I walk into the bathroom and I see Dr. Grey doing jumping jacks.

Callie: why?
Meredith: got to wake up. I just got called into a triple organ transplant.
Delilah: wow. I can't remember what that's like but I can imagine that's gonna be a long night for you.
Callie: it will be. Wait, is that you Delilah?

I heard the stall door next to me open.

Meredith: Callie, Delilah.

I get paged by Dr. Hunt into a surgery.

I run off to the OR.

Meredith's POV:

Delilah: Dr. Hunt is paging me. I'll see you later Mer bear.

My face goes into shock as Delilah runs off. Delilah just called me Mer bear. I run off to surgery and I find Alex and Maggie.

Meredith: guys—
Alex: good, you're here. Let's get started.
Meredith: I need to tell you something important.
Alex: it can wait. We need to start this surgery now.
Meredith: Alex—
Alex: seriously Mer, we need to get started. We have no time to play games.

My POV:

I walk into the OR and operate with Owen, Riggs and April, along with Blake. I hated being in the same room as her but I decided to remain professional.

Riggs: so, is there no directive in place?
April: her fiancé knows what she wants. They spend their spare time dangling from cliffs. Of course they talked about it.
Riggs: but he doesn't have any rights, legally. He's not her husband.
Owen: just hoping to call it an early day if we don't have to save this girl?
April: guys. Malleable.
Riggs: it'd be nice to know what the patient wants.
Owen: well, we don't so maybe we don't just give up yet.
Riggs: I never said anything about giving up.
Delilah: guys, come on.

Delilah: she's gonna need a TPN when she's more stable.

I look up at Owen who was looking at me with wide eyes.

Delilah: Dr. Hunt, is everything—
Nurse: Dr. Kepner, Dr. Hudson's wondering how long you'll be.
April: tell him as long as I need to.

I look at April, shocked at her aggression.

Delilah: everything okay April?
April: I... it's fine. Medium clips.
