Lachlan drove me to a parking lot. There was some other cars there. Lachlan parked and opened his sunroof.
"What? I'm so confused."
I told Lachlan. Lachlan laughed.
"Look up."
Lachlan responded. So I did as I heard a firework go off.
"Fireworks!"
I said exited and climbed onto the car roof to get a better view. Lachlan laughed and climbed after me. We both sat on the rooftop looking and listening to the fireworks. The red, blue, yellow and orange exploded into the sky with a bang. I felt as Lachlan intertwined his fingers with mine. It felt like it fit perfectly. I looked at him. He looked at me.
"You like it (Y/N)?"
Lachlan asked me. I smiled.
"I love it."
I responded. I looked into his beautiful blue eyes. Lachlan got closer. So close that I could count his eyelashes.
"Promise you won't freak out (Y/N)?"
Lachlan whispered. I nodded but I was panicking inside.
Lachlan kissed me. His lips were soft. He tasted like vanilla ice cream from earlier. We both pulled apart as Lachlan and I shared a shy smile.
The last bang of the fireworks went off and it was all over.
