Kira analysed her new burn in the mirror. It was pretty grim - stretched out like a handprint across her throat, slightly blistered. She sighs softly, turning away from the mirror. Perhaps she can adjust her costume to cover the disgust on her neck now.
It's been a few days since the reveal of All Might's true form and the world was restless. Villains are bound to make more of an appearance now that they know the number one hero has officially retired. Kira pads down the stairs, approaching the still empty rooms. She was alone and has been for the past few weeks. It just didn't add up. That schoolgirl villain claimed they were best friends, yet Kira has never seen her before. However, the more she ponders about that day, the more familiar that villain appears to her. She can't place it. Kira definitely had a theory or two about why the villain knows who she is, but they seem too ridiculous to be true.
Her inner voice keeps reminding her of her faults, booming louder and louder in her big lonely house. Suddenly, a knock at the door snaps her out of her senses.
"Mr Aizawa," she says, exposing the door to a crack, before widening it fully for her teacher. "What are you doing here?"
"I've come to discuss some important matters," he tells her simply.
As he enters the house, taking a seat opposite her at the table, Kira notices that he's wearing the same attire that he wore to the press conference, his hair tied back into a loose pony.
"Mr Aizawa, you don't have to be so formal," she says to him. "It's just me here."
Aizawa pauses, his hands placed palms down on the table. "I'm sure you're aware about the idea of dormitories."
Kira nods, remembering receiving a notice about it a couple days ago. She hasn't even packed anything though, having doubts about the safety situation.
Neither of them speak for ages, just sat in silence. Kira isn't being very hospitable but then again, what is she supposed to do without someone here to guide her?
"I'm sorry, Mr Aizawa," she blurts, sudden tears forming in her eyes. "Everything that happened is my fault."
"What are you blabbering on about?" Aizawa sighs.
"The attack on the Training Camp," she explains. "All Might... I'm to blame. I-I don't know what happened." Kira shrugs, blinking away the tears. "When I was with the League of Villains, one of them... a schoolgirl - she said she knew me."
This piques Mr Aizawa's interest, looking up slowly with his brows ever so slightly raised.
"But I don't know her!" Kira shouts, hoping that her teacher doesn't get the wrong idea. She clears her throat. "I've never seen her before. That's the problem."
"This... villain," Aizawa says, his voice quiet, as if he's deep in thought. "Would you be able to recognise them again if you saw them?"
Kira frowns at the question. "Yeah, of course."
Aizawa hums in response, nodding ever so slightly. "How long did you say you've been here?" He glances around the room.
"Uh, I don't know." She shrugs again. "A few weeks, maybe."
If Mr Aizawa is concerned at all, his expression doesn't show it. "Pack your things," he says instead, landing his gaze back to Kira. "It'll do you no good cooped up in this big, empty house."
Aizawa stands up from the chair, scraping it back under the table and Kira stands up abruptly, nearly knocking her chair over in the process. "Mr Aizawa, please," she whispers. "Do... do you have any idea where Light Bringer- where my mother really is?"
"I don't," he replies, shaking his head again. "No one's heard from Light Bringer in a very long time."
Kira sags ever so slightly, but she expected the answer. Mr Aizawa is an underground hero - he wouldn't know about Light Bringer's whereabouts.
"Listen," Mr Aizawa adds, his tone growing more sincere. "It's clear now that you're no longer safe here anymore. The new dormitories would provide that safety."
"But-"
"With everything that's happened with All Might, we really should have moved you out of here sooner." Aizawa looks to the side slightly, frowning more at himself than anything.
Mr Aizawa shrugs off his sudden uncertainty and makes his way back to Kira's front door. She rushes round the side of the table to accompany him. He opens the door himself, not needing the warmth of hospitality from Akira, when she places a firm hand on it, preventing it from opening any further.
"And that villain?" She says blankly.
Aizawa turns his head a fraction her direction, but refuses to remain eye contact. Instead he stares at her hand gripping the door. "Like I said, get your things. You won't be able to do any good stuck here."

Granted, Kira's house wasn't far from UA to begin with, just down the hill and around a few corners, but Mr Aizawa was right - she's no longer safe at her own home.
