Chapter 19: Spencer's POV
“96 points for me,” I say gleefully as the phone calculates my score.
Toby smiles however. “Goofball,” he says. “That’s a 104 points for me. Thanks for the g. I’ve been waiting for it.”
I stare at the phone in shock. He’s winning. No one beats me. “Well, I should get going. It’s late. Thanks, bye.”
“Just because I’m winning? Wow, Spencer,” he replies.
I shake my head and start to walk out the door. My phone beeps as I get a new text. I read, “Just a warning, your home is not your safe place to land tonight. –A”
