"Here," P'Boon says, placing an iced coffee in front of me before he sits down. I frown at the drink and glance at May and Maprang. Both of them just shrug before they go back to what they were doing.

"Thanks, P'Boon," I smile, taking a sip to be nice. He doesn't say anything but props his chin on his hand, staring across at me. OK. Can someone please tell me what is going on? Ever since P'Boon stepped in and told Sunny to get the hell out of our faculty and my life, he has been doing small things for me like this drink.

I try to ignore the senior who is boring a hole into my head and go back to reading the assigned chapter. I am so focused on ignoring him. I jump when my cellphone, as well as everyone else at the table, go off. That can mean only one thing, the group text. I wonder if I am the only one that misses these? I smile when all the replies come in at once.

The Old One: any1 seen boon?

Dim Bulb: prolly

Panic Attack: he was lookin fir the girls

I glance across at P'Boon to see him smiling at his phone.

"Aren't you going to answer?" I ask P'Boon, making him look up at me, grinning.

Knott's Side Piece: wut

The Old One: get ur ass here

Knott's Side Piece: no busy

Maprang, May, and I look at each other. How is he busy? Bringing me a coffee?

The Old One: NOW!

P'Boon stands up and sighs. "I will see you later," He says before he walks off.
