I was sitting in daycare with my kids when I suddenly felt the ground shake. I grab my twins and hold them close to me. They start crying but I told them right as the ground continues to shake. Once it was over, I kiss my babies on their heads.

Delilah: it's okay babies. You don't need to be scared. Mommy's got you.

I kiss my babies one last time then I run off to find Jackson.

Delilah: hey. You feel that earthquake?
Jackson: yeah, I did. You alright?
Delilah: I'm fine.
Jackson: what about the kids, they okay?
Delilah: yeah, they're good.

As I walk with Jackson, Dylan joins us.

Dylan: hey.
Delilah: hey you!

Dylan pulls me into a side hug and kisses my temple as we walk.

Delilah: so, what's on the schedule for the Plastics Posse today?

We see Ben in the distance and I smile at him.

Dylan: Warren!
Jackson: there he is.
Delilah: hey Ben. You feel that earthquake?
Ben: yes. Yes I did.
Jackson: exciting stuff.
Dylan: almost as exciting as what Jackson and I have planned for you today.

Dylan hands Ben the tablet.

Ben: breast enhancements and nose jobs.
Jackson: oh, you need to fix that attitude.
Dylan: today is all about instilling self confidence and changing lives. So, you okay your cards right, you might just get an invite from Jackson, Lilah and I to join...
J&Dyl: the Plastics Posse.

I smile at Ben who looked confused.

Ben: you think that sounds cool?
Dylan: we didn't... at first.
Jackson: but it grows on you.
Delilah: it really does Ben. Come on!

I link arms with Ben and we walk together.

-later-

I walk into the ER and approach Owen.

Delilah: hey hey!
Owen: hey. I know you were supposed to see Derek in DC with Meredith this week, but I really appreciate you staying.
Delilah: remember that you owe me coffee for two weeks for this Hunt. You're lucky I love you enough to stay.
Owen: of course.

I grab a tablet and start looking over a chart as Arizona and Amy approach us.

Arizona: hey, that kid in bed two's ready to be discharged.
Amy: ditto bed one, who had hypochondria and not a giant tumor growing in her head.

I chuckle at Amy's comment.

Owen: um, heard anything from Herman? How's she doing?
Arizona: ooh, um... "enjoying blind institute. Learning how to not bump into things. Not typing this, obvi. Don't kill any babies."

I laugh at Herman's text.

Delilah: that definitely sounds like Herman.
Owen: she sounds alright. Is somebody gonna answer that call?
Amy: not it.
Arizona: yeah, no, all yours.

I chuckle as Arizona and Amy walk away.

Delilah: that's all you Chief.

Owen playfully glares at me and I stick my tongue out at him as he answers the phone.

Owen: Grey-Sloan emergency.

I basically lean on Owen when I hear a little girl on the other line.

Ruby- is this the hospital? I need help.
Owen: well, you need to hang up and call 911.
Ruby- I tried, it was busy. My mom fell off a chair. She's not moving. I-I don't know what to do. What do I do?
Owen: your– your what? Your mom? How old are you?
Ruby- I'm eleven.
Owen: where are you?
Ruby- o-our cabin. I don't know. The power's out. Please help.
Owen: alright, it's alright. Just– just hang on. Somebody– Kepner, get on with 911 and get them to trace the call on line three right now. It's a kid with her injured mom in the mountains somewhere. Go.
April: okay.
