Anastasia's Pov:

"Steven-"Slash said surprised as Steven waltzed in as he glared at me.

"what's she doing here."He scowled still obviously angry.

"She's my girlfriend you f*cker where have you been?Last time I saw you was Las Vegas and you caused a real f*cking scene."Slash said as Steven rolled his eyes childishly.

"Because YOU lied to me...and so did she."Steven exaggerated.

"only for the sake of the band."slash said interrupting him as he sighed. "You were stupid to invite Adrianna,she was never going to change for you she was still trying to sleep with me before we left for the tour and I denied her obviously.If she knew the truth she would've told Duff and it's better you be mad at Axl or Ana and I than Duff be furious with all of us."Slash said as Steven comprehended everything as the phone rang as I slid off his lap as Slash picked it up pressing it against his ear. "Duff?"He said surprised as Steven slipped away. "Anas right here she's just seeing Steven."He lied smirking at me as I felt a smile glide across my face as he hung the phone back on the wall."Duff wants you home."he groaned walking over as I tangled my fingers in his hair kissing him softly.

"I'll see you tonight?"I whispered hopefully.

"Duff said he had a surprise for you..welcome to Mtv."He blushed as I rolled my eyes as he stopped. "I'll talk to Steven."he assured me as I bit my lip in defeat nodding.

"Ana.you're late!"Duff said as he rushed around through this room into the bathroom back and forth as I approached him walking into the apartment.

"sorry.."I mumbled.

"you didn't stay at Erin's?"Duff asked as he walked out stopping in a suit and tie as I couldn't help but laugh as he scoffed. "Don't f*cking laugh!"He scowled as I tried to gain my composure.

"You look like a d*ck!"I cackled as he stood in front of me awkwardly.

"Alan gifted it to me,He left something for you on your bed too."He sighed tugging at the tie around his neck.

"Where are we going?"I asked cluelessly.

"Mtv Music awards?Alan didn't tell you?,Mandy isn't coming she has a shoot so you're my 'date' for tonight"Duff scoffed.

"gross I'm your sister."I said fake gagging trying to hide my excitement.

"Well your my plus one,considering Slash and I are the only member of Guns attending even thought we've been nominated for an award you have to help us represent."Duff nodded glancing at himself in the mirror. "And it's a f*cking fancy event and it's happening soon so get dressed!"He said clapping his hands as a whipped into my room and opened up the large white box with a  big red bow.

Inside was a beautiful white dress,it looked expensive and way more that I could ever afford with a note that read:

'hope you love the dress Ana,sorry I couldn't be there with you,Slash and I both thought you'd look killer in this dress

I couldn't help but smirk to myself as I pulled out the dress in awe as I began to get ready.

"Ana?"Duff called out aimlessly walking into my room as he looked me up and down. "wow,Alan dropped that off for you?"He said surprised.

"Mandy actually..I love her!Im glad you married her...twice."I giggled as Duff had completely changed too into leather pants and a nice shirt,It was still different,not as fancy as I imagined the MTV music awards would be but it was lofe him and I liked it as I glanced down at the skinny tie he was fiddling with in his palms as I scoffed and took it as I looped it around the collar of his shirt and began tying it for him.

"So you didn't stay at Erin's then?You avoided the question earlier."Duff said looking down at me.

"No.How'd you know?"I asked

"I called Erin she hung up as soon as I mentioned your name to her.The I assumed you'd be at Stevens."He shrugged.

"yeah."I sighed as I looped the tie around a couple more times.

"what happened?"He whispered.

"nothing she's just mad about Axl breaking up with her."I insisted.

"Well Axl is probably with her right now,that's why he's not coming,I doubt Steven will come and Izzy probably isn't even awake so it's just us tonight..and Slash."He sighed. "So where were you then?"He interrogated.

"I was with Kirk."I admitted reluctantly.

"Kirk Hammett?"Duff said surprised

"yeah,he let me crash on his couch I didn't really wanna stay here alone."I confessed as I winced waiting for his abrupt reaction but he was calm.

"that's nice.you just stayed on his couch?"Duff asked suspiciously.

"that's it.He's sweet!Is that okay?"I smiled.

"More than okay.Better him than Slash."Duff muttered as I tightened the tie around his neck maybe a little too tight as he choked as I quickly pulled it back down.

"what do you mean?"I panicked.

"you always seem to be with him,or around him,I've seen the way he looks at you."He said bluntly staring back at me.

"and..?"I said waiting for him to change expression but he was blank.

"It made me want to kill him,but if you promise there's nothing there then it's fine and I'd be more than happy to let you get on with Kirk."He said blankly.

"Woah..okay don't get too ahead of yourself your not killing anyone,Slash and I have nothing going on between us and Kirk is just a friend it's not like that."I assured him.

"If you say so."He muttered as I brushed down my dress looking up as the awkward silence lingered. "Cabs here."Duff said cheerily glancing at his watch as we filed out the apartment.
