Hi everyone! Hope that your summer has been great so far whether you are on a trip, doing something exciting or just relaxing! It's been a while since we've updated, so I thought now was a good time to do just that. Lots of stuff has happened over the last few weeks that I'm excited to share with ya'll:)
Many of you may know that Megan Taylor and I are counseling at a super sweet bible camp this summer. We spent this past week up there for training and let me tell you I am SO stoked to spend part of my summer at such an awesome place teaching awesome kids with some awesome people! I chose this verse because it is talking about freedom, which is the central theme for camp and what we will be teaching. This freedom is the freedom that we have in Jesus because he died on the cross for us. Become of this we are free to worship God, love and follow him. This truly is an amazing gift! I encourage you guys to embrace the fact that you are free from sin, and are free from a life of darkness and open to a life of light!
So I am up at camp staring Sunday.
Please pray that everything would run smoothly and that we as counselors would be able to just show the love of God to all of the campers.
I know this was a bit of a different post but though I should update you on what's been going on in our lives. What are you up to this summer? Whatever it may be, never forget just how much God loves YOU:)
