His eyes widened at this, and he grew more nervous at how you were acting

"What? What do you mean?" he asked, your face still close to his and your hand still on his chest

"Do you think I'm stupid? I know it was you-" you started, before grabbing his shirt with the hand that was on his chest and dragging him down to you "-Because I was there"

His mouth opened slightly as he realised that you weren't who he thought you were - he thought you were his girlfriend, now you were his enemy

His face became more defensive as he was realizing this, but he spoke before it "Why didn't you tell-" he started, but you shoved him backwards so that his back and his head hit the wall of the corridor opposite you

He let out a noise of pain, but you didn't let him say anything "God, all of these years with you has been exhausting, I can't believe I agreed to this" you hissed at him, as the poor, confused man stared at you in disbelief

"Agreed to what?" he asked, squaring up to you, and glaring into the eyes of the woman he loved

"I was sent to find you and put you down like a dog" you smiled, shrugging your shoulders

He shook his head "Then why haven't you killed me yet?" he asked as he closed his black metal hand into a fist

You simply just shrugged again and laughed out "It's more fun to kill your friends than a stranger, you know that, don't you, Barnes?"

The look of shock on his face made you laugh more, as he couldn't believe he had fallen in love with a psychopath, and decided to address this

"Why did you let it get to this stage? WHY did you let me fall in love with you?" he yelled the last question, tears forming in his eyes, as he never thought he'd ever have to ask that question

You got closer to him, but he moved away from the wall so he could get away from you

"Aww, that's so cute, but killing someone who loves you is even more fun- the look of betrayal on their face when you drive your knife into their skull is so satisfying" you replied, a flash of evil shining in your eyes, as you changed into a completely different person

Bucky just looked away from you, and in a quieter, hurt tone, he said "I thought you-"

You interrupted him with a loud, mocking laugh "You thought I loved you?" You were in hysterics - you thought that was the funniest thing you had heard all day "Tell me, when have you ever heard me say it?"
