Every Sans is a cartoonish child version of themselves. Nobody questions why it's just how things have always been. This multiverse is a kid show version of the Undertale multiverse. It's exactly how you expect a kid show version to go. The big bad guy is defeated for the day and the little kids learned a valuable lesson.
Tiny kid versions of the Star Sans always defeat the bad Sans by the end of the day. The Sans teach some of their genocidal human that hurting others is wrong.
(I'm just imagining tiny child versions of every Sans learning about friendship and family. Even the bad guys are committed to each other as family after going through so many kid show life lessons. They even ally with the Star Sans when one of those special movie episodes of a great big bad guy appears to target them both. Adorable!!)
