he accidentally opened a folder with pictures of everyone having a good time. While his brothers or April would share the slightly agitated soft shell turtle's unamused expression to some humorous event, to his surprise (Y/N) didn't have any of those photos.
Just pictures of him having a genuine smile under his self proclaimed bad boy image.
Last month's photo booth picture caught his full attention. (Y/N) nearly glowing with a grin by his side in all of the pictures. His blush slowly deepened recognizing how close they were sitting together.
"Hey Donnie, are you done fixing my phone?"
Donnie panicked hearing (Y/N), who stood by the doorway to the lab. As the metallic arms from his battle shell caught the device now hiding it behind him.
"Could you please not sneak up on me?!"
"And I'll have your phone ready in a few days." Donnie said.
"Yeah about that, I kind of have to take a picture for my assignment."
"And knowing my luck with phones..."
"Is it possible that you can help me out for a fourth time?"
"I'll even treat you to that one internet cafe for being so patient with me!" (Y/N) said as an imaginary guilt arrow pierced Donnie's head.
Donnie had a love hate thing whenever there was some mention of a compliment thrown into the pleading remark.
1 hour later close to sunset near the junkyard...
(Y/N) stared intently at finding the perfect angle, showing some of the peach like sunset. Oblivious to the tiny blush on Donnie's face. They immediately pointed at the assortment of jalopies stacked accordingly next to the other miscellaneous garbage in an excited manner as Donnie quickly takes the picture.
"And your teacher isn't going to question, how you got this photo in the first place?" Donnie asked as (Y/N) nodded their head no.
"She doesn't want the basic stuff like a park or something involving nature."
"Like the assignment involves something serene in the man made world."
"I'm just glad we can guess the estimate of length and width before part 2 begins next week..." (Y/N) sighed as Donnie snickered.
"Weird for a math teacher to sound like an artist."
"I may be willing to check that assignment once you attempt some effort into it."
"But for now, shall we visit that one internet cafe you so generously suggested?" Donnie asked in a gentlemanly tone causing (Y/N) to giggle.
Those little reminders get rid of the constant inconvenience of repairing a broken phone.
💙Falling Up the Stairs💙
Leo silently took notice of the stair problem. Especially that (Y/N)'s first encounter with him had them falling up the stairs. He was even amazed that sort of thing exists.
Whenever (Y/N) wasn't busy with boring assignments or taking a free day for themselves.
The duo often checked out abandoned buildings, hoping to find a set of stable stairs, to get rid of his friend's clumsy habit.
"Running an early morning marathon with that track suit?" Leo said as (Y/N) lightly glared at him.
"Hey, I nearly got a nasty cut on my ankle from last week's wooden stairs."
"Thanks to a certain turtle gloating about winning the race..." (Y/N) said as a sweatdrop appeared on Leo's blue bandana.
"Okay but, at least I caught you though." Leo said as (Y/N) folded their arms.
"I'm still not feeling up to the task for another relay competition..." (Y/N) said as they walked ahead.
30 minutes later inside an abandoned warehouse...
The rusty metallic handrail almost moving away from the stairs gave both teens an uneasy feeling. But, Leo was determined to lighten the mood. Especially, making it up for his overconfident attitude.
"Ignoring the possible chances of a jinx,"
"How about I take the side with the handrail, close to falling apart,"
"To be honest, I've had worse things happen to me." Leo said as (Y/N) pinched the bridge of their nose.
"Sometimes, your way of coping with this sort of situation is a bit concerning..." (Y/N) said in a slightly comforting tone.
Halfway up the stairs...
Leo followed (Y/N) keeping at the same pace towards their speed. The sound of footsteps clang the stairs as (Y/N) concentrated, not to make another slip up. The turtle's attention now glancing at (Y/N)'s messy hair caused by the light jog.
Sometimes, (Y/N) wears themselves out on the running exercise. As (Y/N) jokingly whined about the return trip back to their place or at the lair.
Leo offered piggyback rides only if they were willing to listen to most of his one liners as part of the deal. Eventually, the two teens went back and forth on brainstorming new ones. As these one on one hang outs continue.
When he didn't hear a reply, he noticed (Y/N) sleeping on his shoulder. A tiny strand of (Y/N)'s hair paired with the mellow breathing made him blush at the sight of his friend's cute face.
Now feeling the thought of a crush at (Y/N).
His eyes flicker at the scene of (Y/N) catching their mistep in time, altering into a quick hop onto the floor. Sticking the wobbly landing as they catch their breath.
"You absolutely nailed that landing-"
Leo froze from the impact of the hug and seeing (Y/N) hiding their face with a grin into his plastron.
"You bet I nailed it! Wanna go to the Run of the Mill pizzeria to celebrate?" (Y/N) said as they got out of the hug still radiating a smile at him.
It took a few seconds for Leo to recover back to his old self but, he's internally screaming in happiness about (Y/N) initating that hug.
🧡Spilling a drink on yourself🧡
6 pm...
The final item on the snack list for tonight's movie marathon was getting seven slurpee drinks for the others. Mikey saw (Y/N) staring down at the list and gripping onto it.
"You okay-"
"Everything's peachy! No need to worry! Let's just get those drinks!" (Y/N) said as they quickly hurried getting the cups and other things needed for the drink.
By the time, it reached to (Y/N)'s order. They declined not risking their shirt getting soaked by another soda accident.
"Well, I don't mind sharing my mine with you."
"And with two straws, it almost feels like a milkshake but, more frozen though." Mikey said as he placed an orange straw and a (f/c) one into the slurpee filled drink.
"Okay but, don't get too impatient when the drink reaches to just the frozen ice." (Y/N) said as Mikey snickers saying a promise to that.
After paying for the snacks and drinks, the two teens head back to the lair.
Timeskip halfway to the lair...
"I know its not a good thing to hold a plastic cup with your teeth but,"
"Sometimes, it helps towards multitasking other things." (Y/N) said.
"Omigosh! That would be a cool idea for the next Lair Games!"
"Like, trying not to drop the filled cup while walking across some type of tightrope." Mikey suggested.
"A slightly safer balancing challenge compared to last year's fridge one."
"That started a mini drama between Leo and Donnie..." (Y/N) said as Mikey sighed.
"Definitely a change of pace when Donnie won but,"
"I'm out if he decides to add something else to next year's prize..." Mikey said as (Y/N) chuckles.
"Let's just hope the competitive energy, doesn't spiral out of control for another tiebreaker."
"I'm hoping you win in next year's Lair Games." (Y/N) said as they quickly sipped on Mikey's straw while he paused with a blushing face.
Before Mikey could respond, (Y/N) spots the entrance to the lair now ahead of him. Waving the bag at the others as teens meet up with them.
Mikey couldn't think of anything else once the movie started. Even if it played one of his favorite Jupiter Jim or Lou Jitsu movies.
He's conflicted at an indirect kiss, counting as his first kiss with (Y/N).

Hoooo boy I'm really rusty at doing these scenarios (I haven't done one since Valentines' Day and it really shows)
Kind of a long word count close to 1900+ words at most (tbh probably gonna keep it at this length for the rest of this five part scenarios)
