Clark Kent x Reader

The next request was a Clark Kent x Reader. I chose the song One Call Away by Charlie Puth. If you haven't heard him yet, you totally should!! He's a great singer, and he's amazing!! I did something a little different for this request, but you're gonna love it! Anyway, here we go.

   Y/N'S POV

  Let me tell you about my man by the name of Clark Kent. Clark was very quiet yet sweet. He was very into what he did best, and I could tell there was another side to him. He may have never gotten around to tell me yet, but I had always known. I was just going to wait for him to come to me and confess it.
  At this very moment, I was sitting at my desk trying to figure out how to play this game. Yeah, I should have left a long time ago, but I was too lazy to get up. It was a bad habit of mine, but no one else seemed to mind, though. Someone cleared their throat; that someone was Clark.

  He smirked saying,"Someone is really into that game. I hate to ruin it, sweetheart, but you are making us late."

  I blushed in embarrassment, because I completely forgot about our date. I was such a horrible girlfriend, but Clark understood my dilemma with the game.
  Clark took my hand and led us to the restaurant. I wondered why we didn't sit down at one of the tables, but Clark just gave me a look.

  I quickly shut my mouth, while he smiled in victory. I smiled, too, before he led us up to the terrace. It was beautiful and set up very nicely.

  I smiled real big saying,"Clark, did you do this for me?"

  Clark nodded and blushed saying,"Yeah, well you are important to me, and I wanted to do this. Do you like it?"

  I placed a passionate kiss on Clark's lips before saying,"I love it, Clark. Thank you."

  Clark smiled brightly at me, but the ground started to shake violently. I stumbled and lost my balance, yet Clark caught me. His grip tightened instantly, while we both looked towards the ground.
  I saw Doomsday and immediately panicked for Clark's sake. He thought I did not know his secret, but I already did.

  Clark tried to think of something, before he said to me,"Go check on everyone else, Y/N. I am going to make sure there is no one else out here."

  I nodded and kissed him saying,"Stay safe. I will be right back."

  Clark smiled and nodded, before I ran down the stairs. The building was crumbling, and I quickly pushed a woman and her children out of the way.
Suddenly, Superman and Doomsday crashed through the restaurant. With that in the background, I made sure everyone made it out and okay.

  A woman ran over to me and cried saying,"My daughter is still in there!! Please find her."

  I nodded and put my hands on her shoulders saying,"I will. Stay here and check on everyone else for me."

  She nodded and hugged me in thank you, and I quickly fixed my heels. Luckily for her, running in heels was something I was good at.
  I ran back in and heard screaming coming from the back. A little girl hovered in a corner, but her foot was caught. I immediately rushed to her side and pushed the huge piece of wood off her leg.

  She sniffed saying,"Thank you. Owwww."

  I quickly apologized, but I ripped the side of my dress off. I tended to her leg and wrapped it up with the side part of my dress.

  I asked her,"Can you do anything? Are you hurt anywhere else?"

  My question was answered when a couple drops of blood rolled down her forehead. I fetched some water and wiped off my hands, before I wiped her forehead. I did not want her catching anything.
  I gently picked her up, before I carried her outside. Her mom rushed to me and took the little girl from me.

  She smiled saying,"My name is Chelsea. Thank you, Miss..."

  I smiled back saying,"Y/N, my name is Y/N. You are very welcome, darling. Here."

  I carried her over to the ambulance truck, before her mom got in with her.

  I said,"I will make sure to stop by and check on the two of you. Thanks for tending to everyone else."

  Chelsea's mom nodded and smiled back saying,"No problem, honey. It was nothing, after what you did for my daughter. I owe you."

  I shook my head and sincerely said,"You do not owe me anything. Just meeting your daughter is enough for me."

  Her mom hugged me, and I hugged back. I kissed Chelsea's forehead, before the ambulance took her away.
  I sighed and prayed she would be okay, but felt strong arms pull me up. I turned, and Superman stood before me.

  I smiled and blushed saying,"Hey, hero. Thanks for giving me a ride home."

  Superman gently put me down, but he unwrapped his arms from around me. I pouted and put them back.

  He causiously said,"A beautiful girl like you probably has a guy already waiting for her."

  I said,"I know, and he is standing right in front of me. Really, Clark?!!"

  Superman sighed, while I did, too.

  He said,"I am sorry, Y/N. I was going tell you, but I did not want you getting hurt. I thought you would not want to be a part of both."

  I wrapped my arms around Clark's neck saying,"No, Kent, I do not care whether Clark Kent or Superman stands in front of me. Both of them are a part of you, and I want everything that makes you who you are. I love you so much, and I know you will always be one phone call away."

  Clark smiled and kissed me passionately. I kissed back and realized Clark had left the ground. I yelped in surprise, but I tightly held on to his cape. Clark chuckled and kissed my knuckles, before he led me around Metropolis. He couldn't stop until I told him to.
