Guys I'm sorry I cursed so much yesterday..I couldn't keep the anger in but I'm happy that the event were nice and I enjoyed teaching the kids. It felt really nice after such a long time interacting with someone.

Also my teammates were so funny, we laughed so much during preparing the PPT and stuff.

Guys I can explain...my art exam finished and I had nothing better to do and since I didn't want to waste the paints...I painted myself!


There was a BTS tattoo also but I lost that pic so I'll ask my friend to send it and then share it with you!




Also I'm going on a workout and a diet so I thought it would be better if I make a promise to post only after I accomplish 5 straight days of the plan.

And I will just share my plan too.

And this is my diet...not really a diet but no jungfood. And I'll be avoiding anything fatty like vegetable oil. (I'm doing this both for a month)

Not eating jungfood for many days actually feels so nice guys, so maybe just try it if you want. (I KEEP TYPING JUNGKOOK ACCIDENTLY!)


Now many of you must be how do I even do this especially the diet...its actually easy for me. I just ignore the temptation and if I take a bag of chips in my hands, I remind myself of the benefits for not eating it and put it away.

Also I'm very strict to myself so yeah...