Kira meets her classmates, gathered in an excited bunch outside the dorm building.
"Given everything that has happened," Mr Aizawa begins, standing in front of the students. "I'm glad we were able to bring class A back together."
"So we all got the go ahead to move on campus," Sero says, turning to his classmates.
Toru releases a heavy sigh. "It took a lot of convincing for my parents."
"I was pretty concerned about mine," Kyoka adds, scratching her chin nervously.
"We're glad to see the teachers got to come back too," Tsu says. "I was afraid you wouldn't be allowed. The people at the press conference seemed pretty upset with you guys."
"I was surprised as well," Aizawa admits. "But circumstances have changed. Now then, I'll explain how your dorm assignments will work shortly." He claps his hands together to get the class' attention. "First, however, we haven't forgotten about the provisional hero licenses you were supposed to get during the Training Camp."
That causes a stir within the classmates - everyone had forgotten the real reason they were there, due to all the chaos that has happened.
"This is important so listen well," Aizawa continues. "Kirishima, Yaoyorozu, Todoroki, Midoriya, Iida. You five are the ones who broke the rules and went to rescue Bakugou and Kiriya that night." Aizawa sighs heavily. "Based on your reactions, I assume the rest of your were at least aware of their plan. I'm doing to set aside a number of issues and just say this: if it weren't for All Might's retirement from the hero scene, I would expell everyone here, except Bakugou, Kiriya and Hagakure. The five of you who went, of course, but also the remaining twelve who didn't step up and try to stop them. You betrayed our trust, even if it was to protect your friends from getting into trouble. In order to regain our confidence, you'll need to obey every rule to the letter and live as model students. That's all. Now, look alive - enjoy your new home."
Aizawa walks off, as simple as that, leaving the students completely guilty and chewed out. If it weren't for All Might, Kira would be looking for a new school right now. Anyways, she should be in an equal amount of trouble as her other five classmates, considering she too made a reckless move and left the safety of Endeavor's side to save Bakugou.
Suddenly, Bakugou grabs Kaminari by the back of the shirt, dragging him behind a bush, where a terrifying amount of yellow electricity explodes, rattling the bush. Kaminari pops out, shaking his thumbs at them with a dumb expression on his face. The students erupt into a fit of laughter as Kaminari approaches them, still wiggling his thumbs, making bizarre noises.
Kira glances to the side, wondering why Bakugou did that, when she spots him handing Kirishima a thick wad of money. Kirishima seems completely taken back, when Bakugou shoves it into his chest.
"Kaminari, show them your dumb side," the hot head calls out as he stalks towards the dorms.
Kira stares after Bakugou, a small smile creeping onto her face - she'd like to think that he caused Kaminari to drain his power, not only to subtly give Kirishima the money, but to also cheer up the other students.
"Plus Wowcha!" Kaminari jumps in the air and Kira finds herself chuckling at the sight of her dumb classmate.

Mr Aizawa explains the building layout and where all their rooms are, as they all examine the building.
"So new and spacious!" Mina squeals, spinning on the spot.
They all spend their time analysing the rooms, the common area and the kitchen, but Kira has to admit, it's nothing compared to her house. From what Kira has been able to gather over the past four months is that her and Momo are the only ones that actually live in larger houses. That's not counting Todoroki and Iida, who come from famous, pro hero families. Apparently, Midoriya lives in quite a small apartment.
"These are your dorm assignments," Aizawa was telling them. "The belongings you sent ahead have already been placed in your new rooms, so spend the day unpacking and getting settled. I'll tell you more about your next few lessons tomorrow. For now, get to work."
"Yes, Mr Aizawa." The class chant in unison.
Kira didn't want to waste any time, so she took the lift to the fourth floor, where her dorm room was apparently. She shared the lift with Mina, Shoji, Kirishima and Bakugou, an awkward silence filling the small space, which was weird considering it had both Mina and Kirishima. The lift dinged and Kira stepped out and glanced down the long corridors.
"Aw, why are we so spread out?" Mina pouts, throwing an arm up to her door four rooms down.
