~Lachlan's perspective~
A week after I kissed (Y/N) I was still in deep thought. What was I going to do about her brother, Brian? Why doesn't he want me dating her? I needed to talk to him. I wanted our friendship back and I also wanted to be (Y/N)'s official boyfriend.
I knew (Y/N) had gone to her friends house today so I went to her house and knocked at her door.
Like I expected, Brian opened the door. His eyes narrowed when he saw me.
"What do you what Lachlan? (Y/N) isn't home."
Brian told me. I nodded.
"I know. I came to hang with you Brian."
I said. Brian rolled his eyes.
"And do what Lachlan? We haven't talked for weeks."
Brian told me.
"But I could still beat you in a 1v1."

Brian and I were playing his PS4. I just beat him once again. Brian set his controller down.
"God damn it Lachlan."
Brian said. I laughed. Brain sighed.
"Real talk Lachlan."
Brain told me. I set my controller down.
"Yeah? What's up dude?"
I asked Brian.
"What's going on with you and my sister?"
I was about to open my mouth but Brian interrupted before I said anything.
"Don't bullshit me. My sister is a thousand times happier now and I heard my mom ask her how your date was last week."
Brian sternly told me. I bit my lip.
"We really like each other."
I said. Brain wrinkled his nose.
"Ew, okay. Are you two dating?"
Brain asked me. I shrugged.
"I think... we are."
I told Brian. Brian sighed.
"Brain. I still want to be friends with you."
I said. Brain shrugged.
"Then why didn't you tell me you liked her dude?"
Brain asked me. I looked around the room nervously.
"I didn't want you to get pissed that I liked (Y/N) that way."
I said to Brain. Brain shook his head.
"That would of been better than me seeing you and her hand in hand, behind my back."
Brian informed me. I pressed my lips together tightly.
"I'm sorry."
I apologized. Brian shrugged it off.
"It's fine."
Brian told me.
"Am I allowed to date her?"
I asked Brain. Brain laughed.
"Lachlan, I can't tell you what and what not to do."
Brian told me like it was obvious. I smiled.
"Yeah I know but I still want to be friends with you."
I informed Brain. Brain nodded.
"Yeah, whatever dude."
Brian said. I smiled. Then Brian looked at me seriously.
"Just don't break her heart. That's the one thing I ask. Do not break that girls heart."
