Miguelito looks at the window.
His breathing is heavy and his breath is hot.
It's not a high fever but he still feel sad inside.

"I am so weak."

Remembering a lot of things that makes him want to cry.

If you want to protect something you have to be strong.

Even if you quietly live your life there is no guarantee that others will not mess with you.

He is so ignorant.
So trusting, that is why someone so important has to pay for his negligence.

"What should I do, Ben. You leave me so abruptly...I..."
Tears slowly fell down his cheek.

He thought there are no more tears to shed.
But there are fresh tears every single time.

He needs to move on.
To live the rest of his life, not only for himself but for Ben, who risk his life to give him that opportunity.

"Why does he need to die?"
Just one second he is alive, laughing and planning their trips together then the bext moment he is a cold corpse.

Miguelito grinds his teeth.
He wanted to reverse time.
And never rest in that place again.
No...He would never allow Ben to fight.

Knock.
Knock.

Miguelito sits up.
"....Come in."

Alan opens the door.

Miguelito's face is flushed red and his breathing is quickened.

"Are you alrigh---"

"Don't come!"
Miguelito said, hurriedly.

Alan freeze.
He already step forward.
Then he hesitate to continue.

"Are you driving me away?" Alan glares at him.

Miguelito smiles and shakes his head.
"I am sick."

"So?" Alan raised a brow.

"I don't want to make you sick." Miguelito said.

Alan snorts.
"I am weak because I am poisoned! Not because my body is in poor health!" Alan said and walks to his bedside.

"Prince...."

"Calling me Prince, Are you distancing yourself to me? Just say it to my face already so I won't get surprise if one day you pretend not to know me."

Miguelito shakes his head and grabs his hand.
"Don't say that. That is not my intention. I already lost one friend. Don't say that."

Alan sighs and wipes Miguelito's tears away.
"Idiot. Don't cry." He hugs his head.

Miguelito hugs his waist and grumbles.
About how he is feeling hopeless and miserable.

Alan patiently rubs his head.
"The pain will not instantly be gone. You just have to live with the pain and be accustomed to it."

Miguelito nods.
"Don't die before me."

Alan laughs.
"I can't promise you tha---"

Miguelito stares at him.
"You just have to do your best to find an antidote. I will help you."

Alan swallows his argument.
"Fine. You can't die first too then."

Miguelito holds his hand and put it on his forehead as if he is making an oath.
Alan is a bit flustered but he just copied him.
Putting Miguelito's hand on his forehead.
It looks so noble.

The two looks at each other and starts smiling.

Learn to live with the pain because Life should go on.

Miguelito learned that in a hard way.

Margarita looks at the letter.
Her lips are twitching.

"My 'bestfriend' send me a letter so she can visit my brother?"
Laluna is the temporary Head maid while X is gone.
She is also going to be the Young Miss maid in the future.

Her expression is like that of a cold expressionless ice soldier.
She studies under X so her knowledge and ability is guaranteed.

But she is too serious with the rules and a bit rusty.
But with Margarita's temper, X believes there is nothing wrong to pair them.

"Yes. I actually want to tore the letter and give it back to the sender but Sir Exermidel told this servant that the decision to discard anything will be handled to the Miss."

Margarita grins.
"Why do you think this is trash?"

"Because the excuse is lousy and the relationship is non existent. Besides, the event is sensitive and it just recently happened. Base on the Young Master's age. It is possible to think of him having trauma. Visiting this time unless she has a deep connection looks more like boot licking or being nosy. As an aristocrat, this is very rude behavior. If she is concerned, she should just send gift or a letter."
Laluna's voice is not hurried or fast.
It has only one intonation.
She is very calm as she explained.
She is like a robot reciting his human line awkwardly.

"Oh." Margarita nods.
"Not really. It is just, our family is too high ranking that you feel it was rude. If it was lower ranking family that has this incident, higher ranking aristocrat visiting should show support and concern."

"But we are not lower ranking aristocrat." Laluna said.

Margarita laughs.
"Right~~ I am just saying that your words are too stiff and can be interpreted as our family looking down at other aristocrat. You can't talk like this or you will offend someone."

"Offending lower class aristocrat is not really a problem." Laluna frowns thinking she is not wrong.
The Frost family stands on top of the food chain. Why do they need to be wary of the lower class.

"Friends are better than Foe. An army of ants can kill a huge animal. In short, arrogance can be fatal."

Laluna bows her head.
"I understand Young Miss teaching. This one talks too much and muddle headed. Please punish me."

"Your punishment is to send the Argente's miss a response. She can come tomorrow morning for a short visit."

Laluna raised her head.
"But young master is still sick."

Margarita smiles.
"Don't worry. She won't be able to come inside."

Laluna tilts her head in confusion.

Margarita climb the stairs then pausef and looks at Laluna.
"Send writing tools in my room. I'll send a letter to Prince Diego."

Laluna is still puzzled but she is the type to do what's ordered.
