Duke's Daughter Margarita Frost Reporting for Duty

Alan looks at the window as the carriage moves away.

"You look livelier." Dwayn smirks.
"He is such an angel, isn't he?"

Alan looks at Dwayn.
"What do you require from me? As long as you make sure that boy is not a part of any schemes. I will do it."

Dwayn chuckles.
"Are you that affectionate?"

"He is my friend."

Dwayn smiles.
"Hoh, Alan is having a friend? The Queen will be pissed."
He snickers.

Alan is the most secluded Prince.
He is only shown in a few occassion.
Dwayn thought he is dumb.
He doesn't know how to read or write. And he can barely talk.
But when he converse at him. He can easily follow his lips and successfully say the words he is saying.
It is a bit irritating when the person you are talking to are just repeating what you are saying, right?
But Dwayn didn't get irritated like Diego.
He converse to him more when they were little. Sadly, he has to leave so he doesn't know how this guy grew up.
But Alan's silence is also his strength.

"I plan to become the King as I said. I need your brilliance in that new kingdom."
He said smiling.

Alan is not surprise.
He just snorts.
"You better take the throne early then. I only have few years to live."
He said and look out the window.

"This is like betraying your whole family, is that alright with you?"

Alan sneers.
"They betrayed me first. And father is killing me and mom slowly anyways. I don't feel anything for that kind of a father."

"Good."

Silence...

"Thank you."

"Oh?"
Dwayn is shocked and looks at Alan.

Alan sneers.
"What? Can't I say thank you now?"

"No...It is just surprising." Dwayn chuckles.
"You are always arrogant and hot headed."

"Hmp."

Dwayn smiles.
"I know you will like that brat. He is.....a brother you wish you have."

Alan snorts.
"As if you think about it like that. Aren't you just using the Frost siblings?"

Dwayn laughs at him.
"Using The Frost siblings? What sin do you think I will commit?"

"So you love her? Margarita Frost?"

Dwayn smiles.
"Love is a strong word.
She is the most amazing woman I met."

"Heh. What if you find a woman you will love someday and find out that it is not the most amazing girl?"

"Then...I become a fool." Dwayn smirks.
"Dwayn Luncanter will never become a fool."

Alan looks away.
"Just admit that you love her. Idiot."

Dwayn smiles.
"I won't until she admits it first."

"That's a contest?"
Alan frowns.

"More or less."

"Heh. What will be the reward?"
Alan asks as he looks out the window.

Dwayn thinks and then smiles.
"The prize will be the kids admiration."

"Kids?"

Dwayn nods.
"My sons. And daughters."

Margarita is looking out the carriage window when Miguelito sits on her side while the carriage is moving.

"Be careful." Margarita frowns.

"Sister...I made a friend."

Margarita rubs his head.
"This baby makes a friend?"

Miguelito frowns.
"Stop treating me like a baby!"

"An adult don't brag that they made friends."

Miguelito blushes and looks away with a pout.

Margarita chuckles.
"So? What do you want to asks me?"

"Can you help me? Find someone?" Miguelito asks.

"X is better than me in that case."

"Can I ask him?" Miguelito shyly asks.

Margarita nods.
"Yes. X's head are full of webs these days. It is better to clean it a bit."

Miguelito sadly sighs.
"Maybe I shouldn't have told him to find a wife."

"Its too late for regrets."
