Error cried his fragmented soul ached with the pain. A yearning for his family and yet he knew they weren't coming back. He hated it. Hated thiiiiiissssss!! What's a happily ever after where everything you love is dead and the ones responsible have finally obtained their well deserved 'peace'?

He was still cursed with immortality unable to join his family in death even though he was supposedly free from being the destroyer now. The only one who could understand him at the moment was the same skeleton who had given the killing blow to Nightmare in the first place and who he had to fight for years against.

When Nightmare was killed Shattered Dream was born to handle both the balances. It was one of the main factors that made the 'good guys' realize their mistakes. He didn't particularly care if Dream had grieved so hard in guilt of killing his OWN FuCKing BrOTher that he became Shattered Dream or he changed by some other Fate designed method.

Needless to say it was far too late. His family was gone. The multiverse were still somewhat celebrating their deaths even if they knew the truth now. Ink wasn't creating anymore and Error was alone with no way to end it. To finally rest in peace. He was so tired. Why couldn't Fate make him mortal again?

He sat alone to his thoughts in the antivoid until another attempt of Shattered Dream came to try and draw the broken glitch and the last thing that remained of his brother's family out of the antivoid.

(The gang were a family, but they were all killed when the good sans organized an all out attack against them. After Nightmare died Dream' s negativity sky rocketed along with the need for maintaining the balance turning him into Shattered Dream keeper of Emotions. He is extremely perceptive and more like a whole new being than either guardian with a few Dream's hang ups.
Shattered Dream is extremely stubborn and a bit obsessed with Error since Nightmare had claimed Error as family Shattered would keep him.)(Shattered is getting more creative with his attempts on Error.)
