What if Fate wanted to create the perfect Error for their Ink? What if they scoured the different multiverses and took small pieces of the best Error's and destroyers they can find? Error looks like an average Error, but under the surface he is struggling with the small fragmented memories of dozens of versions of him.
Some of them were even creators(Reboot/Template). A few lacked souls (Pale/Fallen Ink). Some might of even been fusions or fgods. The point of the matter is Error was mentally unstable and was confused because what he sees and knows doesn't match at times. He could even use creation and other abilities, but the punishment for doing that and acting less than the perfect destroyer caused him to never touch those.
Fate had no idea the mistake they had made by the end though. Because when you even put in small fragments of so many gods and even a 404 and Fatal Error mixed in. Let's just say when Error finally figures out the chaos in his head Fate was not going to have a good time.
