I would like to begin the way I intend to go on. I'm sorry. You need to know it's really not you. It's everyone else.
You've tried so hard for so many months to fix something I now believe can't be fixed. And I will never forgive myself.
You were and still are my bestest friend and the only woman I want to marry. And I'm sorry we can't do that.
My mental health is at an all time low and has been for a while. The meds aren't working, they're making it worse to say the least.
I don't want to go into much detail, because I don't want to upset you further than I already have by leaving.
