Together we stand
I'll be by your side, you know I'll take your hand
You stood beside Bendy as he slumped against the wall in the alley and heaved out large amounts of ink.
You rubbed his back as he clutched your small hand tightly in his shaking one.
He was in so much pain and you hated seeing him like this.
Bendy hated the fact that you had to see him looking so weak, so pathetic.
When it gets cold
And it feels like the end
There's no place to go
You know I won't give in
"That's it Bendy, let it all out" you said as his painful heaving came to an end.
He stumbled a bit, ink dripping from his body.
You pulled his arm over your shoulder and helped him walk back to the motel where Boris and the others were waiting.
His skin was sticky and the ink was no doubt ruining your clothes, but you didn't care.
No I won't give in
Keep holding on
'Cause you know we'll make it through, we'll make it through
Just stay strong
"(Y/n)?" he finally spoke.
"Yes?"
"Promise me that you and Boris will keep searching for the parts after I die"
You froze and stopped dead in your tracks.
"Don't talk that way, you're going to be here to see this quest through" you said reaching the door.
'Cause you know I'm here for you, I'm here for you
There's nothing you could say
Nothing you could do
There's no other way when it comes to the truth
"How can you be so sure?" he asked looking down grimly.
"Because, I know how strong you are"
"But-" he was cut off.
"And I'm not giving up on you" you smiled at him.
He stared at you shocked in disbelief.
So keep holding on