"I'm not sure," Kira mumbles. "But Mr Aizawa's rules."
Mina grumbles to herself before she stomps down the corridor. Kira chuckles at her reaction before facing her dorm room door, the one next to the lift. She turns around, noticing Bakugou open the door to the one opposite hers. He notices her staring and huffs loudly, slamming the door.
"This is gonna be fun," she mutters under her breath, before pushing open her own door.
It's moderately sized, with sheets, a desk, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Kira spots her belongings piled into a corner - she didn't own much.
A few hours pass and Kira had opened her balcony door to let some fresh air in, the curtains flapping, when a knock at the door startles her. Weirdly, she instinctively reaches for her neck, feeling the uncomfortable bump of her Dabi-shaped scar.
"It's us." Mina's voice. "It's the girls."
"Oh," she croaks, before clearing her voice. "Come in!"
Kyoka opens the door, revealing all the girls from class 1A. They all share the same sympathetic, pitying look and Kira's face drops. She knows exactly why they're here.
"Just coming to check up on you," Ochaco says, her voice soft.
"Why?" Kira doesn't mean to snap - she's just sick of the looks. "Because I was nearly killed by a psychopathic villain?"
The girls share an uncertain look, but creep into her room, nevertheless. They all sit around her in a circle as she folds a pair of leggings and throws them into a pile. Suddenly, the girls all wrap their hands around Kira and she finds herself sinking into their warmth.
"I'm sorry," she grumbles, finally, dropping the next pair of clothing from her hands and returning the embrace.
"If you need anything-" Tsu starts.
"-we're here." Momo finishes.
Kira opens her eyes, not even realising they were closed, noticing her door open ajar. Bakugou had stepped out of his room and their eyes locked momentarily before he scoffs and enters the lift without sparing her another glance.
The girls eventually left, after a much needed begging from Kira and she finished her room, semi-satisfied with how it looked. She left it how it is, definitely wanting to check out the rest of the building before she goes to sleep.
Kira met the boys in the common room, spread out in their everyday clothes - it was weird not seeing them in school clothes. She took a seat next to Kirishima on the green sofa, waiting for the other girls to finish.
"Where are the others?" Kirishima asks, raising a quizzical brow.
"If you're wondering about the girls, I guess they're fixing their rooms to perfection."
"But, not you?" Kirishima glances down at her.
She shakes her head, as Kaminari butts in, leaning over the sofa. "Have you checked out the rest of this place? "It's huge!"
Kira giggles at his reaction. "I've only seen my room so far - I'm sure there'll be time to check it all out tomorrow. It's getting pretty late now."
"Party pooper," Kaminari sighs and Kira raises her eyebrows.
"Fine!" She throws her arms up in defeat and Kaminari hops up, leading her over to the kitchen.
"And on your left..." he commentates dramatically, picking up a huge saucepan. "If you'll cast your eyes to the right here-"
"What the hell are you doing, dunce-face?"
Silence fills the kitchen as Bakugou stands in the doorway, examining Kira and Kaminari with great distaste. Kaminari places the saucepan back where he found it and Kira side-eyes Kirishima as he walks into the kitchen - he probably heard Bakugou's voice.
"Bakubro!" He announces. "What brings you down here? I thought you were sulking in your room."
Bakugou turns his attention to the red head, his temper starting to boil.
"Kirishima," Kaminari practically whines tugging on his clothes. "Why would you prod the beast?"
"What did you call me!?" Bakugou spins onto Kaminari so quick, that the saucepan collapses to the ground with a loud clang, despite having been placed back in its original position.
"Let's just calm down," Kira sighs. "Take it back a couple seconds." She faces the hot head, holding an arm up to separate him and Kaminari. "You here for a specific reason, or just to spoil our fun?"
Bakugou narrows his eyes at the girl before approaching the sink and filling a glass full of cold liquid.
"Night, losers," he quips, sipping from his glass as he leaves.
"Dodged a bullet there," Kaminari exhales, as soon as Bakugou was out of earshot.
Kira scoffs, lowering her arm. "Says you."
